Great place to live, construction is good. Dennis who is our builder is great with coordination and helping to fix any small issue that arises. HOA is ridiculously expensive considering that we do not even have a park or anything. Parking can be bad as people from the other builder tend to park on both sides of the road thus making navigation difficult in the subdivision
