Paran did a good job on our home. We have been in the home just over 1 year and have not had any of the issue on some of these other negative reviews. They were very responsive to any fixes or adjustments that were needed and the quality of the build appears to be good.

Changing this review of Paran. We have now been in house 4 years and have had considerable issue with leaks. Paran completely took no responsibility for faulty plumbing. We had to have it all ripped out and re-piped. We are not the only people in paran homes just on our street that have had the same issues. We were lucky we could refinance to cover the cost! They are like all the rest... bare minimum and in this case below!
