We were so excited to buy a brand new home and not have the headache of repairing and replacing major appliances for years to come. Right after our one year builders warranty was up, our dishwasher stopped working completely. It wouldn t pump water out of it anymore. A couple days later our upstairs A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. When we had it repaired, the technician said it was damaged during installation. There was a crack in the unit that could have only gotten there during installation and it slowly leaked all of the fluids. We are now out quite a bit of money just a year and two months into homeownership.
We contacted Paran about the issues. I was happily surprised with how quickly they offered to come over and speak with us. They came over basically to tell us, too bad it s just over a year and that they basically won t do anything.
I would not recommend Paran based on their response, nor would we buy from them again. Disappointed!
