I Really don' t see how this company stays in busi...

I Really don' t see how this company stays in business. Purchased a home 6 months ago and electrical outlets don't work, master shower leaking into downstairs, irrigation pop ups don't work half the time I could go on and on. Try and submit a warranty claim that's a joke! They send a person with absolutely no knowledge of what to do and he just tries to talk to you like everything will be taken care of. I've now been waiting 2 months and will be getting a lawyer and building inspector to clean house. Paran Home had their opportunity as now I will handle this. The contractors they use are a joke. Probably not even licensed and bonded. Worst mistake I've made in my life buying Paran homes .
