Unfortunately, I moved into a new home from Paran ...

Unfortunately, I moved into a new home from Paran Homes and have been trying to work with their team to fix the issues that they have on the property for my 45 day Warranty but they are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. It's been over a month that I've had my inspection and still no answer from Paran Homes. I've called their team over 7 times to get an ETA and no answer or feedback. Additionally, I've asked for the issue to be escalated to management but no answer. If you have the option I would not recommend doing business with the Paran Homes team at all.
