It's unfortunate that this developer bought into our neighborhood. Their homes look to be of shoddy quality, which has reduced the value of the other homes in this neighborhood. For example, their houses have driveways at the front of the house, whereas every other house has them on the side. Their contractors do not respect the existing homeowners, leaving debris in the roads and allowing it to spill into neighbors' yards. And, they blame our homeowners' association for trying to reign them into our neighborhood standards. Please do yourself a favor and ask neighbors about Parans' reputation before you make one of the biggest investments of your life. If they don't respect the existing homeowners, why would they respect you?
