Worse company ever. I bought a home in the winter and when spring came around the grass and trees are mostly all dead. They have gone through 4 different customer service people and all of them have either been fired or quit. They promise to fix things based on their 1 year promise. The customer is service this company offers is the absolute worse I have ever experienced. They told me they needed me to sign off on everything to close and they would fix it immediately after the closing.

My stairs are 3 colors and have nails sticking out. There are nail pops and cracks through out the sheet rock and all we get in return is a smug comment saying that its tolerable. Now I have to take time out of my life to sue them. By the way quit a few people have had to sue them in our neighborhood.

Stay away spend an extra 30000 and buy a house from a reputable builder. These people are scammers.
