I recommend nobody purchase a house with this poor quality builder. My house have 2 years 3 months and now is leaking on master room back wall. I called and they told me warranty expired even thought this is a structural problem. This builder is the worst poor service, materials. If you have an offer with this builder please don t do it will be your worst nightmare.
