First off, paran homes sold over 100 homes in our overpriced neighborhood to a rental company! Will ruin values and cause problems which we found out about too late to back out, same as the rest if community! They sold us out. Second, the workmanship is horrible, I have owned a lit if homes and this place is falling apart withing couple months. Air conditioner has a liud buzzing noise and we had to get box fans to be able to cover the noise at night to sleep. Ceiling panels falling off, half painted doors and walls, crooked walls in 2 areas very noticeable, floor boards broken on stairs, glue on floor boards, patches on walls never sanded or painted over. Stay away from paran! Seems like with so few home plans, they would be able to perfect them but they slap together so fast you could find a nicer mobile home!
