I was promptly greeted by Charles, who was very professional and courteous.

Tim was very thorough in ensuring that even my most minor concerns were fully addressed.

Not more than one minute after I wrote my name down on the waiting list, Drake was there to safely shuttle me to my home in Satellite Beach.

Tim called to let me know my truck was ready for pick up and briefly discussed what the technicians did to address everything. He then coordinated for Drake to pick me up the next morning, who was here promptly at the agreed pick up time of 8 AM.

The cashier was also very pleasant and I thought the service was a good value.

This was my first time visiting the dealership under Boniface Hiers. I am very impressed with how I was treated by the staff and plan on making this a lasting relationship.
