Today I attempted to call the sales staff to inquire about a 2020 Silverado 1500 LTZ. I was unable to get anyone to answer any numbers I called. I was able to chat online with Allan and that was useless as he is an off-site agent. He is able to get me a test drive appointment but couldn t get me to a sales person. All the phone number does is put you in a vicious circle and you can t talk to anyone. Press 1 for sales and it rings about 4-5 times then Mr. Hires comes on with his welcoming message and tells you to press 1 for sales, 2 for service and 0 for the Receptionist. If and when you press the number all it does is ring 4-5 times then Mr. Hiers comes on with the same recording. This is a sorry way to run a business. I m sorry I ever purchased a vehicle there! Warranty for life and service after the sale - if you can get anyone to talk too - ridiculous!!!!
