When I arrived, there were multiple signs on the doors saying "employees had to wear masks etc." Upon entering, employees were NOT wearing masks. Some had them around their neck but not covering their face. Most were not wearing them at all.

I made an appointment online for 8:30am and arrived on time. By the time I was able to sit down with the advisor, Bobby, it was closer to 8:45- 9am. There were several others available but instead there was a line waiting for this agent.

When we purchased our vechicle we purchased with the information that "oil changes were complimentary for life." The advisor quickly told me that the dealership has been bought out and the old owner took the money to cover these services. Not really sure what this has to do with the customer except I am longer getting my car serviced here as promised. He did say I had two options - I could have a bunch of services done and get free oil changes (but never said exactly what this was) or I could purchase a new vehichle with a package to cover oil changes.

I spent over 2.5 hours total waiting for my oil change + tire rotation. At one point, I asked the cashier to check on my car and why it was taking so long. She said only Bobby the advisor could check. (Again, he was super busy and she was doing nothing.)

Overall the experience wasn't great. When the services were covered I would deal with the sub-par service but if you are expecting us to pay, I will definitely spend my money elsewhere.
