From a welcoming lady at the entrance to a Service Advisor like Galo, they carefully gave full ears to my problems with beaming and infectious smiles. Despite my hasty talk, this Advisor never grew tired. Their service earned my satisfaction. When the car is ready, it was soap washed and vacuum cleaned and shiny exterior. Their Executive Service providing Uber to and fro my residence back to dealer was extremely convenient saving much of my professional time. Because of this justified satisfaction, we decided to buy another BMW soon.
