Took my 540i in to diagnose the check engine light...

Took my 540i in to diagnose the check engine light. That was properly done and service adviser Gilbert Pogosyan gave me the information. BMW was to just diagnose the car only, no work to be done on it. Only a couple hours I was told. I didn't get my car until the next day. They washed my car with the right rear window down. They did not even tell me about their huge mistake. BMW would not let me talk to who washed my car, would not let me see any video of my car being washed, and they would not even let me see how they wash cars at the dealer. Horrible customer service. I emailed the service manager Edgar Oganesyan and that was no help at all. Pacific BMW should terminate Gilbert and Edgar immediately. I have no idea how much water and or soap was sprayed into my car. I cannot believe Pacific BMW has people working there not smart enough to not wash a car if a window is down. They have no problem taking your money though.
