Excellent medical and nursing care in the ward where I was hospitalized (Cardiology) for intervention following a heart attack and long hospital stay. I am not able to have my say on other departments, but having done several exams, I have always found kind and helpful people.
I especially thank Dr. Cerrato and all the department staff.

Terrible, my great-grandfather was three days waiting for them to be visited, on a cot in the emergency room with constant complaints by doctors because of staff shortages. In addition, my grandmother the nurse responded very badly, while she was only trying to call someone because her great-grandfather wanted to tear the drip. We had him transferred to San Luigi, where they immediately visited him and discharged him after all the tests that lasted about 4 hours and not three days.

For me it is the second experience at the Rivoli hospital, my faith in health care has completely collapsed because of the poor service, too bad considering the high taxes we pay, a clear cause of the cuts made in the neighboring valleys. Nightmare first aid, grueling waiting times, hurried and summary service, little time dedicated to the patient, neglecting individual peculiarities, human side cleared. They speak well of cardiology but it is not enough, everything should work.

Done gastroscopy. Minimum expectations, very kind, helpful staff. I was very agitated and they made me feel at ease, reassured, so much so that I didn't even have to use sedation. All very professional! The hospital is then new, well-stocked and equipped. I also did a resuscitation internship, there are fantastic people on the staff. I will always book all exams there!

The emergency room of this hospital cannot deny the bad reputation it has managed to create over the years. The urp of Pinerolo, which receives complaints, entrenches itself in formalities (respond on time, be polite, put in contact with those responsible) without being able (wanting?) To do more.

Therefore, the hospital managers remain, under the responsibility of Dr. Piolatto, who have no intention of "wasting time" in seriously verifying the problems that have arisen.

The conclusion is to bump into a rubber wall, with promised written reports, never received, of bogus or crippled versions, of omitted substantial elements, trying to externalize a distorted version of what happened on the patient and his alleged confused state (true Gianni Ogliero, nursing resp.?) To try to avoid sinking even further into the inadequacy condition, now critical and mythical, of this hospital.

The photos, the precise and objective description of the facts, the indication of the imperita operator, of which I was given general information corresponding to other colleagues, in order to protect her and make me waste time, my grace in presenting the story, were not served to admit their faults.

While the nurse, duly anonymous, remains immaculate in the proceedings, according to a distorted protocol, guaranteeing her "artistic" vein to still express herself so freely.

I put three stars because, fortunately, not all doctors or nurses are rude. I felt ill in the waiting room from my attending doctor who promptly called an ambulance because the pressure was very low and I had lost consciousness. Arrived at the emergency room and after two hours of air conditioning I recovered but with a tingling and a crazy headache ... the nurse told me that it was enough that I ate something salty ... I didn't have the strength to send her to that country, suddenly I came to call and I turn my head and I had to lie down where it happened ... answer ... we're not on the subway. I wanted to cry with anger, because some people without a hint of humanity do this job that has all my respect. I wanted to get out of there but I was too sick. Offend your craft.

The pediatric ward is excellent. They are very prepared and very kind. The clowns of ABIO are very present in the ward and prepared to welcome the children and help them settle in a place unknown to them.

Cardiology department. Excellent from every point of view, highly professional medical staff and equally efficient and highly educated nursing staff. First aid at the height, prompt and quick triage. Great.

Hospitals always leave a different impression depending on how worried and frightened we are about what we went to do. I have always dealt with competent and kind people even though I understand that not everyone has the same experience. In this hospital they saved my life twice.

I spent two days in the emergency room, followed and assisted by competent, kind and helpful staff, thanks to nurses and a special thanks to Dr. Barbara Tizzani, you have her colleagues and all the staff. Thank you all and good work.

General medicine. Doctor arrogant and without a minimum of humanity and tact, haughtiness and superficiality are the keywords. Wanting to dismiss a life-threatening patient by need of beds is synonymous with ill health. Doorbell in the bed to ask for help not working (the situation has been answered to me "tomorrow you think, it can happen, it's not so bad").

I am pregnant and this morning I went to the P.S. for small haematological losses where they sent me directly to the ward for a visit with the gynecologist, a very arrogant person, able to put you in awe, it is not enough that I already had my fears, he too put himself in rudeness, answering badly making me feel a weight for him almost making fun of me, at least he did the ultrasound and he sent me away saying that everything was fine without giving me further explanations, I was speechless (it's not like me)

In the morning I went to the emergency room for a long-standing problem that haunts my dad's health and that no one has managed to solve over the years. He was visited by the doctor of the ready, Dr. Wolf, who showed excellent medical competence (as it is supposed to be) but above all exceptional humanity and cordiality. Outside of his working duties, he worked at various phone calls, finally resolving this scourge. Thank you so much

In this hospital they KILL people. Entered with a microfracture in the pelvis, died of acute pneumonia. Doctors confirmed that the infection and pneumonia were caught in the hospital from contagion with patient in the same room.

A month ago: hospitalization. Refusal to discharge the patient for "analysis"

Saturday 2 November morning: "the patient is stable, she has a slight fever"

Sunday 3 November morning: "Diagnosis: acute pneumonia and infection, no response to therapy. Low probability of spending the night"

Monday, November 4: No one has informed family members of the risk of contagion, the only explanation: "it is known that this is the case in hospitals, this is why we discharge people and recommend that they go home".

Beyond the damage the mockery. The person was also kept in a room with other patients with different diseases. Very high risk of contagion, both for the person in question and for other patients. Will they die of pneumonia too? Will they be moved to other rooms, so as to infect other people?

Children at school are taught that staying in the same room with a viral contagion patient gets the same disease.

They are non-medical BUTCHERS, they must have bought the degree online. Don't go to this hospital.

Good morning,

Good morning,
booked today 25 February 2019 monday me son under 14 orthopedic department 1 floor for scloliosis I introduce myself and after half an hour of waiting call me and say that the check should be done only on Tuesday and Friday only by Dr. Bergamaschi and then I will in acceptance for new appointment March 8 at 9.45 from an addict acceptance orthodox 1 floor (very rude) that tells me after asking him to put time at 9 (not to lose other hours of school and work) he replies if he wants so if not we are in June 2019.
Considering that they were wrong because on the task at the time of booking there was written scoliosis control and for pediatrics only Bergamaschi did not admit the wrong and moreover he says that he did me a favor not to book in June 2019
What a shame .... you are wrong but at least try to make up for it with courtesy.
So besides the damage, even the joke I have to go back and lose a whole morning of work and school due to the fault of the acceptance officer 1 plan orthopedics

THANKS !!!!

With the exception of the obstetrics and paediatrics ward, I cannot boast of positive experiences in this hospital, which for different reasons I often attend as long ago as 1992, starting with reception at the Triage. In this last regard, given that I accessed you this evening at about 9.00 pm accompanying a minor, I wondered why my completely normal questions were judged relevant by the pediatric ward (whose paramedical medical staff is always competent and exquisite) ) instead of those who were busy at the Triage to the point of starting an inopportune discussion (and sometimes surreal) in front of a child who was watching astonished. Topic that I want to point out he crossed into topics and subjects far removed from the fields of competence of a hospital. Perhaps the nurses' shifts are too exhausting? Or are they not adequately trained for reception? They are subject to regular audit psychological aptitude? These are all questions to which we should give some risposte.Quella but I must not pay the price is the quality of service. Because one should not enter an emergency room and have to put himself in a position of defense in fear of making the question deemed incorrect by the staff. To ask is legitimate to answer is courtesy and it is not clear why the same questions addressed to paediatricians shortly afterwards did not trigger any contemptuous hilarity, especially before a minor there to seek treatment and not for pleasure. Maybe the door for those who don't feel like it would be better not to have it done.

My father was admitted to the hospital in Rivoli because he was from the area, not by choice. Despite the prejudices I tried to have my own idea of the structure and of the doctors and nurses who work there.
I noticed an extreme lack of communication between the departments, promised exams never booked, the need to ask several times for a painkiller and a tendency to want to discharge the responsibility of the patient on the family. Last but not least the lack of willingness to take a moment to calm down and talk with the patient's family if not with a certain nervousness and a lack of understanding that is familiar (in this case, even far away because I live 800km away and I am a daughter unique), one can have questions about the patient's health status and the prospects for healing and care.

I enter P.S. on crutches and a very forgetful lady (not to offend) asks me what I have.
When I start to explain she says grumpy mind "I asked her where she hurts".
Then he asks me for the health card, checks it, I see that he brings it closer to the PC and making it he says: "they will call her to triage".
After 3/4 of an hour, not having been called, I ask for information on the triage, he is a kind nurse (yes) he tells me that his colleague had not registered, thus making me lose three quarters of an hour and queuing up for people who came after me.
As if that were not enough at some point, After about three hours of waiting, the call ladder comes out and I find that I have 4 people still in front. I try to ask the "lady" and she replies that I have only two in front of me. When we show him the ladder he replies Ah well then I'm 4

Today I had a colonoscopy at the gastroenterology department directed by Dr. Mazzucco. A praise to all the staff, to Dr. Anna Maria Serra and to the assistants whose name I do not know for their professionalism and humanity. Thank you.

I could write lines and lines of review describing point by point the experience, the positive aspects and the negative aspects, but nothing could remove the fact that there are people who have chosen to dedicate their lives to care for people. Thanks to all those doctors who spend their time on this and try to do it at their best. Thank you.

My mother, 90 years in July, Wednesday, February 20 falls to the market. Disordered fracture of the femur. Ambulance and arrival at the hospital emergency room in Rivoli at 10.30. Visit, radiography, leg in traction and at 16.30 hospitalization in the orthopedics department. The next day in the late afternoon intervention. Competent and extremely friendly medical and nursing staff, impeccable department, good food, in-room physiotherapy every morning. Tomorrow I will move to a rehabilitation center which I hope will be just as valid. My thanks and my congratulations to all the staff of the department and first aid. Given the reviews I expected a hellish pit and instead I found a corner of paradise.

today 8-1-2017 h 14.00 "about" I took my 9-day-old daughter born on 30 - 12 - 2016 in the hospital of rivoli pediatric department due to a problem with an eye that created a yellowish liquid and that did not allow a normal opening of the eye. Arrived in pediatrics I was taken back because it is not advisable to bring a newborn child into ps pediatrics and they told me to wait. After about 45 minutes of waiting where people who coughed or sneezed or decided for the sake of my daughter to leave, I told the nurse who had received me that I was leaving and she simply told me (she has my 8 days old daughter with problems ) SEE YOU LATER !!!!! After all that time spent waiting for my daughter I was not seen by anyone !!!!! The hospital of rivoli for Me no longer exists !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning

Good morning
I underwent an angioplasty operation in the cardiology department of Rivoli on Monday, that is the day before yesterday.
I have had a stent.
The manager was Dr. Mariani, a courteous and very nice person, as well as extremely capable.
What I would like to say, not without difficulty in expression, is that from when I was admitted to the emergency room on Saturday afternoon to when I left the hospital yesterday morning I have only met friendly, humble, nice, human, professional people, and I am proud to be able to say, because I consider it necessary to gratify all the people who are part of the emergency room and cardiology.
I remember some names, but not remembering them all for correctness I will not mention them.
A big thank you to a department that represents excellence in its field and a big thank you to all the staff, none excluded.
Thanks thanks thanks

I only say this: arrived in the emergency room with twinge in the chest. Entered at 11.00 in the morning, left at 21.00 in the evening. Computers out of use since the morning restored later in the evening. We had to complain several times to the medical staff saying that we had been waiting for the report for hours and only then were we received. Tell me if it's normal.

I do not recommend it, even if unfortunately sometimes one has no alternative. I am referring to a given department, not the entire facility. It didn't even deserve a star, except for a few operators.

Good evening, today I went to the Rivoli hospital.
That hospital did not come back anymore I entered with hallucinating colic pain but after so much suffering I left alone and I came back to my house.
So I went to the emergency room and the nurses started looking for my veins. Bucchi made me so much that my pain that I had arrived was nothing. I am traumatized. My veins came out blood like an open cabinet, Jesus too cancer and passing through this suffering I remained impressed. First aid is a horrible thing.

For my experience (unique, a year ago) in the ER, apart from access to the triage I prefer to overlook , I was welcomed and treated perfectly by Dr. Tatarciuc.

Recently, however, I happily "landed" on the eighth floor, Anesthesia and Intensive Care Department, directed by Dr. MICHELE GRIO, Anesthetist of high energy value, in the sense that, with the utmost professionalism and superlative assistance (including psychological), he has provided me with excellent personalized care.
Furthermore, the human content received is noteworthy: Dr. Grio offers great empathy that inspires great ... sympathy.
And the patient, reassured, already feels ... half cured.
Dr. Grio, thank you very much

A star because zero stars was not possible. Very rude first aid nurses (nurse with white hair and one with curly red hair), having to call the carabinieri to be able to speak with a mother hospitalized in the emergency room of Venaria and kept 10 days on a stretcher and then transferred to the Rivoli hospital. Nurse work must be done from the heart, not because you have a permanent job. Now I understand why nurses and doctors are repeatedly beaten.

The queue for tampons was a bit unsettling, which caused traffic jams both in the hospital and in neighboring countries. Disarming to see hearses coming and going all morning. Bad situation. Friendly and helpful staff.

I wonder if the Triage nursing staff is in charge of determining whether the patient is worthy of clinical investigation? I wonder if, if the answer is negative, it is correct to conduct ironically before a frightened or worried patient or even before a child assuming inadequate tones? Is the Triage staff not instructed to deal calmly and reassuringly with the users who, obviously, if they go to the emergency room, consider themselves in a state of urgent need for assistance?

Wonderful assistance, highly trained staff, positive experience across the board. Surely there will be better departments than others in the complex of the structure, but I remind all those who leave negative reviews to do so only if they have paid every penny of the taxes they have to pay. I hear too many people complaining about public services, with outrage and arrogance, and who, however, maybe evade taxes at full blast. But then he goes to the emergency room for every bua, so as to skip the waiting lists. Taxes also serve to pay for public health, fantastic after all, that we have in Italy.

Despite the rumors the orthopedics was very valid for me I was admitted after a rupture of the Left Homer Arm. The surgery was perfect and during the first and post-operation hospitalization I found very helpful nurses. Thank you again

We hospitalized my mom for a heart attack 2 weeks ago. Excellent cardiology department, doctors and nurses are very helpful. Yesterday I had to deal with my mom again though through the emergency room ... Hallucinating, I understand that there are rightly the most serious cases that bypass the less serious ones but they should review the attitude of the staff in dealing with the patients who ask for information after 16 hours. Unprofessional rude answers.

It is not possible that to go and collect life-saving medicines you have to lose half a day of work once a month because the doctor behind the door does not want to work! The door opens at 8:30 in 33 minutes three people have passed each time a person is served the doctor or nurse who is disappearing for 5 minutes to do It is not known what but they are ready-made medicines only to be collected it is possible that she will not succeed to do faster than that? In my opinion, only the desire is missing! So much the salary comes the same! Try in a private company to do these things!
