We hospitalized my mom for a heart attack 2 weeks ago. Excellent cardiology department, doctors and nurses are very helpful. Yesterday I had to deal with my mom again though through the emergency room ... Hallucinating, I understand that there are rightly the most serious cases that bypass the less serious ones but they should review the attitude of the staff in dealing with the patients who ask for information after 16 hours. Unprofessional rude answers.
