I only say this: arrived in the emergency room with twinge in the chest. Entered at 11.00 in the morning, left at 21.00 in the evening. Computers out of use since the morning restored later in the evening. We had to complain several times to the medical staff saying that we had been waiting for the report for hours and only then were we received. Tell me if it's normal.
