Five stars for the staff who performed the swabs in the "pit stop" area, two very good nurses, no queue for the swab, a very quick appointment and they were splendid! They asked us where we had been on vacation and they are the only ones who, to our answer "in greece", did not treat us as plague (as the state wanted us to feel with the new rules) .... they were very very delicate and nice. Ten more !!!

Hospital in the national average, neither praise nor infamy,
Regarding privacy, I find it somewhat superficial, I don't know in other clinics, but in this ouch ouch ouch, with the exam booked you arrive at the machine take the ticket for the entrance order which is totally ignored because then they enter according to calls that may have a technical sense but not for I patient, but on the screen attention attention in addition to the number also appears what you have to do in front of all the other patients, and this is not good and thinking heads !!!! What do you do slices for privacy then each use comes to know the pathology of the other ???? Can you give us a little thought ??? in case you are forgotten in the waiting room, the nurse on duty also comes to make you observation that you had to assert yourself shouting my name to the four winds, while they hang the sign you see published, one please wake up ,,, with a reservation for 2.30 pm who I accompanied is then called at 4.30 pm, at 4.43 pm I am waiting for the secretary (I think) and she asks me what I was doing there !! ooo but enough! !!! No comment

First aid .. with clear symptoms of mononucleosis, long wait (there is) ... fever at 37.8 I am told that it is not fever. I am sent first by the otorino, who starts laughing and sends me down to OBVIOUSLY do blood tests (they could do it right away).
At the end .... diagnosis: mononucleosis ..... Waiting: all day.

I was taken by ambulance for a head injury. Ascertained as a practice that I am not in danger of life I am discharged and sent to return in cases of some symptoms during the next 48 hours. Everything seemed to be going well but I continued to experience 2 symptoms so I call the number they gave me and invite me to come back as soon as possible for a check. By 22:00 with a green code and I am visited at 5:30 in the morning despite having only 12 people in front of me and 3 yellow emergencies during the wait. The doctor tells me I have to wait for the neurologist until 8:30. There are only 3 chairs occupied by relatives of patients, they have finished the stretchers and with my head spinning and my state of health they let me stand up. I go to the bathroom which is worse than the processes of the stations in the 80: 1 bathroom became a smoking room of a bum who is the boss of the emergency room, the other bathroom is Monday (Thursday's) that has no toilet paper. At 7:30 I get dizzy and I went to retrieve a wheelchair ALONE trying not to faint or fall on the way.
At 12:15 they take me to take a CT scan and now I'm still waiting for the report and the neurological examination with a 4 hour delay ...
I came in that I was sick and now I'm worse !!! Italian healthcare has problems and is not a common place!
IS BETTER TO DIE TO BE BROUGHT TO THE HOSPITAL RIVOLI! !!

Nightmare first aid!

Nightmare first aid!
Arriving with a broken humerus and dislocated but reduced elbow, after a small visit in the afternoon they put me on a stretcher and placed me in a corner without a minimum of assistance.
After suffering all night, in the morning if my relatives did not arrive at 12, I was dying of pain.
In the morning when I asked the nurses for something, they told me we didn't know anything and left.
We voluntarily resigned and ran away.

A thousand stars for the staff at the pit stop for tampons: they kindly explain how it happens, on time.
Congratulations also to the analysts: results obtained in 24 hours, fortunately negative.
The place to go by car for collection is very well marked with a fluorescent green arrow.
We don't always talk bad about our operators !!!!
