I find it absurd that I sent two emails to receive the rays and to remove a chalk after 25 days, I did not receive a reply, I sent the fax I received no response, my husband sent the fax has not been answered, what should I do if I didn't have a car? if you were an old woman? if i was sick? I have to go there in person!
