Bryce was the BEST. We were looking for a car to buy for a period of a few months. He wasn't pushy but followed up in the end was able to get me exactly what I wanted. He knew what he was talking about and made the entire process very easy. I had a great experience at Orem Mazda and would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends.

To be quite honest, I never leave reviews for anything online. But I'll make an exception for Edgar at Orem Mazda, because he took really great care of my entire family. He was incredibly friendly and not once pressured us in to anything we didn't want. I would recommend going straight to Edgar as he's very educated and he answered every single one of our questions. He honestly worked with us and I ended up with a brand new 2016 Mazda 6 thanks to Edgar. I absolutely loved my experience at Orem Mazda and I'd recommend all my freinds to go straight there before any other place. Just walk in and ask for Edgar and I promise you'll be treated like family and with respect! (Also don't go to Nissan, as they treated us very rudely and outright disrespectful )

Debra got me started with the online process she responded quickly and answered any questions I had and when it came to coming to orem from st George Lil Wayne was awesome and he kept me updated on what was going on and when doing the test drive he made conversation and didn t make it all about the car he was genuine and really patient when it came to my first vehicle purchase. He also provided me with a lot of information I didn t know before!

My wife switched from a Ford Focus to a new CX-5 and she is absolutely in love with it. Full disclosure here, I am a Mazda fan, have been for years. Mazda Produces vehicles of exceptional quality at a very competitive market price. If the feel of the road and tightness around a curve is important to you (as is your budget) you need to test drive the Mazda of your choice. I just purchased my second Mazda from Orem and was pleased with the experience. Oh and buy the way, I despise the car buying experience because I am very particular but Ryan and Chip were very patient and understood why the right purchase was important to me. I made the right purchase at Orem Mazda.

Marco at Orem Mazda was great. I've spent several weeks shopping for a vehicle, and dealt with seven or eight different dealerships. Marco was a complete professional who went above and beyond the other sales departments at other dealerships to earn my trust and business. I'm also glad I purchased a CPO vehicle, as I noticed a couple minor problems with my vehicle the day after my purchase. The service department was able to check out and fix the the problems at no cost to me. That was relieving, and I'm glad I have some peace of mind (at least until the warranty is up anyways).

I had two minor issues with the sales process. I still highly recommend Orem Mazda, but want to leave these issues in the review as feedback.

The first issue I had was that the detailing of the car was a little mediocre. I think this is because the car I purchased was unlisted and not ready to sell when I decided to purchase it. I would guess they were a little bit rushed to get it cleaned so that I didn't have to wait super long in the dealership. So, I understand why the detailing may have been a little rushed. The detailing is probably fine most of the time, and my experience was likely an exception to the norm.

My second issue is with the VTR fee. I was told during the sales process that I would be able to drop the VTR fee when speaking to finance during the purchase process. When speaking to finance, I was told that I could drop the VTR fee. But, since the vehicle already had the VTR engraving completed, they would just increase the price of the car by the same amount of the VTR fee. So, I could pay the VTR fee to get the benefit of VTR by having my car registered in the VTR database. Or, I could decline, pay the same price out the door, not have my car registered in the VTR database, and not get any benefit from the VTR. I don't think there was any intention to mislead me. The VTR fee is a small cost overall relative to the price of the vehicle, but still frustrating that there was no practical way to opt out of it.

The service here was terrible. They screwed me with the new car I bought. The sales reps that I had were very dishonest when it came to purchasing a car. They told me the prices was going to be cheaper with leasing options, however when it came to the signing agreement, I was pressured & taken advantage of. I traded in my car & put $2000 down for my car & ended up paying $150 more a month for a car that could have been financed for cheaper. I pay 310$ for a "leased car", because I was told financing it would be more expensive. Not the case. They added all that they could to me lease to charge me the max they could. They pressure you into getting what they want. & once you figure out they screwed you, they dodge you. My rep stopped contact with me saying basically "too bad." I had to email a bunch of higher ups for them to even talk to me. I basically lost a lot of money going here. They wouldn't help me with something more in my price range or even mention a lower lease option. They made it seem I had no other options. They used sales tactics of showing me terrible, uncleared cars, just to try & make you keep the one they forced on you.

Very rude & dishonest. Bryce is a jerk. & they only care about maxing out everything you can for your lease. My friend has a car from mazda that is worth $6000 more than mine, with a smaller lease term, & pays less than me for the same type of car. Terrible, dishonest, & not customer friendly unless you do what they want. I would give it a zero if I could. However, I love Mazda cars. Be very careful & fully informed before you go in. Even if you feel like you "trust" them, don't.

So I am stuck with the higher payments & the car since everything was signed. I tried talking to them, but with no luck again. Just another corrupt dealership just looking for sales.

They were late paying off my trade in. I had to bug them just to get it done. They don't care about people. I have tried to look at other places to finance & even legal options. It just seems like I'm out a lot of money & generally screwed.

Update: They contacted me to see "What they can do." The rep seemed nice & wanted to help, however it's been about a week since I was contacted about any solutions.

I came in to Orem Mazda looking to buy a new car and was immediately helped by a fantastic sales rep, Taylor Curtis! He was completely friendly and listened to all of my needs politely and enthusiastically! I even left to shop around at other dealers but had to come back because he gave me the best customer service!!! If I could give him six stars out of five I would! He went above and beyond to make sure I didn't leave without a car that I absolutely loved!! He wouldn't let me leave with anything less! If you come to Orem Mazda be sure to ask for Taylor!!!

I was traveling and had a seat belt fail making so I didn't have one for each kid in the back. They tried to fix it but ended hoop needing to order a part. They got it overnighted and installed it for me the next day. They did not call me when it came in so I ended up having to call them but they did get me right in and got it taken care of so we could go on with our trip with minimal delay.

Great experience from start to end. Took my old car and had Rick help with everything I needed (thank you, Rick!), but got interested in getting a new car. Wayne and Jesse showed me different options and my wife and I decided to lease a brand new Mazda CX-5. Wayne was amazingly helpful and answered all my questions. Got all the information I needed and made the choice with no regrets. Mazda has been great and I recommend to anyone looking for a car. Thank you, Wayne! We love the new car!

Best dealership in Utah! We found a car we really liked and bought it the same day with no issues. When we took it back for its first oil change there were a few problems and frustrations but the guys in charge really cared about our situation and took the time to listen to our concerns and fixed what needed to be fixed. They really do care about their customers! We are glad we chose to buy a car from them, they are great guys.

Surprisingly high quality establishment. I had planned to test drive some cars here but not buy anything, but everyone I worked with was top notch and helpful and respectful and not pushy. I loved one of the cars and I came back to buy it later in the week, and I was given a fair price from the beginning; no need to haggle. They were upfront about how much I would pay out the door and the whole purchasing process was quick and easy. I would buy here again.

I have been going to Orem Mazda ever since I moved to Utah and I have had consistently good experiences with their service department. My service advisor Blake Ellsworth is truly an exceptuional guy and helped me out with all that I needed done. Recently I had my car in for service and I had a concern that Blake immediately contacted me about and made right.
The dealership is also going under a remodel to make it more in line with a modern Mazda dealer and it looks great. The service waiting area is very nice and has snacks and drinks to enjoy while you wait.
I don't have much experience with the sales side of the dealership, but my experience with Blake and other employees make me want to come back and I reccomend that you go as well.

*Adding update** We turned our lease in, signed the papers to show the odometer miles..and I was still getting calls and mail from the bank saying we needed to pay our monthly payment. so I called the bank, and they said that the orem mazda JUST BARELY SAID IT WAS TURNED IN! Almost 3 weeks later..so not only did they screw up my credit for a second time... I am now stuck paying even more for the vehicle I no longer have. **

If I could give a negative review I would. When I went to Mazda back in 2014, I was super impressed with the deal we were getting, felt like I was being treated well and not being screwed over... well that shortly changed. FIRST: They sold the vehicle we wanted as we were filling out papers for it... so we had to find something else. SECOND: We had a trade in, that they didnt pay off for about 4 months after they had it in their possession, which then lead to my credit score being dinged AND the bank calling me threatening to repo a vehicle that I no longer had possession of. THIRD: They scammingly worded their lease so it seemed like a no brainer, but totally went back on what we were originally told. FOURTH: We went to trade purchase our lease, the told us we would need $1000 down. Ok. No big deal, called later when we were ready to buy it, and they changed their mind and wanted $5,000 down.. ON A $9,500 LOAN. pretty asinine if you ask me.. They never were able to give me direct answers. If they couldn't answer my questions, they would just ignore it. It makes me very sad it happened this way because I felt like having some good friends there, I could trust them.. but sales are sales I guess. I hope Orem Mazda evaluates the way their employees explain things. It's too bad, because I really love the Mazda vehicles.

I've leased 4 vehicles from Orem Mazda. They've been great to work with, and I think their cars are the best value on the market. I'm really happy with my CX-5. It has all the features I want like leather heated seats, tech stuff, good sound, safety ratings, etc plus it drives really easy and gets pretty good gas mileage. The car was reasonably priced compared to other options on the market. Dare I say it's actually the best deal out there and Mazda gave me a great customer loyalty discount on top of that. Don't let me forget Victor, the guy who sold us the car. He really knew his stuff and was head and shoulders better than any rep at any other dealership we went to. I walked away happy and confident I'd gotten a great deal on a good car that meets my needs, and Victor had a lot to do with that.

My wife purchased a brand new Mazda 3 from this dealership a few years ago. The door latch recently came unhinged on the driver door interior, preventing me from being able to open it from the inside. When I called to see if they would fix it, they wanted to charge me $60-$150 for 30 minutes or less of work. I see plenty of evidence online that this is a common problem, however they acted like it was somehow my fault. If this were a good dealership, they would take 15 minutes to keep a happy customer. Guess I'll use YouTube to fix it myself...

Not impressed with their idea of professionalism. I found them to beimmature and lack of respect. I said I didn't want to buy the car. They asked what price I would pay to buy it that same night. So I said if I the price was 6k then I would buy it that night. I knew they wouldn't go for it, but they salesman insisted on asking the financial department. They came back with a counter offer that was $4,000 MORE than the ORIGINAL offer!

Sure, maybe it was a joke, but I was very disappointed. They said they would call me back and have yet to do so.

I didn t even buy my Mazda from this dealership. I got a used 2015 but they have been so good to me. They replaced my key fob and a light for free on different occasions. I had them do an in detail inspection and of course their job is to up sell you on service, but I felt that they were much more realistic than many other dealerships. Would definitely recommend!

It's hard to put into words the level of customer service I received at B Mazda..

First off, Bryon was an absolutely outstanding individual and a real pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen carefully to my situation and make sure that we were able to come to a more then agreeable agreement.

In the end, I came out a head and in a completely better situation than I was in.

I have never received such horrible service from a dealership before. I drove over an hour and a half because of their listed price which turned out to be false advertising. The salesman was rude, condescending and lied to me multiple times. They tried to offer me low auction price for my trade and when I called them on it they told me that I was wrong. This dealership is the epitome of the stereotypical dealership, liars; anything for a sale.

Bought a decent car here for an okay price, but they were not very up front about promotion details. for example, I was told I would get free tires for the life of the vehicle, they failed to mention that I had to have my car serviced by them every 5000 miles to qualify for that.
About 6,500 miles in I had to replace the tires from them cracking due to the cold.

If you are looking for an Honest, Patient, Understanding Salesman and Dealer, Scott Mcatee and Orem Mazda are it! I was given one small task from My Manager, "go find a $25,000 dollar car and we will take care of the rest." Well, I found the perfect Mazda 6 and after a month of my corporate office run around, we were finally ready to purchase. Unfortunately, My perfect Mazda 6 had been sold. After all, Orem Mazda is the business of selling cars, not storing them and they are really good at it. After picking a different Mazda 6 and Making several of my own mistakes, we finally finished the 5 week deal. Orem Mazda is filled with great people who will go out of their way to help you. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Orem Mazda. After feeling like we'd been taken advantage of with our first used car buying experience, we were very skeptical when it came time for another used car. Luckily, the staff at Orem Mazda was very kind and respectful of us and our position to buy. They weren't pushy and we appreciated their transparency. One salesman even talked us out of looking into a more expensive model by showing us that a less expensive model would fit our needs better. We drove away confident in the quality of our purchase and knowing we got a good deal.

I have been using Orem Mazda's Service Department for over 5 years, and they have never disappointed me. I can schedule my service appointment online and then show up at the appointed time, and they are ready to serve me. They do an excellent job, and their pricing is better than most other car service facilities in the area, which is rare among car dealerships. I'll keep having my car serviced at Orem Mazda, because I know my car will be taken care of properly. They don't offer recommendations that are not absolutely necessary, so there is no need to worry about unnecessary upselling.

I ve been looking at Mazda s exclusively so had to stop in. I was approached by a few of the employees who asked if they could help. I said I needed to speak with someone about leasing. Every response was positive, they d go find someone to help me, but I guess the leasing agents were all busy. So I wandered around for a minute before Greg came up to ask if I d been helped. I told him a few people were checking to see if anyone could talk to me about leasing. Instead of walking away he took the chance to ask if he could help with what he could while the others were busy. He explained what I needed to understand, was helpful and not pushy. Explained what I d be able to do with my budget and credit. He brought round a couple cars for me to test drive which ended with a surprise find for a Buick which isn t even what I originally wanted but suited my needs. Also shout out to the manager Jared who came over to say hi and who ran to fill up the gas tank before we even stepped outside for the test drive. Great customer service!

Been looking for a used car and stopped by Orem Mazda on Friday morning. Ben was the salesperson who helped me and he was very nice, not pushy, and answered questions. We test drove three vehicles and he was kind enough to have his girlfriend help us test the Bluetooth systems. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on price but the experience was pleasant enough that I would consider this place again.

I purchased a truck yesterday from Orem Mazda; they provided fantastic service. Keli'i Mawae was the sales associate with whom I worked; he was fantastic. He took extra time with me on the test drive to drop by my personal mechanic so I could feel assured that the truck was in good shape. He also took extra time to answer all my questions, and was never pushy. Josh Hawkes in finances was also very helpful. I highly recommend Keli'i, Josh, and Orem Mazda.

I AM TRYING TO FORGET THAT EVENING. IT WASNT FRUITFUL.

Let me explain in detail about what happened on my recent visit with them.

I was interested on 2016 CX-5 and visited the dealership on 02/27/2016 afternoon. Shawn was the representative who helped me with my initial discussion. Right from test drive, negotiating the price, financing APRs he cleared all my questions. He was really good, approachable and nice guy.

But the issue started after that:

Before coming here, I did all my research on the price and best APRs available out in market. So during my discussion with shawn I set clear on the price which I am looking for and the APR (since I know my score is pretty good). They were keen in getting my SSN to check my credit report to check my eligibility. But I said, I can give all the details if we both agree on the price.

Only after we (me and shawn) agreed upon a outdoor price for 2016 CX-5 I gave all my details to run credit report. Otherwise it doesnt make sense for me to run the report because I am concerned each hard check on your credit will have some impact on the score.

We agreed on a price and I am totally on the mindset of getting my CX-5.

They ran the credit check, then the sales manager(I dont remember his name) came to me and said they could not offer the price that was discussed with the sales person!!! CX-5 is the best in market.. and so on.. (Usual sales talks)" I was like, then why did you guys agreed on the price and got my details. I couldnt even talk for some time, i was totally off. On the top, he (manager) started arguing on my next SUV options which I had (Rogue, CRV) and the whole conversation was so bitter I would say.

If my quoted price is too low for them they would have said that the price wont suit us. But rather they agreed on the price, got my details, ran the credit check and finally said NO which was really really bad and unprofessional. The way the manager treated me was definitely not a sign of good salesmanship. Seriouly, I was so depressed the whole day. You cant even imagine how bad I was the whole evening. I have visited many dealerships around here but none of them treated me bad like these guys. STAY OUT PLEASE! Thats my experience with them, thought of sharing with you guys so that it might help some.

Went to look for a vehicle for my daughter. I didnt really expect to find anything as we were looking for very inexpensive and having purchased here before, i knew that it was mostly newer cars at this dealership. Nate S. went out of his way to find some very nice and was able to arrange financing that worked with the budget that we had set. It was a very comfortable, no nonsense, low pressure, straight forward experience. From the young girl who greeted us to Nate to financing. Such a friendly place!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!

I fell in love with a car that the dealership had on sale for $12k. After what I thought was fair negotiation, they took the price down a bit for me. Later, I see that the exact same car is announced, for $9k. I was understandably upset about the lack of transparency. I honestly wonder if the dealers are personally incentivized to sell a car for as expensive as possible, by any means necessary.

Our sales associate, Wayne Berglund, was kind, thoughtful and listened to us instead of having his own agenda which is so typical of car dealerships. 10/10 - I could not recommend this place more!

After the transmission broke on my car while I was on a road trip, effectively stranding me 900 miles from home, I brought my car here. Monte, Wayne, and Scott were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process keeping me up to date on where the new part was in shipping, expected timelines for the repairs, and answering all my (likely stupid) questions and were extremely friendly the whole time. Everyone I talked to went the extra mile to take care of me while I was there and get me back on the road home!

Once the new transmission arrived, they went above and beyond to get it installed quickly and get my car back to 100%. The people, service, and quality of work here are the best you will find anywhere!

I thought getting out of my lease would be impossi...

I thought getting out of my lease would be impossible due to all the added mileage I had put on my car, but I was able to get into a new CX5 and I am very happy! It was a little difficult but they made it happen and ended up with a satisfied customer. Braden was my salesman and was awesome to work with. Thanks!

They re very deceitful. I went in yesterday and spoke to a guy named Jordan about a Tahoe. I immediately asked if it sat 8 or if it was captain seats. He informed me it was only 7 seats and I said that I needed 8, so I wasn t interested. He insisted that I didn t need 8 seats. Ummmm, I have 6 kids. Pretty sure I need 8 seats. I agreed to look at it to see if we could install an 8th seat. I wanted to test drive it because a Tahoe is my dream car. As we re driving I immediately noticed how bouncy it was. When i asked him about it he said it was just the torque of the engine. That it was a beast. I thought it was weird, but whatever. I ended up having my husband come up to look at it. I wanted him to drive in it and immediately Jordan did everything he could to make sure we bought it before my husband drove it. I was firm in the fact that my husband would drive it. He reluctantly agreed and we were off. Before we even left the parking lot my husband knew something was wrong with the suspension. We got on the freeway and he confirmed that the suspension was shot. I went back to the dealership and as I handed the keys back to Jordan I said, the suspension is bad . He replied with the most insincere oh, what a surprise . Then he actually asked me how far we made it before we noticed!!! He was going to let me buy a car that needed an expensive repair, just because I m a girl and didn t know better!
I would not recommend this location to purchase a vehicle. They re scammers (selling vehicles that need major fixes) and they only care about the sell.

Service is great. Their car wash is almost always out of order. Offering lifetime car washes is only good if the car wash works once in a while.

Edit: They replaced the car wash with a new one and it's always working now! Service is still great, and the sales guy u work with is amazing. Ask for Nate if you go in.

I wanted to write you a quick note explaining the negative experience in which I had yesterday at Mazda of Orem. I had some unique needs, but I was very forthright in providing what my needs were. I wanted to sell them my car and then purchase a new one at the same time. All the necessary information on my Ford Edge was provided prior to every making the trek to Orem to speak in person. I provided my car's VIN number, Mileage, year, ect... Your sales staff had plenty of time to do their due diligence by generating a carfax on my vehicle prior to me driving down; in fact I expected them to do so. Additionally, there was sufficient communication of my intentions, and I was assured by their sales staff and General sales manager that my needs could be met. I believe I was very honest and clear about my needs, and I do not think that same respect was reciprocated by their team.

However, after 2 hours of pointless negotiations, because I was clear of where I needed to be prior to driving down, we shook hands and the General Sales Manager said "let make a deal". Finally the tedious process was complete, and I was handing our keys over to them and they were handing new keys to me, one of their floor managers urgently interjected. He was seemingly shocked that my vehicle had a blemish on its Carfax report, which came as an absolute surprise to me. I asked him why they hadn't run the car fax prior to wasting hours of both of our time. Furthermore, I explained that it had a clear title (not salvage or rebuilt). Additionally, I showed him on the Carfax report that it had been inspected by LHM dealerships and that it was in perfect working condition. But still he seemed proud that he "Caught it", and obviously no deal happened.

I wasn t disappointed that a deal between the Mazda of Orem and I wasn't reached, obviously it needs to work out for both parties. However, I was extremely disappointed that their team wasted my wife's and I valuable time. To me it was a learning experience not to do business with Mazda of Orem again as they showed a definite lack of respect to our time, and seemed to be very one sided in their approach.

I was leery about buying a car by myself but Brayd...

I was leery about buying a car by myself but Brayden made it easy! I had a CX-5 but it been in an accident. I loved it but wasn t sure what to get next. Brayden found a newer CX-5 with less miles, all the upgrades, a warranty & oil for life! All important things for me and at a fair price, plus they gave me a good deal on my trade in. Orem Mazda didn t feel like the other dealerships I had been in they cared, were low pressure, and took care of everything! Go see Brayden you won't be disappointed !

I can t say going to the dealership is my favorite thing, but knowing I m going to walk-in and see Monte makes it bearable. Every time I ve gone in for service he s efficiently described my issues while still being super personable.

I bought a car and then had some service done on my car that I purchased additionally to the vehicle. The work came out absolutely horrible. To be specific it was a paint and interior sealant that was supposed to protect the natural look of the vehicle. It came out looking super dirty and most the work wasn t even performed on the vehicle. I called to get this resolved and no one s able to help me I ve called him like four times and still dealing with this problem.

I love Orem Mazda!! Just bought our 5th and 6th Mazda from them! They have a friendly, non-overbearing staff who is willing to work with your budget. Very knowledgeable about the Mazda brand. Little Wayne was our salesman and he did such a great job we came and bought another car from him 4 days later!

I love Orem Mazda! I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so nice. On my last trip, Ron Henson really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone buying or servicing a car.
