Bought a car Saturday. came in the next week to pay my down payment. And the monthly payment jumped up $10. I asked them to go through the paper work with me. And I had certain questions about the trade in. He kept brushing my questions aside trying to move forward without addressing my concerns. They did discount the car 500 bucks. But I felt like I was stuck with the car since everything had been signed. I honestly feel taken advantage of. I wanted to just say may i have my old car back please

Great experience overall. Taylor was an excellent sales person to work with. Ask for him if you go here, you won't regret it. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. He listened to all my concerns and worked with me to resolve them before any deal was done. I give him 5 out of 5! Overall the experience was 4 star though due to the sales manager Justin. He was pushy and rude while trying to close the deal. I didn't feel like he cared about me or what I had to say, felt just like he wanted to close a deal (typical used car salesmen, unlike Taylor). I got a sweet new truck and a good deal so overall I'm very happy with my experience here. One thing to note though and you have to be careful on is the pricing here. They told me that they put the wrong price online (too low) and that they were loosing money on the truck which is why they wouldn't work with me to fix the broken radio. If you read the other reviews on here, this happens quite often with these guys where they will quote you a price either online, over the phone, or in person, and then go back later and claim they made a mistake on that price quote. In the end I still got a more than fair price, just keep this in mind and don't let Justin or any other sales manager push you around on pricing.

Was pushed over the top to leave a review after today. Have owned our Mazda CX-5 for almost 3 years. Went in to have the tire repaired for nail damage. I went in assuming it would be free (like every other tire place in the entire world). Nope. $20. So out of principle, I said peace and went to the Big O Tires down the road.

What really grinds my gears about this dealership, though, is their complete lack of ability to figure out our prepaid maintenance. One of the reasons I bought our car there was their ability to sell me on their maintenance plan being able to keep up with the Toyota Care plan. Turns out there is literally no maintenance plan. I found out about 6 months ago that all they did was take money from the purchase price and tuck it away as a credit to any maintenance I do in the future. As if that isn t bad enough, there hasn t been a single time in the 4 services we ve had that the service department can figure out how to properly apply our prepaid credits to a service without me having to call in to sales, then get transferred to accounting, then have accounting call service and explain how to do it. The main service guy named Alex has twice made my wife (who was not there when the car was purchased and doesn t understand the prepaid maintenance deal) feel stupid for thinking that the cost of our service would be taken care of. After getting charged for our 1st service, I had to call in and beat them up to get it fixed.

Next complaint: the car wash. It s actually pretty good now. However, the first 2 years we had the car, there was no car wash. The sales reps sold us on Oh dude, cancel your sonic car wash pass and come get free washes whenever you want . It s not that easy. You have to park, get out for a token, tell them what car you re driving, then get a single token for the wash. Although I m complaining about the wash not working for awhile, I m giving this review an overall 2 stars because the car wash is actually pretty nice now.

Last complaint: I think this is tied to the fact that they can never figure out our service agreement, but I can never send my wife for service. It s her car, but I have to take it in myself. I m too worried about the service people either knowingly or unintentionally taking advantage of her. They charged her for our first service and I had to call to get it sorted out. Now she and I both don t feel comfortable taking it in because she asks less questions than I do and can get steam-rolled more easily. No bueno.

Now that I ve got the complaining out, I m honestly not sure if Mazda dealerships everywhere suck or it s just this dealership. I dread having services come up. I don t think I would ever buy another Mazda, mostly because of the dealership experience, and partly because I haven t been wow d by our car.

It was my wife and I's first time buying a car together, and after visiting a number of different dealerships, we were most impressed with Orem Mazda. We worked with Tyrone Franklin, and he was extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy. He also wasn't too pushy like car salesman are known for being, but he simply steered us in the right direction.

We have had our new Mazda for almost a week now and have no regrets. It was definitely the right choice.

What an amazing experience we had today buying a 2...

What an amazing experience we had today buying a 2020 Mazda CX-5. We are short on time as we have flown in from Texas to purchase a car for our daughter. Debra Berglund was the most helpful sales associate. She handled all the negotiations via phone, text, and email. She was responsive and always split out all the line items so we could see with complete transparency the price of the car.

We arrived at 4:30 pm and we were driving off the lot at 5:04 pm. THIRTY FOUR MINUTES!!!

They had all the paperwork ready and we signed and were out the door. They also had the car washed and waiting out front!

Highly recommend! We would go here again. We would call Debra again in a heart beat.

(We did call every other Mazda dealership and they were NOT as responsive- their loss)

Additionally they titled it in Texas. Several other dealerships seemed put out to deal with an out of state Title.

I was able to work with Kyle and from the moment I met him, I knew this was going to be a more enjoyable experience than I had last time. He was funny, easy to talk to, and helped me find the exact car I wanted. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car or accessories I didn't want. I would highly recommend Kyle for anyone wanting to explore their options without all the pressure and sales tactics.

Long story short. I legit came in crying not sure what to do about my lease situation. Jared right up to me, sat me down, listened to what I had to say, and calmed my biggest worries. He helped me get into a car that filled my needs and left me with another great buying experience with Mazda! I highly recommend coming to him if you need a genuine person to work with!

I went to the dealership to have them program a keyless entry that wouldn't program. I had previous remotes that programmed fine. They said that it would take an hour to resolve the issue. When I came back, they said that the keyless entry was bad and that they would sell me a new one for $183 when you can buy one on ebay for $20. They kept my car for an hour, but the rep admitted that it only took a couple of minutes to try a remote that they had in stalk and confirm that it would program. For the time that it took to turn the key in the ignition a few times and open and close my door 3 times to confirm that the new remote would program, they charged me $65.74. I will never go to this dealership again. Rediculous! If you ever go here, make sure they tell you up front exactly what you will get and how much it will be or they will take advantage of you. Typical greedy dealership.

These guys are so dishonest and shady. I bought a car from them and it has given me nothing but trouble. And a few weeks after I bought the car they sent me a letter in the mail telling me that the warranty they showed/sold me at the dealership was the wrong one and here was the right one. The last time I took it in for an oil change their service department told me that at some point my car had been submerged in water. I have never taken my car near water.
I decided to trade my car in for a brand new CX-9 and went back to them hoping they would right their wrong and work out some kind of deal with me. They salesman told to try another dealership that would be willing to deal with my demands.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JERKS! It's not worth your time, money or trouble.

I hate cars. But now I love my Mazda6. We stopped by the Orem Mazda on a whim and were immediately greeted by J.D., who was extremely friendly and patient. He listened to what I was looking for and showed genuine interest in getting me what I wanted. He never tried to get more out of me than original expectations and set me up with a car that I love for a fantastic price. The process was easy and pleasant. Further, I brought my car back to be detailed and then again to replace the battery (I don't blame the dealer) and each time, J.D. made time to greet and assist me. He even surprised me with my car washed up and running already in front of the building when it was ready.

J.D. and the Orem Mazda Staff were fantastic and I highly recommend them to everyone. I honestly can't speak highly enough of my experience. If I am ever looking for another car, I know where I'm going. And I'm asking for J.D.

My wife and I came in to browse the used section to see what was available. We asked a few questions and were guided around by lil' Wayne.

Jordan helped us after lil' Wayne had an appointment. Jordan was super personable and friendly. Although he may have known we weren't quite ready to buy, he took us on a test drive and was super helpful. Now were sold on a CX-5.

P.S. - The guy that does the numbers seems like a "used car salesman" his approach is shifty. He looks like he grabs numbers from a hat and he tries to sell you with tactics that may have worked in the 90's - "he left a bad taste in our mouth".

All I can say is WOW! I was very nervous to lease a new car but Keli'i made me feel right at ease. He took time to really figure out what I needed and wanted in a car. They were not pushy and I didn't feel the need to haggle for a fair price. I'd definitely recommend Orem Mazda to anyone looking for great service without the typical car dealership experience.

Came here to trade in my old car for a new CX-5 and I couldn t be happier. Great atmosphere, very kind salespeople and very little pressure. It is a car dealership, after all, so obviously they wanted to get me in to a new car, but when I wanted to go home and sleep on it, they were surprisingly cool with it. I worked personally with Robert and was very impressed with his insight to the different cars and his ability to answer all our questions honestly and clearly. I ll definitely come back here for our next car and recommend that everyone else I know does too. Awesome place!

Our experience was amazing! We applied for a pre-approval in the morning and within 10 mins, we were contacted by Mazda. We were able to go in the same day & leave with an suv! Jordan M. was great to work with! When we got here, all the paperwork was ready for us. All we had to do was check out the suv, test drive and look over the financial info. Highly recommend working with them! :)

We're slow car buyers. It typically takes us at least a month. We start by visiting showrooms, then research online, test drive, research some more, and then start getting quotes. Orem Mazda was one of the first dealerships we visited, and Kyle was very low-pressure. He wanted to make sure we saw the right cars (even if it were used). He answered our questions, but he wasn't afraid to admit when he didn t know something, and he would find out the information right away.

Kyle called back to let us know new incentives as they came up. We came back later to test drive two models, and Kyle rode along with no pressure. When we left that day he said, "Just because I ask everyone this: What's keeping you from buying this car today?" He accepted our response of, "We need to test drive a few other brands," with grace. He didn't try to talk down the other brands.

We came back a few days later having test driven a total of 9 different cars, and we had a quote in-hand from another Mazda dealer. Kyle and the team at Orem Mazda beat it with some additional add-ons to boot. I was so impressed with Kyle's demeanor that I asked to speak with his manager, Tyler Eastman.

We have an older Mazda that had a airbag recall and so needed to use the Dealership for the servicing. We knew we had a couple of other items that might need attention. They were so nice as soon as we walked in. It was like we were old friends. They took a video of them checking the car and then made a list of items that needed attention. No pressure as the list was emailed to us with the priority need and the cost to repair. We just had to check what we wanted done and send it back. They texted us as they progressed and it was such a good experience and we are good. I love information without pressure and would highly recommend the Orem Mazda group. Thanks

Taylor was my salesperson recently when I came in to shop for a vehicle. He is seriously the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He made things very clear, answered every question knowledgeably, and did everything he could to make sure our experience here was pleasant and in the end a great value. Excellent experience from the time we arrived and were introduced to Gary Higgs. He was very professional and had the information readily available of all the used cars we were interested in. We have met many sales representatives in the Orem, Provo, Lindon area since January and he was definitely working for our best interest. In fact my sister recommended Orem Mazda to us when she purchased a car there in March and was equally satisfied with the customer service. We should have checked them out sooner.

Nate helped us find one fine car! I admit this was the best experience I have had at a dealership EVER! I never felt pressured or like a chunk of cash! Nate got to know me and my husband on a personal level, wanted to know who we were and what we like. I bought my first car from OremMazda 3 years ago, it was a used Mazda6. After that car began running on it's last legs I came in to purchase a Mazda3 in August and had another great experience, the sales people looked out for our best interest and gave us the best deal possible. After our great experience with my purchase, my wife was in the market for a new vehicle as well so of course we went to OremMazda to look at the new CX-3. We came in and shopped a few times before making our purchase and Nate was very accommodating. He was very patient as we explored other options and when we decided to make our purchase he gave us the best deal possible. Our experience with Nate made us customers for life at OremMazda.

Bought a Car recently from them, and was very excited about it. Everything to get the car was fine, not the best, but fine. Everything paperwork wise was a disaster. For weeks and weeks they called daily asking for stuff we had sent repeatedly. No one there let the other person know they received it. They would tell us to send something, we'd send it, then they would call back and say it wouldn't work. Super frustrating, and wanted to just take the car back with how annoying that was.It was like they had never sold a car or worked as a team. I will not be buying a car from them again because of it.

I called regarding a KSL ad for a used car. Jordan was super helpful from the beginning. He answered all my questions and had the car ready on time for me to test drive. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved that we didn't feel pressured to buy and enjoyed our experience. We ended up coming back after visiting another dealer and purchased the car. Orem Mazda took great care of us and made sure the car was cleaned before we left. We enjoyed finishing our transaction with Kyle and their finance office. Thanks Mazda

The low energy of the commercial takes me out of the game watching experience. You are doing a good job outside of this commercial. I couldn't agree more with Courtney Booke, I would NOT shop at this dealer again. I recently bought a car from them, first I made the deal with the salesman on the phone after he spoke with their GM, and then they raised their price on me the next day I came in to buy the car, their GM Chip said they need to make some money on it. They didn't care about the deal we made just the day before, I ended up having to pay more than what we made the deal for. a week later I discovered a dent on the hood, they said they won't fix it because they didnt make much money on the car. I am not a satisfied customer in any way. I saw the owner responded to have people call their GM Chip Hawkes

Don't ever try to buy out your lease. If you don't let them do the financing, they will do everything they can to make it so you cannot buy your car. They do this, so you will give up and let them get the second commission that they charge your financial institution. Their financing officer will not be honest or straight forward with you. Be careful of what he tells you, the story can and will change.

Everything was incredibly simple and easy at Orem Mazda. From contacting online via website (possibly chatted with a Joseph?) who sent my information to Jared. Jared emailed me soon after and was quick to respond. He was with other clients when I went in, so Nate helped me out and Nate is awesome. I didn't feel pressured, in fact, I felt the opposite. I have never felt more relaxed when trying to buy a car. He got me a very good deal that I am very pleased with. I worked with Josh in the finance department and he went through things very quickly, but made it all super easy to understand. He was easy to keep up with.
Everyone here is seriously so nice and so low pressure, it made the often stressful experience extremely easy compared to any others I've come across. Thank you everyone at Orem Mazda! I would love to be a repeat customer in the future and will definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with the experience we had at Orem Mazda. We live in Colorado, a 4 hour drive, we had one day to hopefully find a car. My son was shopping for his first car and is very picky, yet had limited funds. Tim Miller, the salesman, was SO Awesome. He helped us find the perfect car for a great price. It felt like we had a good friend there helping us not some pushy salesman that just wants to make a sell on anything with wheels. My son is still so happy with his dream car, and we as parents are very glad we had this experience, because we had several frustrating experiences that day at other dealerships. I would give 10 stars if I could for Tim Miller and Orem Maxda. We will be in the market for 2 more cars in the next couple years, we will be back, see you then.

Nothing but lies from the time we stepped foot into the dealership. First, we were originally going to go to Kenn Garff but decided to try our luck at Orem Mazda. BIG MISTAKE. The sales guy that helped us was really nice until we got switched to a different sales guy that straight up lied to our face and even bashed Kenn Garff saying that they are a bad dealership and always takes back cars from customers. We went through the paperwork to see what type of loan we can get for a Hyundai Elantra. There was a lot of back and forth between the sales guy and managers. He came back to us at one point & said he isn't getting a clear answer so we might just have to come back tomorrow. Then someone gave him the okay- letting him know that we actually had gotten a loan through UCCU with a really good interest rate. He told us: "it was automatically approved, even if the bank goes back on their word they can't take it back. You will keep the loan how it is. But we need to do this tonight." So, we did it. We were shocked and really happy about the loan. We got the car we wanted!! But then, We get a call a week later saying the bank went back on their word and we would need to try and get a loan from another bank and put more money down. Eventually, after numerous bad reviews and the manager asking us to take them down & offering a gift card for our "troubles" they were able to get the loan back to normal except without the 100k coverage. So we did it, we got our loan and we got to keep the car. We have yet to get our gift card that they promised us from 3 months ago. So I doubt we will ever see that, even though they made us go back and forth from Santaquin to Orem numerous times. Even the license plates took FOREVER for them to give to us. They told us that they would pay for any tickets we could get for driving with an expired temporary license plate. Not realizing that would actually screw up my driving record. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have told people my experience with Orem Mazda to friends and family & will continue to do so. I honestly wish I hadn't gone here at all. So disappointed and really expected more.

Orem Mazda is an absolutely wonderful dealership. My wife and I shopped around at all the dealerships in Orem, and we're very unimpressed. None of the salesman gave us the time or interest enough. Debra at Orem Mazda gave us all her time and really cared about us as individuals rather than a sale. We purchased a Mazda CX-5, and we were very impressed with the discounts and services offered. There was little to no pressure and we felt welcome the entire time. Definitely shopping here again for our next car, and it's going to be a Mazda!

No pictures today. Too panicked to think about it.
The staff here is considerate enough they try to remember names even though you may hear them say they are bad with it.

In general, there exists a stigma of dishonest mechanics but I have not had anyone here try to wrong me for the extra dollar. I've educated myself and worked in the automotive industry to recognise they really don't push to sell you more than what is necessary.

Keep in mind that any time you take your vehicle in, then two weeks later something goes wrong...we are mentally inclined to think "WTH?!?!" So don't fall prey to trying to pull the blame game. They always take time to answer my questions, explain when I need it, and they weigh decisions just like I do when I ask them what they would do in my position. They have been patient with me on my frustrations, helpful in educating me and not shy about actually doing a search online to address the issue.

Victor was so patient with us, let us test drive several different models and years, thoroughly explained the differences between the cars we were looking at to make sure we really understood what we were getting! They didn t have the color interior we wanted, so they are currently having the car shipping to us here! It s exactky what we wanted, they worked with us on prices and were so nice and helpful! Absolutely reccomend.

Little Wayne was nice, patient, laid back, and ans...

Little Wayne was nice, patient, laid back, and answered all my questions. Most of all, he was sincere with me finding the car that I wanted. I was worried of getting a sales rep who would be pushy, Wayne was far from that however.

I forgot the name of the internet manager but he was nice, courtous, and made sure that I had satisfying experience.

Last, Joshua (Finance Manager) was super awesome and friendly. He's really patient because he had to put up with my bullshit haha (financing gets me nervous easily). He went over the lease details and clarified any questions I had. What's really awesome was earlier today, I went back in 10 minutes before closing time; Prior, I was looking over the lease and started panicking about milage penalty. He clarified and pointed out sections of the lease which resolved my concerns and anxiety. (The excess "wear and tear" milage penalty would only occur if I didn't purchase the car at the end of the lease, I am fine with that because I was want to keep this car after the lease ends.)

The guys listed above all deserve a 10.

With that being said, there are (sort of?) two minor issues that I hope will be addressed soon...

* The post email survey hasn't through yet which is a bummer because I want to give these guys a 10. I mentioned this to Joshua today and he suggested checking my spam folder which I did when I got home. Unfortunately, not seeing it in there either. My name gets misspelled a lot so perhaps it was entered incorrectly? I plan to call Wayne about that tomorrow. Like I said, I wanna give these guys 10s for their spectacular service haha.
* I got a bunch of accessories that have yet to be installed. I was told that their service guys would call me to setup an appointment. So far it's been a few days that have gone by with no call yet. I have also mentioned this to Joshua todau. He assured me that he will have them call me tomorrow.

So nobody is perfect but a nice thing about these guys is that if there is a problem, speak up; They will go out of their way to help you the best that they can. I am loving my new Mazda cx-5! Thanks Orem Mazda!!!

Monte, Alex, and Wayne are great to work and always make sure I am taken care of. They are the only reason I will be buying another Mazda as my next car! Thank you for being so amazing!!!

My husband and I have been researching the Mazda CX-5 for quite a while and are very interested with it. We finally went in today so I could test drive it. The sales man was very nice and informative. However, once we asked to look at payment plans, the man presenting the financial information didn't take us seriously and belittled us. He wouldn't bother with giving us actual numbers or a print out of anything. He just threw out some "ballpark" numbers out of his head. We both felt that he thought we were wasting his time. Because of his service, or lack thereof, I can guarantee that we will not be returning to buy a car from Orem Mazda.

I worked with Taylor Curtis via email yesterday and went in to the store to buy a car. The process was easy and Taylor was excellent to work with! There was no high pressure to buy. From the beginning of the process until we drove off the lot Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable. He followed up our buying experience with an email letting us know that he is still there to help us with any future needs or questions we have about the car.

I went to a few different dealerships while looking for my car, and while one has to deal with the politics at any dealership, I felt like they were more trustworthy here than the others. Matt Hunsaker who I worked with didn't put too much pressure like salespeople I had worked with at other dealerships.

We purchased our CX-5 here. It is our first Mazda and it is fun to drive. The purchase experience was great. Since then I have also had the vehicle serviced here. Every time I have come to this dealership I have encountered friendly helpful people. Added bonus, the coffee is good too.

Not the best customer service. They finally ended up getting us what we wanted. Only after sending us out the door and we drove 2 hours home. Then they called and asked us to come back after talking to some big boss the next day (should have done it in the first place.) Would have said no, had we not been in need of the vehicle. It was in our price range and fit our family needs.

Not only did they help me find exactly what I wanted, they were very upfront with everything, and I drove off with the perfect car for me and a great experience. Victor was extremely helpful and friendly. Between him, Jesse and Wayne, we were very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend buying a car here!

Wife went in to get a car ended up with a loan that is over $10k than the advertised price! Then to top it off the tires are bald and of course the dealership won t meet us in the middle on the purchase of new tires. Not very impressed with this place. I also like how the responses from the owner on these reviews only responds to the 5 star ratings. Make things right and this review goes away
