Taylor was a great sales man to work with. Overall we had a good experience. They did go over our budget on almost every car they showed us, but we were able to be a little more flexible with it than some people are. Honestly one of my biggest problems is that they told us they would call us when our new license plates came in. I emailed them about it a few days before our temporary plate expired and never heard back. My husband has to go in on the last day of our temp license to get the new one. Apparently that's common practice with dealerships though, because the same thing happened the last time we bought a car. Overall I would recommend them, but there are things they can do better, as with pretty much every business out there.

I had a GREAT experience buying my new 2016 Mazda 3 Grand Touring at Mazda, Orem. Taylor Curtis was VERY helpful and answered all the questions I had, he listened to what I wanted out of the deal, and he went above and beyond to deliver it!!! If you need someone who will take care of you, go to him! I also felt like the whole staff was pleasant, Justin was wonderful enough to answer additional questions that came up after I bought my car! When you walk into a car dealership you want to be treated like a human being, and not just another sale, and this team does that!

Nate was a super awesome salesman who was really knowledgeable of all of the different models. We spent almost 3 hours test driving anything and everything. The mazda 3 with skyactive technology is amazing and a great buy.

Amazing service, really make you customers for life. They have great programs to make sure you keep coming back. Free car washes and free oil with purchase of a car.

Service Department Review:

I wasn't able to pass emissions one month and needed repairs. I wouldn't normally go to a dealership because dealerships are notorious for being expensive and for having mechanics that don't know what they're doing. However, the repairs that needed to be done on my car were bad enough that my mechanic recommended that I go to a dealership to get the repairs done.

This I did.

And let me tell you, my whole experience with this dealership from start to finish was as professional, fast, and hassle-free as you can get! I was pleasantly surprised. Shocked really. I never expected to receive such good service from a dealership.

I took my car in Friday and took her out Monday. They even went ahead and verified the repairs by passing emissions for me, which is something they didn't have to do, but they knew that's what I wanted.

Overall I felt like the staff were very approachable, friendly, and reasonable. I didn't feel like they were trying to oversell me on anything. They listened to what I wanted, gave their recommendation, and then did what I wanted. Monty and Blake were especially friendly and helpful.

Prices were perhaps a touch higher than that of the cheapest mechanic you could scrounge around and find, but all-in-all I felt like the price I paid was very reasonable and fair.

It's difficult to find places like this that are willing and able to provide such professional and genuine service.

I highly recommend this place.

Heard about some shameful, slimy dealings here experienced by my close friend. I was heart broken to hear he was the victim of a car accident and had to get a new car, and was the victimized by Orem Mazda. They sold him a lemon, lied to cover up the problem, bullied, said the car couldn't actually be repaired, cheated to get an additional $1000 to restock the car before he could get a new one, then dealer threatened they wouldn't pay off the lemon car loan because he wrote a review about his negative experience exposing their fraud (essentially trying to stick him with two car payments - which apparently they can do legally), then I heard they were wanting to pay him hush money to take down his reviews which I'm assuming he did (I don't blame him for doing what he had to do to get some of the money back they cheated him out of). This is a huge disservice to our community. I for one will never do business here.

I have returned to Orem Mazda time and time again because I know I am getting a quality vehicle, quality service, friendly sales team, and a fair deal. I purchased a new Mazda and brought my daughter and she purchased a CPO Mazda.

Jared W. is not your average salesman. He listens to the needs of the customer and serves accordingly. He is very knowledgeable and can quickly explain details about cars. I ll definitely be buying my next car from him at Orem Mazda!

I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee there last summer. Today there was an issue with the seatbelt and the service department was closed (because of Memorial Day). Scott researched the problem and worked on it for a half hour when he could have just said to come back the next day when the service department was open. He was an absolute lifesaver and the service they provide here is amazing! Thank you Scott!!!

The complimentary car wash is broken more often than it is working. It has been this way consistently for more than a year. We also had to work hard to get them down to a price that we later found was advertised on their website. That's our bad for not investigating thoroughly, but we really felt played and taken advantage of. I would highly recommend against buying from these crooks.

Leased a mazda 3 in 2012 and absolutely LOVED this car. Well today my lease has about come to its end and during the years I've had some life changes including marriage and a baby. Anyways I was greeted with a friendly smile from Keli'i Mawae who then proceeded to listen to my situation and help me get into a larger car that fit my needs for my little family. He did an amazing job at answering all my questions and never once made me feel uncomfortable or never pushed anything on me. This was MY situation and I was in control. Hands down the best car experience I've ever had. I recommend Keli'i to everyone. Also Mazda's are amazing everyone should get one!!!!! Thanks again Keli'i.

Lindsey P. is the rep. that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This was my first time buying from a dealership after I sold my beater I used in college. It was a much more enjoyable experience than I anticipated and I feel like a got a great deal on a 2018 Mazda CX-3. Love my new SUV and how smooth it is. Pretty sure I'm a big Mazda fan now.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I am highly motivated given the levels of dishonesty and ethics violations by Orem Mazda. When I was shopping for a car I insisted and was given assurances that the car I was buying had a clean title. Sales staff even produced a fraudulent 'clean' CarFax report that showed the car had never been in an accident. Lo and behold some months later an accident 'magically' shows up on the CarFax report that occurred on a date PRIOR to my purchase date. The vehicle was a LEASE VEHICLE MANAGED BY OREM MAZDA. Let that sink in for a moment.

Orem Mazda will gang up on buyers, apply unreasonable pressure, distort and manipulate, and outright lie as to the conditions of sale. STAY AWAY. I have been to most of the other Mazda dealerships locally, they are all good dealerships and Orem is the lone black sheep. Sales staff there behave like a bunch of cocky college frat boys.

I have read the other 1 star reviews on here, and I can 100% agree with the statements made by other customers who got screwed over by Orem Mazda as they convey experiences parallel with mine. All the high ratings come from staff and friends of staff. Which is entirely consistent with their other business practices (i.e. lying).

Kali'i was a great help to us. He helped us get our Nissan Armada and answered all the questions we had and was very patient. He was also very patient and friendly with my kids.

We worked with Alex and Taylor there, and they was AMAZING! So helpful and we got our dream car! We couldn't have had a better experience than we did at Orem Mazda! We highly recommend them!

Had 2 keys I needed programmed for a 2010 Mazda3 I purchased that did not have FOB's. After the initial quote being too high for me, I found keys on the internet and had them programmed at Orem Mazda. I called around and Orem Mazda was cheaper than other Mazda dealerships within driving distance of my house. Was told they usually are a little cheaper than other dealerships. The free car wash was a nice touch. Didn't give 5 stars because was told it'd be 30-60 minutes to get done, it took about 80 minutes, which when you have to get back to work is significant.

Orem Mazda was amazing! I never am not sastified by going here. My sales person was Victor and was awesome! I would highly recommend him. He really got to know me and what my dealbreakers were when making the deal. I am so grateful I upgraded.

On a negative note I got less then what I thought for my Mazda 2012. Minus some minor cosmetic issues it was in great shape but they only gave me a $1000 for it which was a rip off. But I guess I can t get everything.

Had a great experience working with Mikhail. He worked hard to get us the best pricing for our budget and even stayed late to complete our deal. He was very thorough explaining all the options and didn't make us feel pressured at all.
