Also service department has always been there if I have any questions and every maintenance item I have done is completed professionally and never have a problem.

My experience with mazda of orem was nothing less then the best service i have ever had dealing with anything about cars, maybe even the best service i have ever had even. The woman that helped us was very sharply dressed, her name was Analia Nova, She was very cheerful, she had amazing work skills, she knew how to talk and take care of her customers even when there was only 1 of her and 3 of us and did an astounding job while doing so also. A good perk anyone can have while working is the ability to make their customers feel comfortable in what they offer, sadly my fiancee and i didnt end up buying from Orem mazda... she felt like she needed to look at more cars before just locking in on one. It truly broke my heart having to tell ana that we werent gonna end up buying the car after she had so descriptivly showed us the car we asked to test drive. She showed us the interior, the features it came with, the miles year and price, it wasnt a mazda but it didnt seem like it mattered she knew everything about the car already! It was a beautiful act of service and i would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a car to go talk to ana. You wont be dissapointed! If we end up seeing her again outside of work we might just invite her to our wedding! She was great!

Debra Bergland took care of everything for us from start to finish. She took care of the big and small details with no pressure on us. She got us the exact car we wanted even though other dealers said they couldn't find that specific car or do a special order for us . She was great to work with.

Bought a suv from them . The transmission is going out had it less than a year also im upside down in it very unhappy with the dealer .

The whole team was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We worked with Sebastian specifically and he made the whole process of trading in an old car and getting into a new one quick and easy. The quality of vehicles is excellent as well, we hope to have this one for quite a while, but if we ever are needing another car we will be coming back here.

I bought a Chevy Cruze from them today. From the minute I walked in I was taken very good care of. Wayne and Jordan are the sales guys I dealt with and they were phenomenal and helped with my every need. Even if you aren t looking me for a Mazda, I would still highly recommend seeing what else they have in their trade in lot.

I came into Orem Mazda with my walls up. I was expected to be treated like every other dealership I had gone into that day, pushed into a car that I didn't like just for them to get a sale or meet a quota for the month. My opinion was quickly changed when Taylor greeted us with a friendly face and a firm handshake. He was more than happy to answer any question we had and was quick to get any car we had interest in. He was very knowledgeable about any car we looked at. I would recommend anyone that wants wonderful service and a great buying experience come in and go to Taylor at Orem Mazda.

I had a very unfortunate experience with the Orem Mazda dealership tonight. Last week, my husband and I negotiated an "out the door" price with the dealership for a Mazda CX-5. I explicitly asked the senior salesman in a face-to-face discussion what was included in the out the door price and was told it was completely inclusive (taxes, licensing, registration, documentation fees etc.).

We did not purchase the car that day but reached back out today and asked if the price was still available; it was. We went in to go pick up the car today and during small chat with the senior salesman, we reiterated what we expected from an out the door price. After filling out all of our personal information for a credit check (SSNs, current and previous addresses, salary, drivers license numbers, references, etc.) the senior salesman returned and said that there had been some miscommunication and that the "out the door" price was actually $2300 more than what we agreed upon both verbally during the prior visit and in writing via email a few hours prior to visiting the dealership tonight.

This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I felt like I had been very clear in my communication and expectations and found myself shocked by the poor level of professionalism and integrity on the behalf of the dealership. By the way, this is a quote from my email exchange with the senior salesman 3 hours before I went to the dealership tonight, confirming that the quoted price was still available:

"So after reviewing the deal we offered you, it appears that we set up a losing deal solely in the hopes of engaging you on that evening. However, it's not my practice to go back on my offers. So I will accept that deal today. I'd like to ask for one thing from you if you're willing.

Word of mouth is our most effective source of advertising. If you would be willing to go onto Google and write a favorable review describing your experience, I'd be most appreciative. "

I wish I could say my experience was a good one, but it really wasn't. I've been going here for about a year now and I decided that I needed a bigger car because my family is getting better. I got a Mazda Cx7. I was promised that they would pay off my trade in, but yet they rolled over almost $5,000 onto a new loan which I got ripped off for. This car was used so it did not have warranty. Yet two weeks after I took it off the lot the check engine light came on. And the service guy had told me $105 just to determine what the problem is. What the heck? I bought this car from a dealor not off the road it shouldn't have problems two weeks after. Over all it was a big mistake of trading in my car. All I recommend is make sure you look over all numbers before signing anything. They will slip in thousands!

Jesse was straight forward and honest with no cheesy car salesman gimmicks like the other dealer we went to. We appreciated that and bought the car after the manager came down to a level we thought was a good deal. Bought a CX-5 and love it.

Nate Speer was a great salesman. I brought him a list of everything I wanted and he found me the perfect car. He explained all the new features on my car and I have loved having my new Mazda.

A nail was discovered in the sidewall of my tire during a routine oil change/tire rotation. Alex brought me back to show me what happened and explained to me all my options and possible consequences for each option as well as associated costs. There was no pressure, but his thorough assessment made making a decision to get a new tire easy. He added my tire replacement immediately into their busy schedule and got me taken care of quickly.

I was happy with our salesman Taylor. He did a great job helping us to find a middle ground with the price on our acura even though we had another person waiting to buy the car if we didn't. He was easy going, not pushy, but remained professional, and allowed us to feel comfortable. Also, he followed up with us after we bought the car, which we appreciated.
Something that we did notice, is that the gap insurance was automatically rolled into the paperwork without asking us. This is something we had to catch and ask to have taken off.

My wife and I were in the market for a new crossover for her to drive. We were pretty set on the 2019 Mazda CX-5, but weren t completely sold yet. Upon talking with Brayden multiple times, and having him be able to show us everything we d be getting with the car, we ultimately made our decision to purchase the CX-5. Due to how knowledgable Brayden and Kyle were, we were able to make a smart decision and have an overall smooth buying process. Highly recommended Orem Mazda, and Brayden and Kyle specifically.

Staff is always friendly, kinda pricey but its a dealership so it's to be expected. Service dept is good to work with, haven't had any issues.

It used to be great service here, but lately it s been slacking! Not sure if it s under new management or what, but when I walked in to get an oil change, I was told they aren t taking any walk-ins and wasn t even offered to set up an appointment. Apparently they don t want my business even though I ve purchased 3 cars from this location. I recommend everyone goes to a different place for their service needs and find a different location to purchase their vehicles.

Jordan was awesome to work with- no awkward pressure or anything to buy right away and he was great at follow up. I would definitely send my friends here.

Kyle, Debra and the rest of the team at Orem Mazda found exactly the car I was hoping to find. I was really just casually looking and got really specific thinking it unlikely to actually turn this into a deal. They hit every mark and without any pressure at all made it so easy to get just what I wanted. What s more, they gave me a deal that let me drive away pleased on every level. I ve had them service my previous Mazda for years. This was my first purchase from them. Orem Mazda is a class organization. Kyle and the rest of the Berglund s took excellent care of us.

Went there for parts. They are very helpful and were happy to take back a part when I got the wrong one. Even slightly weird parts were available next day.

Service department told me I needed an appointment for a simple oil change and they were too busy for me. Service scheduling staff was also rude to me last July.

Had enough. Went next door to Honda. They had me in and out in 30 minutes with full synthetic for like 40 bucks. And they had a "can do" friendly attitude.

We went in to Mazda today to start searching for a family car. Taylor was our sales rep and he did a great job showing many different styles and I am now a true Mazda fan! We will hopefully be back to buy a CX-5 :) thanks Taylor for being so great and friendly! You are great at your job!

2 years ago I came to this dealership to look at a used Hyundai Elantra and while I was there the salesman showed me a Ford Focus that was also in my price range. I was very hesitant at first because I really wasn't wanting a Ford but the salesman kept insisting that it was a great car and a great steal. He used the common "This is a unicorn. One owner that was a little old lady that hardly ever drove it" claim. And seeing as I wasn't a very experienced car buyer at 18 I believed it. He kept saying that tons of people who came in looking for the Mazda 3 Hatchback would end up buying the Ford Focus because they were so comparable. When we were test driving it the transmission wasn't too smooth when switching gears and he swore that it was normal and that it had to do with the butterfly design of the transmission. Come to find out after I bought it that there was a recall on the transmission because that lurching and jerking was NOT normal and continued to get worse the more I drove it. I also bought this car for about 11,000 when it was 2 years old. Fast forward two years later and I absolutely hate everything about this car. The radio started to make popping noises and screeching noises and then suddenly went out completely, my front passenger door would stick and I found out that ford had put out at least 6 recalls for my car, almost all before I purchased it. I went and traded my car in last night and only got 3000 for it! It diminished in value drastically within 2 years, from 11,000+ to 3,000. That's an 8,000 dollar difference. I now have negative equity on my new car and a payment way higher than I wanted but its worth it to be out of that terrible car. Now I know it's not the dealerships fault that Ford makes terrible cars and sedans, but I do feel annoyed because I trusted the salesman to help me make an educated decision. Buying a car is a pretty big deal, especially at 18 with very little car buying experience. But he swore up and down that this car was amazing and reliable. I should've looked up reviews before buying the car. I know that now but the Ford Focus was nowhere on my radar when researching cars. I also had driven 2 hours to go and look at that car and he kept saying that it would go fast if I didn't buy it today. I don't want to say I was tricked into this purchase but Ford had been having these problems since at least their 2012 Focus and I just really wish the salesman would've been honest or more educated on this car before he sold it to me. Because now I got screwed over, only getting 3000 when I still owed 9000 on it, had to tack that onto my new loan which left me with negative equity, which increased my car payments over 100 more than I was wanting. But thankfully my new car is truly reliable and will last me way longer than 2 years and wont diminish in value as drastically. Thankfully i went to a dealership that was honest and educated and explained everything this dealership did not.

I recently bought a car here, and I had a great experience with my salesman, Sebastian.

The reason that my rating is lower than it could be is because they definitely take advantage of customers with dealership interest rates. We had been there all day, they knew that we needed a car by the end of the day, and they didn't show me and my wife the APR until just before dealership closing time when it wasn't going to be possible to negotiate the interest rate at all.

Buying a car from here could be fine, but get pre-approved for a loan prior to working with them.

Lessons learned.

We went in to the Mazda dealership in Orem 4 months ago and ended up buying a Mazda3 hatchback with the help of sales guy Kyle (might go by Carl). They had just gotten this car on the lot recently and still needed to have their techs check everything and make sure it didn't need any repairs, still needed to be detailed, normal stuff.
BEFORE we signed all the paperwork, I specifically asked about the brake pads and rotors because the car looked pretty worn and I wasn't going to buy a car that needed expensive maintenance right off the bat. Kyle/Carl told me that his dad was the tech who checked everything on the car and he was the one who signed off on it, reassuring me that everything had been looked at and everything was in good shape.
On Friday, we took the Mazda in for an oil change and went to the same Mazda dealership in Orem, due to what we thought was a good experience when we bought it. They told us that they needed to change the brake pads and the rotors, as it looked like the previous owners had worn the rotors down, basically past the point of safe drivability. This is exactly the reason that I asked SPECIFICALLY about the rotors and brake pads, so I wouldn't have to come back in 4 months just to pay an extra $400 for something that should've been taken care of when I bought the damn car. Yet, here I am. I can understand that mistakes happen, but if a customer specifically asks for you to check something, you should probably just take the few minutes and check.
I am absolutely expecting this dealership to do something to remedy this, because either your sales reps are lying to sell cars, or your techs are lying to sell parts. This is wrong and I am beyond infuriated.

My wife and I had a great experience with the Orem Mazda dealership. We were greeted promptly by Jared and felt taken care of as our concerns were clearly answered. The quality of the Mazda vehicle is incredible for the price that you pay. The general manager, Ron, met with us and helped work with our budget to get us into the Mazda 6, and we love it. We couldn t be any happier. 5/5 for sure!

If i could give this place a negative rating i would. This place had great reviews that is one of the reasons we came here. The sales lady was very nice, but she saw us coming a mile away. This was my first car buying experience. She talked me into a car that i did not really want, but because i was having a baby she convinced me on the safety. Turns out the air bags where being recalled and the transmission is going out had the car less than a year. The value of the car dropped drastically we are now upside down in the loan by 9000. There is no reason not to be honest with people....its like dealing with Matilda's ( movie) dad....buyer beware.

They were able to help me finance a car that made sense for me, without having to compromise on the model I wanted. They gave me a great price for my trade-in. Worked with Lil Wayne on getting a new car last week. He was extremely transparent with me about the cars and about the different options I had. He had a wide range of knowledge about the different features of the cars and was really trying to help
me figure out what vehicle would be the best choice for me and my needs.

Service Department for a warranty fix was awesome. Monte (Monty) turned our day around; he was one of the kindest people I've ever worked with. He went way above expectations. He found additional warranty fixes we qualified for, and he recommended helpful maintenance suggestions. AND he called us to update us on the time-table during the maintenance to help us schedule our day. Monte made Mazda look awesome, ask for him if you want great customer service.

You cannot go to far wrong here. Excellent help on picking a car, describing options, and giving helpful information. They close decently fast when your ready to purchase. I was most impressed with there online teams ability to help with questions and offer solutions without having to go into the dealership. Some of the experience here is gimicky but not dishonest. Our extended after purchase service has met expectations with some minor annoyances such as suggesting to replace a battery that doesn't need to be replaced or advising other services that may not be needed to upsell you. Over all a solid choice to buy a car.

Never been to a dealership like this! No pressure, lots of helpful information, Patience with questions, up front about pricing, then the process was quick. Kept us updated about how long it would take, and what the next step was. Never thought a dealership could do this, they exceeded my expectations! Thank you Wayne for an unforgettable experience!

Bought a 2012 BMW not impressed with there supposed check point system , Cracked Windshield , Bad Alternator, Passenger Seat Sensor bad, Bad Starter, Leaking Turbo lines, They have NO idea how to service anything but a Mazda buyer beware. I give 2 stars cause they replaced the battery and alternator. Buy the warranty or you will be sorry just like me. Yes I am smiling till I got up the next day and really checked out the car. They are like every other dealer put the least amount money into it to get it out the door. Ken Garff VW next door treated me allot better.

TLDR:
The person who showed me the car was personable, enjoyable to talk with, and made it quite clear how the process would go. A small hiccup in doing paperwork for the used car I got.

Was approached by Sebastian and we was the most straight forward and understanding guys I've worked with in a car dealership. I went to 6 other places that day and when I got with him I knew immediately what to get and I didn't feel like I was left out of any detail. Day I came in I confirmed that I was interested in purchasing and came back 2 days later with everything prepared.

Only reason im not leaving 5 stars is because during the paperwork process they had given me. Everything was done except forgot to write on one line and it made it so that I had to wait almost a month since I had the car to get it under my name.

Took my car in. Kept it for the whole day without calling me. In the end they didn't fix anything although they admit they could hear the problem but didn't know what was wrong.

We've been to just about every dealership from Provo to Sandy. Orem Mazda was by far the best. Gary Higgs was great to us and we appreciated all of his help. We'll for sure send friends and family their way!

I had an amazing experience meting Brian at Mazda in Orem. They made it so easy to find the car i was looking for! I had been to other dealerships in sandy ( LHM ) and it was so awful i didnt want to go to another dealership and be lied to all over again. They answered all my questions with confidence and listened to my many concerns. i will never be visiting another dealership other than this one. They didn't just have me test drive cars they also compared them to each other and took the time to show me all the features. i was very impressed and have absolutely NO complaints!

Bryce was very up front and honest with us while trying to find the perfect Mazda 3 for our daughter even though we wasn't able to find the one we wanted because of our limited budget and high demand of these cars he tried really hard to find us one at our budget and wasn't annoying and pushy like most other dealers. I went to the Orem Mazda location not expecting to purchase a car. I just wanted to see other options and clear my mind from looking at so many cars in one day. Well...I love my new Mazda 6!! Gary Higgs was great to work with. They didn't put any pressure on me to make a purchase. I asked soo many questions about the cars on the lot, he was patient and kind to answer all of them. Debra was very helpful with me as I live in Madison WI. She sent me pictures and videos of a used Mazda. She was way more helpful than her commission would suggest. She even used her clout to get me an emergency oil change in preparation for my drive back home, she even asked me to let her know when I got home.
