I had a wonderful experience @ Open Road of Wayne. Went for an oil change and my tech, Julio M was able to check my tires and advise me of a slow leak I had. He patched it up for me. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend all my friends to this location.

We always want to get things done quickly. David Marcus took care of everything prior to our arrival, so we were in for paperwork to sign and out on our way. Very professional.

I took my car to the acura for service last week and Julio M. took care of it.. he was great with the service and questions I had. I could not have had a better service will be back.

If you want a new or used Acura I would highly recommend going here and make sure you ask for Nahel. She was very helpful and went the extra mile. I went to another dealership who didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted and tried to get me into what they had. I walked into this location to just browse around. I was met by Humberto Cruz who walked me around the floor. I Very impressed by the knowledge, passion and professionalism that he eluded. I had the most amazing experience! I came in to just look and ended up leaving in a 2018 Acura RDX! I traded in my old car and everything was a piece of cake thanks to Sabir, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their systems were down that day so they couldn t make temp plates they gave me a rental car until I would be able to pick up my own car however Sabir brought the car to me later that day!!!! Talk about amazing customer service I didn t have to go back to the dealership. I couldn t be happier.

This is the second car we have purchased from the Wayne dealership because we found a sales and management team who work with a terrific car brand for an incredible customer experience. Our salesman Dave Scattereggia has been our go-to guy for many years; he is honest, reliable, friendly to the point of feeling like family, but most important, he is an expert who knows his business. He takes the time to answer every question and to find answers when he doesn't know; there is no sleight of hand here. And the dealership manager Adam Link is also approachable, on hand to answer questions, a quick problem-solver, and a fair person. I highly recommend the Wayne dealership.

My wife recently returned her leased 2018 MDX and leased a new 2020 MDX A-Spec. I purchased a NEW full size spare for the 2018 she wouldn't be stranded in the event of a flat tire. I just removed it from her new vehicle (since the tire sizes are different) and it is NOT the wheel and tire I purchased. The wheel and tire which was returned to me has extreme curb rash, and a completely different tire. Unfortunately due to this, Open Road Acura of Wayne has lost my future business. The 2020 MDX is my THIRD vehicle purchased from your dealership and will be the last.

Had to get out of a lease subaru, wanted to get an acura rdx so went to acura in wayne. it was fast and simple process, thanks to Nick who was my consultant, explained my options, test drive the rdx with me, gave me the deal I was looking for. left the dealer with my new rdx. great team at acura.

I brought a used Lincoln MKZ from Open Road Acura and Nahel was my salesperson. She was professional and the sale went well. In less than a month, I had an issue with the car and the Manager agreed to split the repair cost with me. Two weeks later, I had to return the car a second time for the same problem. Denis, the Service Manager, was accommodating and worked with me. Unfortunately, I am still dealing with the original problem and will take it back to have it fixed.

I also returned the loaner car full with gas and did not top it over full, the service associate charged my credit card $7.00 without my knowledge. Very disappointing!

I was having a hard time to find the right COLOR of the Car and this dealer located right COLOR and gave me great deal on the lease of RDX.

Please DO NOT USE OPEN ROAD ACURA OF WAYNE on ROUTE 23! I bought my 2014 ACURA RDX from them in October of 2013 and every time I have used that dealership for anything there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM. There is always issues with the car being serviced, Acura never has a loaner car available for you if something does need to be fixed, the management does not help you and the customer service even worse not to mention you pay double for any work they need to do to your car. Save yourself the headache, they do poor service there and ACURA is suppose to be about customer service and there is nothing positive to say about it.

We just purchased our second MDX from Pedro Diaz and buying a new car from him was AMAZING!!! He was able to get us exactly what we wanted in less than 3 days not to mention the ease of the deal from start to finish. When we went to pick our new MDX Pedro had a big red bow on the car waiting for us!!! If in the market for a new car and thinking about getting a new Acura or purchasing one for the first time Pedro Diaz is the guy for you!!!!

I was there 10/17/2018 for regular maintenance. After I took my car , they put the paper on the windshield for the next service. Two weeks after that maintenance sign showed on my dashboard. Two days after that engine light also showed on my dashboard. I called to speak with the service manager and I left a message. I didn t heard from her. I called again they transferred me to haddar not sure exactly how to spell it. She told that they put the sticker anymore in the windshield. And I have to bring my car to check it, and reset the button for the oil change. Then the have diagnostic the car to check the engine light if it happened because of the maintenance or from the car.
How can I trust their technicians if the maintenance is required on my car in less than two weeks.

Came to acura open road looking for grey or black Acura RDX, ended up leaving with a pearl white 2017 RDX. Worked with Mikal and he was patient and greeted me the moment I stepped in. I enjoyed my experience here at Acura open road.

This is my 6th lease from Open Road. I started with a 2005 RSX, then had a 2008 TLX, 2010 TLX, 2013 TLX, 2016 TLX Tech, and now a 2019 TLX Tech A-Spec. This is also my sister's 3rd lease from Open Road and we picked them up on the same day together again. For our 2019 TLX's Sabir was our salesmen. He's a great no-hassle, doesn't make you hate having to purchase or lease a car kind of guy! He's friendly and easy to work with and both our cars were ready when promised the same day. I really wanted the Still Blue Pearl TLX and it only came in the A-Spec package. I was going to settle on a regular Tech package because of the I was worried about the payments, but Sabir was able to get me a payment that was affordable and now I have the amazing Still Blue Pearl car that I wanted!!!! I love it!! I've had a few questions about changes that occurred from the 2016 to 2019 package and Sabir was able to answer them on the phone or via txt msgs. Thank you Sabir!!! I've come back to Open Road all these years because of the sales team and the service department. It's always a pleasant experience and they've taken care of my sister and myself all these years as customers. Next lease, maybe I'll go for an RDX. That Still Night Blue Pearl is beaaaautiful!

I had a very pleasant experiene with Raja. He wasn t pushy at all and had a very positive demented. His excellent attitude and friendly face is an experience that I would highly recommend.

Great dealership and the service department is so caring. I was on my way for a 3 hour ride and my entertainment system wasn t connecting for some odd reason. A technician came out and corrected my problem within minutes and I was on the road again. I once again brought the car to have a speaker checked out. I dealt with service consultant Cecilio who was very kind and professional. He explained everything thoroughly. I also dealt with Michael, the service technician, who allowed me to show him what exactly I was hearing. Then we went into another 2020 vehicle and tested the speaker and realized the issue wasn t the speaker. I had the treble up too high for the roof speakers. He even got me a car wash even though it was snowing. Excellent service always bring customers back. I will definitely come back here. Ask for Micheal as he shows pride in what he does.

I put a deposit down with credit card for a Certified RDX, full assurances were given that the car is there and ready for me Jess Cortez, Katrina, Marcus, Fabio ....all lied ...I was on my way to the dealership and called to check one last time and Marcus said he sold the car 2 minutes before my deposit....... Stay away from these guys.....

I felt that I was not worth their time because I was buying a used car. If they don't want to treat all customers the same they should not sell used cars! Also my temporary plates expire tomorrow. No one called me to tell me that my plates were in!!!!!!! It's partially my fault because I should have called sooner than the day they before they expire...they are closed tomorrow because it's Sunday. I'll have to find someone to drive me to the dealer on Monday so I can get my plates. This was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this dealership unless you are purchasing a new car, but I can't vouch for the treatment you would get then.

I ve been to several Acura s in the tri state area and let me tell you this is by far the worst one! All bias aside! They don t only charge you a obsurd amount compared to other Axura dealers, they also tell you there s problems that don t even exist! At first I thought they were amazing until I seemed out other Acura dealerships. They are scammers! Be aware!

We had a great experience with this Acura dealership. After visiting a number of Acura dealerships in the area we found that this location was the best. Our experience with Pedro, our sales associate, was the reason we came back. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach was the best from any dealership we went to. He worked hard to help us in our searches. Even staying late one Friday evening waiting for us to arrive. We were very greatfull for his help and highly recommend Pedro when shopping for a new car.

At Open Road Acura of Wayne, I was fortunate enough to be paired up with Humberto Cruz as my sales advisor; a customer-focused gentleman who provided me with exceptional service. He was not pushy at all and offered very fair, clear, written figures right away. I was extremely happy to take my business to him and there was a lot less waiting around.

Be careful everyone, this dealership has misleading advertising to get you to go there. Their best deal on a RDX was the worse deal. Salesman was extremely limited with any negotiations until we would say we were leaving. They stopped us from leaving three times with three different deals. This place is not looking for your best interest.

My wife and I went to DCH Montclair Acura. John, sales Manager gave us the best deal lowest monthly payment no money down right up front. No negotiations necessary.

Good people, good place. Dealt with Sabir, and ofcourse being in sales myself it was an interesting sales negotiation, but ended up signing the dotted line and walked out with a nice ride! From the friendly lady who picked up my call the first time I called there, to Sabir my salesman, and the rest of the staff there, were all good professionals.

I originally came in for an oil change and tire rotation and since my lease was going to end soon, I wanted to see what offers they had. Long story short, I walked out with a new MDX. I would like to add, that as a female, and without my husband present, in no way, shape or form, did I feel that he treated me unkindly, or that he tried to take advantage of me during negotiation. Easy from Start to Finish!! I was looking for a used car and was tired of the run around I was getting from the "private" wholesalers that were trying to sell me used cars that had been totaled and refinished to look perfect. I answered all of the pertinent questions over the phone so all i had to do was go in and sign the already prepared paperwork. I recently bought a used car from this dealership that had sticker price of about $15K but after nearly $2000 in dealership fees if was around $17500 just for the car. What a scam. For a car that still has broken parts. Steer clear.

My salesperson - Humberto Cruz - went out of his way to keep me informed about the availability of the model I was looking for and he volunteered several discounts and ways I could save money that I was not aware of. Without having to ask, he seemed concerned with the amount my monthly lease would cost relative to my existing payment amount. The cost was determined based on a conversation rather than a negotiation; it was very pleasant and easy.

Went there looking for a used car for daughter. Had a low priced one but it was severely under powered that was I guess to lure people in. I didn't bite. Went to NYC to get a used ultra low mileage Civic with dealership warranty.
