My husband and I were looking for a new car and were deciding what to purchase. We went to various dealerships looking at different manufacturers. Our last stop was Open Road Acura in Wayne, New Jersey. We were greeted by John Molina the General Manager and right away he made us feel extremely comfortable, no hard sell, just very professional and knowledgeable. After meeting with him he introduced us to his Sales Manager, Adam. Adam was attentive to our every need and the entire process was so streamlined and easy that I will never buy another car from any other dealership. We bought the Acura 2018 RDX and we just love the car and the phenomenal service we received from Adam and their entire staff. We highly recommend Open Road Acura and all they offer to their customers.
