If you are in the market for an Acura you MUST see Sabir. I was interested in the 2019 RDX and advised that I had already taken it for a test drive at another dealer. I was only interested in reviewing pricing.
He followed that with questions about the various features and we both quickly learned that the other dealer really didn't do much for me. He allowed me to drive the RDX in the technology package and tried to get me to test the safety features, so I could see how they work. After realizing that I didn't feel comfortable with that, he took me out on another ride, but this time he was driving, so he could personally show me how the features work. My whole family was stunned! The features that are available in the RDX are amazing!! I was really glad he took the time to ask the questions, instead of just talking pricing. .

The 2019 RDX is a big upgrade from my 2010 TSX, and Sabir was extremely patient and thorough in the explanation of all of the features and new technology that was included with the Technology package. He was also quite patient, as I was unsure of the colors and even packages that I would finally decide on. Once all of the deciding factors were determined and I settle on the Advanced package, he then taught me how to use the additional features that came with the Advanced package.

What I have appreciated the most is that he has checked in following the purchase a couple of times to make sure everything was going well and answered several questions that I had. Sabir is an honorable guy and was a pleasure to work with. Go see Sabir today!

He is very skilled and knowledgable about the Acura/Honda products, and a real asset to the dealership. There isn't a question you could ask him about your Acura that he doesn't know the answer to. Update: Nahel s commitment to making her customers happy extends well beyond the completion of purchase. I noticed a scratch on one of the wheels and she immediately told me to bring it in and they would take care of it no charge. And then I ended up scratching two other wheels to avoid being hit by someone coming the wrong way, and she s giving me a discount on the normal cost to resurface a wheel. She truly takes care of you from start to finish, and beyond!

Today we had a chance to meet with Jessi who introduced us to Louis who was kind enough to assist us with our transaction as far as trading in the vehicle. The transaction went through very smooth... the whole team was very friendly and courteous the experience was truly awesome. The manager was also very helpful.. Open Road Acura of Wayne was simply amazing. Sabir is the salesman to go to. He was very knowledgeable about every part of my new car. Staff was amazing and I had a wonderful experience. I told Sabir that I would be there to start the process at 2 pm and when I walked in the door the at 2:08 pm, the only part I had to do was to add my insurance. good pre-sales terrible post-sales

My pre-sales experience with OpenRoad was great. I arranged for the purchase of a 2017 used luxury car and all of the paperwork was ready when I walked in the door. The finance manager Scott was great, he didn't upsell me on anything and I got the feeling that this was a white-glove, high-touch dealership.

This feeling quickly evaporated when I had to start chasing the sales manager Adam to get my plates and registration which finally arrived two weeks after the the temporary tags expired. Weeks before the tag expiration I started chasing their sales manager who was very elusive and defensive. Furthermore they owed me an expensive keyfob at closing which this never delivered and I got stuck with the cost of re-keying the car and replacing and programming the keyfob. Overall I get the impression this dealership doesn't understand white-glove, high-touch, customer service, at least for used cars. My recommendation is to consider other dealerships like Paul Miller before considering this one for your next used car.

This was the first time I brought my car in for routine maintenance. It was a good experience. I was told car would be ready in 1 hour. It was ready in 45 minutes. I waited in a area that had food and drinks. Overall a real good experience.

Buying a new car can be super stressful and just something you don t look forward to but i honestly had an amazing experience here and let me start off by thanking my sales guy Robert who really took the time and broke things down and was very honest and upfront. I never felt the pressure and he made sure i left that building with what i wanted. I arrived for a scheduled service the place was congested didn t know where to go or drop off. I asked someone and was told to see the guy with the clipboard, when I asked him where to go he ignored me after the 3rd time he said anywhere. Finally when I finally found an open spot and I go see him to check car in he says I have to bring it to the front. Wasted 20 min just trying to find out where to park vehicle. With this type of unprofessionalism I decided to leave and never return. I expect for my business to at least be appreciated.

My beloved 2017 Acura MDX was totalled in a tree fall. same day when my insurance ajuster declared total loss, I headed to Openroad to see Humbreto and Fabio who helped me on the damaged vehicle purchase in year 2017. These guys are not just professional, but a genuinely kind and caring individuals. They understood what happened and the loss. Instead of renegotiationg the vehicle at list pricing for their own profit as other dealers would. They gave me their best price very similar to what I was paying immediately. I had trade-in vehicle before, and this time I didn t have, therefore payment was higher obviously. I asked if they can do anything to help me. They came back after two minutes, with almost identical price!!! They once again gave me a more than reasonable pricing at their loss to accommodate me. We did the paperwork right after and drovw brand new car start to finish in less than 2hrs!!! I had to pick up my first child from school and they promised to get ready before and they delivered. I skipped all other dealerships near my home but drove 30minutes here and saved 3hrs of pain from other greed driven dealerships.

Thank you openroad Acura, I will see yiu guys again, when Another tree strikes my Acura, just kidding, I will most definitely will be your future customer again. And you know where my families and friends will buy Acura from.

I wouldn't recommend buying or leasing from this dealer. I was recently in the process of returning my leased TLX and I received a call from this dealer attempting to get me into a newer vehicle, but I informed them that I wanted to purchase the leased TLX, since they only care about commission they kept trying to get me into a new vehicle, once the representative noticed I wasn't interested, she stated to come-in before the end of the lease term and her manager will wipe the remaining 2 payments and I could finance the leased TLX.

I took off work to follow-through on this offer and it was a lie. They continued to try to get me into a new vehicle and weren't interested in me financing the leased TLX. I truly loved that car and would have financed it if it wasn't for the poor customer service.They are obviously in business to make money, but don't lie to your customers they may never return.

I went to a nearby dealer called Paul Miller Audi and purchased an Audi A6. The service was like night and day. They actually treat their customers with some dignity.

RUN AWAY!!!! I been waiting TWO MONTHS for my plates and all they do it give me the run around. I already got a ticket for my plates, they gave me new temporary plate and they are already about to expire smh they were on me since I bought the car about leaving them a review for there bonuses and now that I need my plates no body can give me a straight answer. I never had such a worst experience buying a car. Love my Acura just hate this place NEVER again will I go here DONT do it!!!

Very thankful for the help of Emmanuel Anziani on the process of getting our new vehicle. He was very helpful and down to earth I suggest everyone to contact him If u are looking into purchasing a new vehicle.

I try to buy a car from this dealer, I even didn't test drive the car the salesperson holds me to negotiate price. I asked him 3 times to test drive the car he ignored my request. I don't know who is going to buy a car from this kind of dealership.

I finally stopped in after dealing with the online department to meet Jessica. She introduced us to Pedro J Diaz, right off the bat I knew I was going to like this guy and I was right. He was very professional and courteous. He kept calling me Mr. Zito and I didn t have the courage to tell him to call me Mike. So if you read this Pedro it s Mike from here on out LOL. We went on out test drive and he explained all the features he could in the 15 minute drive. When we got back he told me a price and I was honest with him that buying a car wasn t my favorite thing to do and I didn t want the back and forth and he made sure that didn t happen. I gave him what I thought I should pay and he came back two minutes later and shook my hand and we had a deal. They didn t have the vehicle I wanted on the lot that day so I came back a week later and met Pedro and he was just as friendly that day as the prior visit. This time I brought my five year old daughter and he was so nice to her and made sure she had whatever she needed. After a 10 minute wait I signed my paperwork with the fianance guy and asked Pedro if I could come back Monday to pick up the vehicle. When we were pulling into the dealer on Monday my daughter asked me if we were visiting Pedro. After a short wait he did a once over with me about the features and I was on my way home. This had to be the best experience I ve ever had at a dealer, all the staff was very friendly and Pedro has gained my business for life. Thanks again Pedro and all the staff at Open Road.
