We had a great experience with this Acura dealership. After visiting a number of Acura dealerships in the area we found that this location was the best. Our experience with Pedro, our sales associate, was the reason we came back. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach was the best from any dealership we went to. He worked hard to help us in our searches. Even staying late one Friday evening waiting for us to arrive. We were very greatfull for his help and highly recommend Pedro when shopping for a new car.

I revisited this Acura dealership a year later as I was in search for a vehicle again. The main reason I returned was the professional and knowledgeable help I received from Pedro. My experience from my original visitit was so good I wanted his help again. As expected he helped me get the vehicle that was best for me. He worked with me to make it possible. It didn t stop there, a couple days after my purchase he followed up to ensure everything was going well. He assured me if I had any issues or concerns he would get them taken care of. I left feeling confident my choice of going back was the right one and my business was not taken for granted. Again, I highly recommend Pedro and Open Road Acura of Wayne when shopping for a new vehicle. Thank you to the entire team there.
