To add to this exceptional experience--John, the General Manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He, along with Pedro, made the whole process hassle-free and went out of his way to ensure that I had a deal that I was extremely comfortable with. I was so impressed by the impeccable treatment at Open Road Acura of Wayne, that I referred five other people there and they expressed the same satisfaction with the service. I would definitely recommend asking for Pedro when you visit this dealership.
