Easy from Start to Finish!! I was looking for a used car and was tired of the run around I was getting from the "private" wholesalers that were trying to sell me used cars that had been totaled and refinished to look perfect. I reluctantly decided to try a dealership, dreading another sketchy salesperson. Open Road Acura of Wayne treated me with respect and I knew that I was in good hands from the minute I walked in the door. My salesperson PEDRO DIAZ was a true professional, honest and kind. I connected with him right away and he understood exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to him the process was smooth and swift. My son drove his new car off the lot in 3 days!! I recommend this dealership 100%. Pedro, Fabio and Scott are fantastic!
