Best car buying experience hands down. I never write a review but this was a well deserved time to write a review moment. It was the fastest and smoothest experience ever. Not knowing Scott was in the financial department, I questioned why he was giving us off to Pedro who was busy. Pedro alerted us he was busy with another clients but would be right with us. His customer service stills are definitely at par! The team work and customer service here is actually a 10 star. We were confused of what we wanted when we walked in but walked out with a brand new car because they helped us with all our needs and wants. They re not pushy but really are there to inform you of thief product and just help make you happy (financially). They stayed there after their business hours to accommodate us ... So thank you .. thank you guys! We are very happy with our purchase and experience at open road Acura of Wayne! Kuddos to your team work ... it paid off!
