I had a wonderful and most importantly easy experience. It was a pleasure to work with Elka. She showed me how to use all the features and explained all the gadgets that the car comes with!! She went over the manual and most importantly she made me feel like i was in safe hands. I highly recommend going to see her for your next car. Overall very professional and I will 100% be coming back to see her and using Open Road Acura !
