Have never experienced worse customer service in all my time dealing with dealerships. We contacted them on 9/1/2019 and made arrangements to see a particular vehicle on 9/2/2019. The salesperson jessica said for us to text her when we were 30 minutes out and she would have it ready. We did as she asked and she said great! We arrived to find that they had already sold it in the 30 minutes between us talking to her and arriving. No one had any clue and it took them forever to figure it out and she didn t even have the courtesy to apologize or talk to us for that matter. Extremely unprofessional and we will never buy a vehicle from them nor will we recommend them.

The appointment system should be better coordinated with the local dealership. I was told the appointment was for noon .but when i arrived i was told the appointment was for 2pm. However the dealership did get my vehicle in and completed in about 1 1/2 hr.

I have been to Opelika Chrysler several times now and from the moment you walk in the door they help you with a smile. They have helped me deal with my warranty when the warranty company were dragging there feet on the process. They go beyond what they have to do to make sure you get your vehicle back from the service department on time, if not ahead of schedule. I was told last time my truck would take several weeks to fix, but I had it back in 2 weeks spot on. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram who needs work or regular maintenance done.

Little pricey for an oil change. Only place I ve used for my last 2 trucks about 9 years. Customer loyalty don t get you much anymore. Probably find something a little less expensive from here on out.

They were incredible! They gave us a wonderful deal on our trade and really worked to make us a good deal. I would highly recommend Opelousas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Their customer service was excellent!

John helped us find exactly what we were looking for and Ronnie, the sales mgr, made the process quick and simple. Mike in the service dept got my running boards installed just as promised. My Dodge 1500 Ram is the most comfortable truck I ve ever driven.

I worked with Cam and had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable of the products for sale on both sides of the dealership. I enjoyed the experience so much I m looking to get another vehicle today.

I have been to many local dealerships and Opelika Ford is the best one I ve dealt with in several years.

Great customer service, No pressure from any one of the sales persons trying to talk you in to something you can't afford ,at Opelika Chrysler Dodge they listen to the customer and that's what makes there business out-standing. They knew what I was looking for they knew what I told them were I needed to be in price range and they achieved that. So I can say THANK YOU -OPELIKA CHRYSLER DODGE. I recommend there business.

I made an appointment to have a tire checked for a loss of pressure. Making the appointment was the only thing this business can do properly. When I checked in, I was told it would be no longer than 30 to 40 minutes. I left and came back. To surprise they had not even started and said it would be another hour before they could get to my vehicle. I left and will not be back. I definitely would not recommend this service center. Horrible customer service.

Buying from here is a pleasure,(sincerely)
service shop
is borderline useless And extremely overpriced. $480 to splice ONE wire under the seat. I said no. $100 to take tps from flat tire to full size spare.I said no. Asked to diagnose popping in front suspension. Was basically told they couldn't get it to pop so IDK. Put it in the air inspect the ball joints, track bar, bearings, ect. Did not expect the lack of knowledge and expertise we were met with. Oh and it was $200 to find out they weren't qualified to touch my truck again.(diagnostic fee)

The customer service from Mandale Lee and Mr. Juan was so great that we came back the next day and bought a second car!

I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The staff at the Opelika Dodge location, or should I say the Mopar service center were very nice. They were thorough in explaining to me what was next concerning the service of my car. I cannot attest to other s experience, but it speaks volumes that I left my city to come to Opelika for service, when the Mopar service center in my city was super busy. Also there was no sign of my car being taken for a joyride, as the case at some Dodge Dealerships when a 392 Scat Pack trim or higher comes in! So in my experience, you can trust this location with your car.

We bought a used 2018 Ford Explorer from here and had it delivered out of state. They didn't give us the entry code and refused to find it for my vehicle. Now I have to pay $90 to get a code from a local dealer that should have been given to me when I purchased the car. They told us we could drive 8 hours and they would look it up for free. They refused to reimburse us if we had a local dealer do it. If you want customer service, I recommend going elsewhere for a vehicle.

Had to wait over three hours for my oil change and my tires rotated. I expected somewhat of a wait not a three hour one.

I paid for a service plan when I bought my vehicle from another chrysler dealership. I was assured by the dealership and the company providing coverage that it would be accepted at any Chrysler dealer. The dealership in Opelika had trouble getting it to pay for my vehicle here. They finally did, but I have never had to pay for oil changes because of this service plan. Here I did have to pay a portion. Not sure how the plan covers only a part of the oil change and tire rotation when it says it is covered completely.

Once I left I noticed my tire light came on. I checked the tire pressure I had one tire over inflated and another that was low. These guys are supposed to be the professionals.
Won't be coming back.

I walked into Opelika Ford with little hope of getting approved for a car but thanks to Randy Smith, I was able to walk out with a brand new Jeep Renegade. It was a very quick and easy process, we were in and out in less than a hour and a half. The staff was extremely friendly and I would recommend Opelika Ford to any and everyone who s looking to buy a new car. Thanks so much Randy!

They charged me $160 to attempt to diagnose the problem with my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. I had 2 problems. One was the O2 sensor light kept coming on even though there was nothing wrong with the sensors (I had it replaced 3 times before). They did an update to the ECM and it appears to have finally corrected that issue which was annoying. I think they charged an additional $30 for that. The other issue was a shimmy in the steering wheel. They diagnosed the cause to be failed axle U-joints. The U-joints had been replaced 1 year prior and had less than 10k miles on them. Anyway they wanted $1,400 to replace them. I said no thanks and took the jeep to Grays Auto in Auburn. Grays discovered missing bolt in both front axle radius arms and replaced them at no charge. Fixed the problem and my Wrangler now drives better than ever. BTW, I asked Grays how much they charge to replace front axle U-bolts their price was approximately $400 ($1,000 less than the Opelika Jeep dealership). 3-stars for updating the ECM O2 sensor problem. But very disappointed in their failure to find and solve the steering shimmy ( missing bolts) problem. Hope this info is helpful.

Went there and was told my vehicle had no issues.. when I'm certain it does. The very next day my vehicle displayed the same starting issues that I tried telling them about. I strongly recommend that someone use a different DODGE ship than Opelika dodge.

Josh and Andrew are truly the best! They made buying the car I truly wanted and really didn t think I d be able to get, happen in a matter of hours after inquiring about it. Josh was beyond helpful and more importantly, he was honest, which is what I value most when purchasing a car. They exceeded my expectations and have absolutely earned a future returning customer.

They NEVER have time or space to do anything. You literally have to go to Atlanta because they can't fit simple oil changes or window wipers in. The prices of repairs and sales are BETTER in Atlanta anyway. I saved $6,000 on my last purchase but unfortunately I can't ever get my car serviced here. Oh well, hopefully this place finds some competent mechanics soon or changes management. I'm pretty sure you lose money when you perform those SLOW services or refuse to service clients in a timely fashion anyway. Its a disgrace especially in a middle class area.

Chris Moore was a great salesman. Honest and help give me a great deal. The finance person help find me the best possible deal for payments with the smallest interest possible. Best interest I ve ever got on a vehicle. I ve bought many vehicles for this company and always great service. Thanks for helping me get into my 2020 Jeep Wrangler

(Dodge Service Shop) I spent $1500 to get my gear shift fixed and to stop my car from running hot. I notified them of the leak from my antifreeze reservoir which may have been the cause of my car running hot. $300 was just for parts;$1200 for labor. My gear shift is fixed, yet I can t drive my car 15 miles without it running hot because they didn t even replace the reservoir. I m extremely displeased with this service shop because they didn t service my car based on the agreed problems. I feel like I was robbed of my hard earned money by crooked thieves disguised as repair men. Do not do business with this service dealership!

Took my 2014 RAM 2500 Laramie Longhorn in for some recall work on the 28th. From that time until I picked it up the next day, my service advisor communicated with me about they things that were being completed. Highly recommend this dealership for warranty/recall work. Thanks for the fast service.

Customer service was not good. Brought my Dodge Journey in to have ac checked on the new car I had purchased. It turns out that there was a piece of paper blocking the vent, no big deal right. Wrong, they tried to charge me $300. When I refused they charged me $100 to get my car back. They are crooks do not go to the service department or purchase a car from them!!!!!!

The service department completed all our issues to our satisfaction. All service staff were welcoming, polite and kept me informed while I was there. They answered my questions. The waiting area -- inside and outside -- was pleasant. We will continue to schedule maintenance as needed. We like this location -- it's a 2-hour drive, oneway, but it's worth the drive. This is where we bought the van and as long as the service is good, we'll continue to return here. We look forward to seeing the service staff again.

The Sales team , and finance Dept. worked very long and hard to get the exact vehicle I was looking for at the price I was needing . Buying a car can be very frustrating and these guys understand that. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Special call out to our salesman - Mandale Lee- thank you!

I would not recommend this place due to the extreme high cost of diagnostic and labor. Took my car in for an issue. They ran the codes and tested the battery. They found out that my battery was weak and charged over $130 just for finding that out.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8am today to have the seal around my back window and driver door replaced. When I arrived at 8am, I was informed that the guy who does the work I needed was not coming until at least 10am. I was not made aware of this gap in time beforehand, and therefore had not made any arrangements for it. He arrived between 10:30-11am. I was told the job would be about $250. I informed them we had purchased an extended warranty when we bought the truck from them, but they said it did not cover anything dealing with gaskets, seals, or glass. The final cost was $350, not $250, to have the seals replaced. In all, I spent 5 hours at the dealership and paid what I consider to be too much for the job that was done. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to get repairs done on your car.

Came to this dealer because the website states you can buy online and have it delivered to you for a test drive, so I made an inquiry and was contacted by leah hannigan asking when id like to come in to look at the car, I responded and said I was interested in the online process which is what brought me to this dealer instead of others. Never heard back or received a reply after asking about the online process that their website states. Dont advertise something if you dont actually do it. Bad customer service.

I had Michael. He was purely amazing. Answered all of my questions, cut me a great deal, and is even pretty great with witty personality traits. I was in and out, no problem and got a great deal too!

First of all, they've got some nice cars. And alot of the staff is friendly. However I can not look past how terrible the Q-Cert warranty is. I was told when I purchased my truck which came with oversized wheels, exhaust, engine mods etc. That none of those would affect my warranty. A guy named John in finance told me that and got me to sign for a $2500 warranty package. Well here I am 2500 miles later, and I have broken exhaust manifold bolts. I was told on the phone they would cover it and I could get it diagnosed and returned same day, and then we would schedule a time to fix it. I show up on the day of the diagnostics and get told it'll be at least 2-3 days and they didn't know if it would be covered because of the mods that were already done to the vehicle when I purchased it. And that it would be a $159 diagnostics fee. Overall I would never buy another one after dealing with the lies I was told in finance department.

I took my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 in for a passenger side air bag recall. About an hour after dropping it off Ashley called me and informed me that , as with all vehicles brought into the service department, a "21 point" inspection was done on my truck and it needed additional repairs. She informed me that the truck needed front brakes and a tune up. I told her that I could perform those repairs myself and thanked her for her concern. The next day I went to pick up my truck. I noticed when I saw my truck that none of the brake dust, and it was substantial, on any of my wheels had any signs of fingerprits, smudges, or had been disturbed at all. I found this odd due to the fact I was told the truck needed front brakes. I am not aware of any way to check the brakes on a vehicle without removing the wheel. Maybe there is some new technology that I am not familiar with or maybe I was being sold a service that I didn't need. Either way I would like to know.
I intentionally took my truck to Opelika because I have had similar issues with the dealer in Columbus. It is starting to appear that this kind of thing is common practice. I would appreciate it if someone could clear it up for me. I love my Dodge. It's been a great truck. In fact I left my card with Vonda on the used car side with the info on another Dodge truck I am looking for. Weather or not I purchase another truck from Opelika Dodge is up in the air right now.

Thank you for your concern.

I explained that I had a problem with my car and I needed it to take my wife to a doctor's appointment the day after next. They told me to be the the next morning at opening 0900. I took my car in that next morning and they took my car in right away to diagnose the problem. They diagnosed the problem, they explained what was wrong with my car and if it was something that had to be fix right away or could wait. They let me know what the fix was and how much it was going to cost in a couple of hours.
They were courtesious helpful and answered all of my questions.
I would recommend them.

Ive bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and the sells side is great, service is terrible. I was having trouble with my ac leaking in my floorboard it took four trips for them to finally fix it. That was my f250, this week I took my hellcat in for a noise coming from the rear end and I think they fixed it but there was a recall on the converters they replaced them but now there is a loud rattling coming from under the car so now I have to take it back monday. This makes 6 trips to the service departments for 2 problems.

Worked with Connor on this Challenger Scat Pack, great work on helping to seal the deal. Made the drive up late we got in at about 620, glad they got everything finished up. Paper work took a little bit but went smooth. Unfortunately the car wasn t exactly detailed due to timing, Connor did his best to do what he could before we left. Over all great experience.

Walk in with a Capital One pre-approval on a particular car, left with that car two hours later after being told "We got you a better deal with Ally Financial." Two days later I see 4 or 5 new credit inquiries which dropped my score by 15 points. I guess typical sales managers will go behind your back to do stuff. I will not be going back. I guess its partially my fault for not sticking to my guns.

Shoutout the Cam, he is one of the best sale professionals I have ever worked with in any profession. He was fast with getting all the paperwork work done and got me a great deal! If you come here I would definitely recommend working with Cam.

Wow.... I wrote a review today and posted it. Saw mine along with several others about the level of customer service at this dealership (which is nonexistent) and nowthe review is gone.
Well.... Here we go. :-)
My back driver side car wheel was rattling.
Your dealership said my NEW car did not have original equipment wheels on the car (the selling dealership said this was "a big one") so you would not fix it. :-)
My brand spanking new 300 had 6,000 miles on it AND I bought the warranty which cost me $1,200 at the time of purchse.
So.... I asked about the wheel being fixed under the warranty and heavens above, surprise, surprise, your dealership said that the wheels were not covered. And... wait for it... your dealership wanted $1,200 to fix the rattle.
Everyone here in Opelika told me NOT to deal with your dealership but I gave it a chance (much to my disappointment).
I took my car to Kenny Knox Tire in Valley, Alabama and they put the car up on the rack and within 5 minutes had the rattle fixed and :-) did not charge me a penny.
I have always bought my vehicles from Glynn Smith Chevy and the ONLY reason I had to buy a car out of town was because I had to move to FL for 2 years to take care of my mother and had hit a deer which almost totaled my Glenn Smith Chevrolet. I hotfooted it back to AL as soon as I could in my new car and that is when the rattle started. I tried in good faith to get my car fixed at this dealership and was given the run around and every time I went another route y'all came up with another reason you could not fix my car BUT you could fix it for over $1,000. Really????
I will not go to this dealership for ANYTHING. I still have several free oil changes on my car through Chrysler but I will not take my car to your company. I will pay Glenn Smith to change the oil OR I will take it somewhere else to get the oil changed.
And I will never buy another Chrysler product because you do not stand behind the product.
I have little faith in Chrysler and no faith in your dealership.
I will not recommend your company to anyone.
You can erase my posts again if you like but you cannot stop me from telling the truth to everyone I can about your customer service.
It's all 100% true and is all documented through emails with your service department.
You had several bad reviews on your site today and all of them are deleted.
Wow.....

My experience started with the first call I made to set up my appointment. I brought my Jeep in to repair two recalls. I was told recalls are not repaired on Saturday so I brought the Jeep in on Friday. I was told over the phone the repair should take a couple of hours and be able to pick up at the end of the day. When I got there to drop the Jeep off on Friday I was told by a service person I would not be able to pick up until Monday. One of the recalls requires the whole front grill removed. I was denied a loaner car because Chrysler does not allow cars for recall repairs. The recall is not my fault. I don t have an spare car to use. I asked if they could also look the check light. The service person told me there was a $159 diagnostic charge. I told him to check it out and let me know. He called me on Monday and gave me an ridiculously outrageous price to repair a thermostat and told me some other things I need repaired. The total price for everything was $3,500. I declined the service. I did ask you to repair or find anything than why my check engine light was on. I don t guess he got any commission money from me. When I came to pick up my Jeep I was expecting to $159 for diagnostic but instead by bill was $202. I was charged a shop $45 fee that I wasn t aware of. I was never told about a shop fee. I sled why wasn t I told about the shop fee. Some gentleman told me they always charge a shop fee. Corporate requires us to charge it. I was never told about a shop fee.

This Opelika Jeep dealership has to be the most unprofessional, hypo-critic, unorganized place I have ever stepped foot in. They will never get my business again.

Took my Dodge Challenger in to get my brakes looked at due to them making squealing noise. Took them all day to diagnose the issue. When I finally got my car back and drove it for a few hours it was still making the noise. So I recorded it on my phone and I showed them the video when I took my car back. They drove it and said they could not here it, and didn t know what else to do. Extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency and customer service from the service department. Would never take my car back there again.

The service department was great. They worked to be as quick but also cost efficient as possible. They saved me several thousands of dollars. David was an absolute blessing to work with. It is great to have people in the car business that you can feel comfortable trusting.
