My experience started with the first call I made to set up my appointment. I brought my Jeep in to repair two recalls. I was told recalls are not repaired on Saturday so I brought the Jeep in on Friday. I was told over the phone the repair should take a couple of hours and be able to pick up at the end of the day. When I got there to drop the Jeep off on Friday I was told by a service person I would not be able to pick up until Monday. One of the recalls requires the whole front grill removed. I was denied a loaner car because Chrysler does not allow cars for recall repairs. The recall is not my fault. I don t have an spare car to use. I asked if they could also look the check light. The service person told me there was a $159 diagnostic charge. I told him to check it out and let me know. He called me on Monday and gave me an ridiculously outrageous price to repair a thermostat and told me some other things I need repaired. The total price for everything was $3,500. I declined the service. I did ask you to repair or find anything than why my check engine light was on. I don t guess he got any commission money from me. When I came to pick up my Jeep I was expecting to $159 for diagnostic but instead by bill was $202. I was charged a shop $45 fee that I wasn t aware of. I was never told about a shop fee. I sled why wasn t I told about the shop fee. Some gentleman told me they always charge a shop fee. Corporate requires us to charge it. I was never told about a shop fee.

This Opelika Jeep dealership has to be the most unprofessional, hypo-critic, unorganized place I have ever stepped foot in. They will never get my business again.
