I had a permanent retainer that broke off and I visited Kemptville Smiles today for the first time to get it fixed. I had such a good experience! The staff were warm and welcoming and wanted to ensure throughout the process I was comfortable. They also went above and beyond to explain different aspects of my insurance to me regarding certain procedures I was hoping to get - more helpful than the insurance company itself! I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

The staff are amazing at Kemptville Smiles! This was my first experience with having fillings done. I was nervous, but Megan was great with talking to me and Dr. Alfarra was very gentle!

Thanks to Dr. Besher Alfarra and staff for the great service yesterday and today. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my root canal was started and completed in one 2.5 hours sitting. The invoice was approximately $1,187.00 which was 11.00 over what my insurance company was willing to pay. Kemptville Smiles Dentistry did not invoice for this small amount of money. This is a proper way to run a business. Help the client when you can and you will maintain the client. Good people here with good business sense. Hard to find anymore. I will be back.

My husband and I moved to Kemptville a number of years ago and had to leave our excellent Markham dentist behind. We initially chose Kemptville Smiles because of its convenient location. We have found the same level of dental excellence here. The competent staff are personable and the dental work has been of a superior quality. We highly recommend Kemptville Smiles to others. We have actually moved again, to Riverside South, but we plan to continue to go back to Kemptville Smiles for our dental needs.

I had sedation dental work today at Kempville Smiles. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I have a lot of anxiety about having dental work down. Dr. EL-Hawary was so kind and professional. Nurse Annmarie went above and beyond to make me comfortable during sedation. I had a tooth extracted and a filling done. For the first time in my life going to the dentist I felt absolutely no pain. I highly recommend Kemptville Smiles to everyone...especially if you have anxiety about the dentist. Recently had a wonderful experience with Kemptville Smiles. Can that be said for dental appointments? I had fillings replaced, new fillings and a post and crown. Checked in with me throughout all procedures. The staff obviously work as a team. COVID conscience and efficient. Dealt with our insurance companies for us. No stress at all. Great team!

Cleanings and Exams
Same Day Emergencies
Dental fillings and repairs use restorative materials used to repair teeth which have been compromised due to cavities or trauma.
Sealants
Dental sealants, usually applied to the chewing surface of teeth, act as a barrier against decay-causing bacteria. Most often, the sealants are applied to the back teeth, e.g., premolars and molars.
Root Canal Therapy
Root canals treat diseases or abscessed teeth. Once a tooth is injured, cracked or decayed, it is necessary to open the tooth and clean out the infected tissue in the centre. This space is then filled and the opening sealed.
Crowns and Bridges
Crowns are dental restorations that protect damaged, cracked or broken teeth. Dental crowns, often referred to as caps, sit over the entire part of the tooth that lies above the gum line. Crowns are also placed on top of dental implants. Bridges are a method to replace a missing tooth or teeth. Bridges are false teeth anchored in place by neighbouring teeth. The bridge consists of two crowns on the anchoring teeth along with the false tooth in the centre.
Extractions
A severely damaged tooth may need to be extracted. Permanent teeth may also need to be removed for orthodontic treatment.
Implants
Implants are complete replacement of missing teeth. A titanium screw is placed in the bone and a crown is placed on top of the implant to provide a new tooth.
Dentures
Dentures are prosthetic devices replacing lost teeth. There are two types of dentures partial and full. Full dentures are often referred to as false teeth .
Oral Cancer Examination
Oral cancer starts in the cells of the mouth, tongue or throat. Oral cancer screening is usually a routine part of a dental examination. In this exam, your dentist will feel for lumps or irregular tissue changes in your neck, head, face, and inside your mouth. Your dentist will also look for sores or discolored tissue in your mouth.

Had a great appointment with Dr B. Alfarra and really appreciated that he agreed to repair my broken tooth without freezing. I don't like the freezing at all and it's difficult to find a dentist with the skillset and confidence to work without freezing, so it was much appreciated. Very welcoming staff (Caitlyn) and of course the kind and competent Meagan!

Lastly, I was impressed with all the covid-19 safety measures that were in place. I certainly felt safe.

This office has exemplary service! From the receptionist who made my appointment and greeted me at the door, to the staff member who guided me to a fully sanitized room and took my X-rays, to the dentist that gave me my prognosis. I chose Kemptville Smiles because of all the wonderful reviews I read here, and I was not disappointed. Everyone I spoke to here - the receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist - were all super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They are well organized, inform you of all your treatment options but are not pushy to get you to have anything done. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office!

I have been going to Kemptville Smiles for two years now with my son and husband. It feels like they know you as soon as you walk through the door. My son, 3 years old, was terrified at the time when he was two. They were so patient and good with him. Now a year later he loves going! I highly recommend them!

I'm normally hesitant regarding going to the dentist. I was at ease when I visited Kemptville Smiles. Will be a regular from now on. Much work to be done but we need our teeth for life.

This was my first time at Kemptville Smiles, I was greeted like I am a regular, after taking my medical history, Michaela took the time to introduce herself, listen to anything I had to say. I had an exam and a cleaning she was so gentle.

The place is so welcoming right off the 416 and has the best staff. Dr Farra was very thorough and informative. I highly recommend this practice.

I have never in my life wanted to go to the dentist, until now. When I first met Dr Alfarra I thought typical dentist, in and out no questions about yourself just seriousness and teeth. I was absolutely astounded at the quality of his work, how friendly he was and how professional his entire staff is and his reasonable prices for the quality of work you get. He is fast and efficient and be taking care of my teeth for the rest of my days and my kids. Thank you Dr Alfarra and your team for being there for me when I needed you and being honest and working hard to help me out. Deserving of more than just 5 stars, because when you walk through those front doors your are the farthest thing from a number. Highly highly recommended!!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain in full detail any questions or concerns I have. The hygienists are so kind and gentle and do an amazing job, I always feel right at home every time I go. Dr. Alfarra goes above and beyond with his patients and really puts his patients oral health above anything else. I am really impressed with Kemptville Smiles Dentistry. The facility is clean, welcoming and modern. The staff are very friendly. The technology is top- notch (they can take an x-ray without moving you from the dental chair and show you the results on screen in moments- amazing!). There is Netflix available to distract children or other potentially nervous patients while the staff work on your smile. Kerry was our hygienist and exceptionally good with a first-time (young child) patient. Dr. Alfarra was amazing- he fixed up a minor cavity quickly, gently and precisely. My child was raving about how much they enjoyed the dentist. I highly recommend Kemptville Smiles for an easy and pleasant dental experience.

Friendly and professional staff and top notch dental service. I always feel comfortable during my dental cleanings and procedures.

The doctor was able to look at me the same day I called which was a Saturday. They are open one Saturday per month. He took the time to give me a new filling because the one that fell out was right in the front of my smile and was also sharp. He also noticed something else wrong with the same tooth so he fixed that too, saving me a trip and another freezing. I am nervous at any dentist but he was very good with me and gentle. His hygeniest was very nice as well (reminding me to breathe) and the office staff were pleasant to deal with.

Rarely could one say that it is a pleasure to go to the dentist - that is until you've experienced the dental team at Kemptville Smiles Dentistry. The staff were amazing and I was always treated with the greatest respect and courtesy from the moment I walked through the door. More than that in the the four weeks or so that I have had appointments at the clinic I felt that i have made some very good friends. The professionalism of the treating staff is absolutely second to none. Dr Alfarra is a highly skilled and attentive practitioner who has done a superb job completing my treatment. Very friendly and professional! From the moment you arrive you feel very comfortable! Dr Dayhan is exceptonal, warm and very knowledgeable! I normally feel a lil nervous at a dentist visit but everyone was very attentive and kind! Not only did the Doctor make me feel comfortable, he is very knowledgeable about TMJ which can cause a great deal of pain! I give this office a 10 out of 10!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction done yesterday. The doctor was very informative, and was very empathetic to my fear. He accommodated me in every way he could, and the assistant was so kind. She coached
Me through breathing techniques and wiped my tears lol.

10/10 service. They were prompt at scheduling me an appointment and so incredibly professional through the whole thing. Will definitely be making this my new dental office.

Very friendly staff. My first time in 20 years that it has not hurt to have my teeth cleaned. I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on.

I was very pleased with this place before the ownership change. The old dentist was much more careful while working and made it a very comfortable experience for me as a patient. I went in there a week ago to get two cavities filled and it was absolutely terrible. Was in pain the whole time and have cuts along my gums from the tools used that day. Very disappointing that I now have to find a new dental office. Would not recommend.

With Dr Park, Dr Dahan and their staff managing my dental care, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. The staff are super friendly and welcoming with a personal approach. They are knowledgeable and skilled and they all take the time to answer your questions and explain any procedures you may need. The dentists and hygienists are gentle and provide excellent pain management right down to sensitivities during cleaning procedures. Reagan and the office staff also do a great job of helping you to manage your insurance coverage to get the most out of your benefit plan. In particular, I find the text and email reminders are super helpful not only as a reminder but to also accommodate my ever-changing work schedule.
