Outrageous prices. We were to bring a specific amount of money. When we reach the establishment. We didn't even meet the requirements. No pre approval. Mechanics fixed an oil and neglected to mention a lifter issue. They quickly stated that we just need a new car bc I motor was goin out. Had it checked this morning. Oil change and removed engine gunk.

If I could have done zero stars I would have. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation and this was supposed to be a free service to make up for previous bad experience I had. I get to service counter and the guy tell me he doesn't see my appointment in the system. Then he explains to be all their calls are outsourced through Orlando Florida of all places to set up appointments. Then he tells me he won't be able to get to my car today. I let him know I needed it done and I couldn't reschedule. He stated you can leave it but it's not a guarantee we can get to it today. I chose to leave it and called someone from my job to pick me up. Within 2 hours I received a phone call saying it was finished.
Received prompt, thorough, and all-around excellent care for my older and high-mileage vehicle. Everyone at Opelika CDJR was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Customer service was very professional, and the technicians who diagnosed and repaired my vehicle were upfront with what was necessary vs recommended. They did not try to push other unnecessary procedures. I am very glad that I chose Opelika CDJR, and will undoubtedly do so for future maintenance!
Very bad experience buying a wonderful car . Anything wrong with the jeep. But the customer service at this place is poor and for sure my next car won t be at this place.
5 out of 5. Our Salesperson was Jermaine, he is new, but he was great! I let him know from the beginning I did my research and I was ready for him!
There are a few things I would like to complain about, but nothing really that requires a downgrade in stars. One of the older experienced sales people was kinda rude (spoke to Mgr about it). Jermaine was talking to us and he came out of nowhere and said pretty loudly that "You're not supposed to say that in front of customers." I have worked in customer service my entire life, and anyone in this line of work should know that you don't correct/discipline in front of the customers. Its very unprofessional and can turn the customer against the person they are working with. It isn't a good look.
Another fellow, Big John, came up and snatched the keys from our Salesperson while we were in the middle of filling out our information. I was like don't take those keys, that's our vehicle. He asked if it was sold, I said it will be in five minutes. He laughed and took them. I don't know if he went to show it to someone else, or what but that kind of made me upset. There was just the one black one left, and my heart was set on it. In the end, of course we walked out with it.
Jermaine was honest and straight forward and when he didn't know the answer Chris was there to help. I really gave them a hard time, but I really did do my research the night prior. We walked out same day with the vehicle with a pretty good deal, in my opinion. It was upsetting that my husband's 15 years in the military didn't qualify for the discount (supposedly this is a Chrysler rule), they wanted the full 20 years. My husband didn't say anything until later, but that upset him because he served a total of almost 5 of those years in Afghanistan.
Overall, for our first brand new car buying experience it was good. We had a good rapport with our Salesperson and that really helped make our experience great. I appreciate everyone who put up with me and got us walking out the door with the exact vehicle we walked in wanting!

The problems with the car were investigated by a professional.
The extended warranty was contacted and payed for the repair of the problem. They installed the failing tire rotating sensor, which solved the problem. It was done in a short time.
Josh Nichols was awesome! He was very professional, and handled the whole process of purchasing our new truck and all the paperwork quickly.
They do not communicate very well. I have had my car up there a couple of times and was never told it would have to stay overnight or contacted to see if I had another way to go.

I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle over the phone. Upon arrival I learned that they knew nothing about it! Learned that the call went through an office in another state and they did not transfer in information to this location. The person whose name I was given was not sympathetic or very cordial. I waited for 20 minutes before deciding to take my vehicle somewhere else. I could have come in 2 days earlier and probably been done had this system not been in place. I called another service center while I waited and they could not have been more helpful. Already had an idea of how to address my problem. They did not know I was sitting in the Jeep waiting room and yet they were cordial and ready to help me.
I won t be back to this Jeep Service Center.
Blake was more than helpful, took his time with us, and wasn t pushy. Stayed well past his time to get off and didn t complain once. After we closed the deal, he called us the next day because a bank sent in an offer for a lower rate and payment , something he didn t have to do. Honesty, integrity, and just plain decent people. Will only use Opelika Ford Ram from now on.

2017 ECO Diesel EGR cooler replaced in the 2 day time frame that they told me. Only time will tell if there are any more issues with this motor...
2 visits to the shop and the issue will my truck still has not been resolved. While the staff has been very friendly, they don't seem to have any answers as to what is causing the issues with my vehicle.
Opelika Dodge, Ram, and Jeep took extra care of us when our Jeep needed repairing. They kept us informed about the process of our repair. Our Jeep was repaired sooner than expected!! Thanks to the men and women in their repair service!!!

I was not prepared for the whole vehicle buying experience as I thought I was. It has been over 20 years since I bought a vehicle from a dealership instead of a private individual. It turned out to be a lengthy process, 29 days to be exact. However, it was not their fault, but mine. I started with a used Ford F150 FX 4x4 truck. And I did not take into consideration the miles it already had on it. Needless to say it started to show signs of future high repair bills. I took it back to Opelika Ford and they were kind enough to give me a trade in about with in hundreds of dollars on the payoff. At this point I realized it was smarter to purchase a 2021 model and have the piece of mind knowing that if anything were to happen it would be covered. I qualified for the 0% interest for 72 months and signed the contract with a smile on my face. Juan Martinez, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable about what was best for me and explained everything so there were no surprises. I highly recommend this dealership.
The service was excellent (but) the pricing was ridiculous I was desperate at the time and to top it off i was quoted one price over the phone and when I got there it was a 50.00 more just for a plastic piece that takes the car out of park.i only allow you to get me once 302 for a plastic gear shift piece is insane.That was the biggest problem.
Air regulator bad on left rear of truck, should have been checked for stock before scheduling in. Turns out you did not have the part in stock, it had to be ordered and I will have to make a return trip from Alexander City, AL. I feel the dealer needs to improve on this & pay for my time & expense. By the way you weren t bashful about charging for what you did accomplish today, I spent a half I the day with you today.

I came in for 2 recalls to be fixed and have my tires rotated. I was told it would take about 3 hours. When I got my truck back 4 hours later, the tires were not rotated. The front desk guy questioned that the work had been done stating "I saw the tech rotate the tires". He was clearly either mistaken on what he saw or just lying. I was upset and was showing my frustration. The service manager wanted to refuse to complete the rotation and give me a refund to just leave. I refused to leave until the work was done properly. Another 30 minutes later I had my truck. The entire Opelika team needs some customer service and quality assurance training. I will not be back.
I ve bought and sold 34 cars in the last 2-3 years so I ve been around all the dealer BS Games and I can honestly say that the sales manager and the sales rep were honest and blunt, maybe it s the way I approached them I m not really sure, but they were awesome and the car took 4 weeks to get there, instead of forgetting about me the sales rep called while it was still on the delivery truck. 10/10 recommend
The service here was good. I got an oil change and a tire rotation. I would give them five stars, but the tech left a tire cap off my tire. It s something small, but leads me to question what else was over looked during the visit.
