I bought a Jeep from this dealership in 2017. I brought along 3 guest because we were all excited. I had a car fax that showed there was no accidents. I went to go trade in my Jeep, there are 2 accidents on the car fax. Bottom line, they don t keep paperwork after 2 years and I have lost paperwork in my recent move, complete bags thrown away of course. Every single guest who came with me that I called and asked were there any accidents when I bought the car? My guest, who was a car salesman for years said, Absolutely NOT! We would have NEVER let you buy something with accidents.
There isn t anything they can do but everyone deserves to know what kind of practices happened at this place. I m an Educator and believe that integrity is of the highest value. Unfortunately, this wasn t it.
Dealing with OCDJR was a delightful experience. The staff was very helpful and acknowledgable about their cars. They went over and beyond to make sure I was pleased and a satisfied customer. I thank you All for everything. If anyone need a car this is the place to GO!!!!
Bought my car there in Feb. Price was over what Kelly blue book suggested retail and I used a discount from my job and it was still high. Outside of the high pricing it was a good expierence. Took my car in for the oil change/tire rotation and everything went smoothly, even done early.
Chris Moore was amazing and quite patient with us and our changing our mind on cars but at the end of it we walked out with 2 vehicles. He went above our expectation to help us be happy in our choices.

TERRIBLE.......... Misinformed.... misled..... had to pay $200 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my truck. BUT they kept it over night..... never again..

First time I encountered a problem with scheduling an appointment to get my truck serviced. When I initially called to schedule my appointment, I was told to bring the truck in by 3:30 last Wednesday afternoon. When I got there I noticed that there were several cars ahead of me and when I went in I was told that they were back logged and couldn't get to me that afternoon. I was told that the service call was routed through Florida. However , the service advisor was very nice and apologized for inconveniencing me an rescheduled me for the following Monday. I don't live in Opelika, I live 30 plus miles from the dealership and made a blank trip on last week due to the mix up. If calls will be routed from another state, there needs to be some check and balance to make sure that we, your customers are not inconvenienced.

My appointment was at 0800 on July 10, 2019. I arrive 10 minutes early. I notice my truck was still sitting in the same spot for an hour and thirty minutes. I left there after 10:00 a.m.. Why make appointment when the service when the technical get to it. I drove from Fort Benning to have my oil change. I feel like it was a waste of my time to be there at 0800. Just bad service.

I feel I'm not treated with respect, the ck in attendant is unconcerned with your car issues. My car is under warranty he ask me who told me that. I know it is , I've only had it a yr. Later he called said it's covered and will be fixed. The money isn't yours I m paying 40,000 for this car.
What's the porpous of a warranty if I can't use it , it's all my fault of the issues. No it's not my fault, things happen so fix it with out Lip.
Didn't actually go to the dealership to leave with a different car. But it happened and better than I thought it could have. We're very happy with the results.

The work the do is good, so I will give the mechanics credit but that's about it. Had a free oil change left that mysteriously disappeared and when picking up my car I paid and was handed my keys. Most places bring you your car or at least hint where it's parked. Not make you go find it. And when I did find it the person who parked it had to crawled out the passenger side cause it was beyond close to the car next to it.
Great customer service every time I purchase a vehicle from them. They make the entire purchase experience seamless from beginning to end. I will continue to go to them for all my vehicle needs.
Had an appointment for 10 am, told the service desk that I was going to wait for my vehicle. Flash forward to 3 pm and still no progress on even a diagnostic....wasn t till around 5 pm that I was told what was even wrong with the vehicle. The amazing gentleman at the desk was even kind enough to tell me to either let them work on it or take it somewhere else..... my warranty is bought through this store so can t really go anywhere else unless I move further than 50 miles. Totally regret purchasing my vehicle from here, had far better service at the Columbus dealership.
Technician did not do all the services I was charged for, service manager wanted to take car back and complete the work. I declined but did accept refund for work not performed. I do not think I can trust that I get what I pay for here and will not return.

Mitch did a heck of a job getting me into my new truck, the 1 complaint I have is I need to get my truck in for its first service, I like a lot of people work out of there truck and need to set an an appointment for the service. As of now it's a 2 week wait to get my service taken care of which would put me over miles. My first 3 oil changes and tire rotation came with the purchase of the vehicle it now appears the paper it was written on is worthless as I will now have to come out of pocket for these expensive.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially our salesman Cameron Finley.
The process was rather easy, and Jennifer Hancock was AMAZING! The biggest issue I had was the wait for signing and to get the vehicle from detail in order to leave. However, the overall experience was a very pleasant one. The employees were all very nice as well.

The service manager, Joey, and the service writer, David, were very friendly and helpful during the process of programming my vehicle to operate with a new key. My only issue was that it was over a week after having my vehicle towed in before someone contacted me.

Came in for an oil change and they stalled my Jeep 3 times before I drove it into the bay myself. I waited 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. I called them to get more information about the clutch recall and they were rude at best. They essentially told me to get lost. I wouldn't advise leaving your vehicle here if you care about it. I debated leaving a bad review, but ultimately I'd like to save someone else the stress of leaving their $30k+ vehicle in the wrong hands.
I had a great experience at this dealership. The prices and sales were great. The people that I had the pleasure of interacting with were great and professional. They work with you and do there best to meet your request. I would recommend anyone looking for a newer or newer vehicle visiting this location.
I just want to say while every one was nice, that fact that I made a nine o clock appointment did not mean a thing. I was there til noon. I have always gone to dealerships for my oil changes, no more. When I had my Nissan, if I made an appointment, my stuff got done at that time. Even when i moved from fIorida to Alabama. Didn't even get a car wash. I didn't pay for one, but Nissan would wash my car every time u got an oil change. I miss my Juke $95 to wait 2 hours and no car wash. I give stars because the people were nice.

He was respectful, funny, and authentic, which helped me gain faith in the dealership. The GM was very straightforward and open about the deals and in the end we were able to come to a fair compromise. Definitely recommend this dealership!
I have bought many vehicles in my life but I have never been treated better than I was when I purchased my 2020 Ram 2500 from Opelika Chrysler Dodge. Butch Adkins and his fellow associates did everything they could to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. The actual purchase was seamless. UPDATE: Upon finally getting through the dealership via chat on their website, the issue was finally resolved and they paid to have my hood repaired. The service department manager admitted that he plainly forgot about my situation, but worked fast to get it resolved after this.
I had $1700 worth of work done about 2 months ago at Opelika Jeep. Somehow, while replacing the alternator, some tool was used by their mechanic(s) and put a nearly 1" x 1/4" deep dent on the underside of my hood near where the battery/alternator is. I have pics of before the Jeep was towed to their service dept., and after the dent. I took the Jeep and showed the service manager there, after I called them about it first. He said his mechanic denied doing it (I don't own a tool that could do any dent of this kind to my car), and after looking at the pics decided to have a guy who does touch up paint/repair work contact me about fixing it. I've called and left messages. On the one occasion that I did speak with the service manager on the phone, he just said his paint guy comes in randomly and when he saw him he'd have him call me. It's been 2 months. Opelika Jeep won't return my messages. The paint guy hasn't called me. The dent is loosing its clear coat and rust will set in soon. I just want Opelika Jeep to do the right thing and repair the dent they caused during mechanical work they did.

I contact them (not them contacting me) to see where the pictures where? I get " Sorry, it sold" text....... Bad and frustrating experience with this group!

Pretty quick with minimal bickering. Gave me a significantly higher offer on my trade and better than average deal on a new car.
I scheduled an appointment 6 days in advance for noon and then when I showed up they said they had no record of me setting up an appointment due to some company in Florida setting up appointments? Honestly their reason didn t add up and sounded like a crock of BS. I left my car there anyways and they told me they would call me and let me know when it was ready. Around 4 I got concerned that I hadn t received a call since they close at 5 and they said it would be ready by 5. I felt like it would have been good customer service to at least pick up the phone and let me know that especially if I ve been waiting to hear from you for 4 hours after setting up an appointment you are claiming you have no record of. Fortunately they were kind enough to replace some recalls while my car was in the shop. Customer service and scheduling definitely needs some improvement.
I didn t experience any problems on my visit the Tech was friendly and up front regarding services that wasn t required at this time.

Went to look for a new car and found one. Everyone at Opelika were nice and well informed of their products. I highly recommend.
They are high on their prices, and always try to trick me into getting more done than needed. This time he told me that I needed a sensor replaced and it works cost $148 for the test to tell me that it sa sensor and then he would let me know how much the parts would cost. Why would I pay that much money to tell me that it is a sensor when you just told me what it was? If you know what it is why not just let me purchase the part needed? I m a single mom if four kids working three jobs, one which is a nurse, during this pandemic. How about trying to help the people during this difficult time instead of trying to price usage.

I initially contacted the dealership online to inquire about an Expedition I found at their location. They responded via email and text. I communicated via text with Cameron. He answered ALL my questions promptly and accurately including price and finance options. We were able to work out everything via text. Cameron had all the paperwork and financing lined up when I came to pick up the car. It was great working with him, and I would highly recommend him, if you are in the market for a new car.
We received an oil change and a tire rotation. We were in and out within an hour. They even had coffee and donuts available. This was a better experience than buying the vehicle. The best part about this trip is nobody tried to sell me anything I didn t need like most dealerships do.

Had a water leak in the front door/top. They fixed the leak but were not able to put the car back to the original interior. They left a gap between the panels and left a water stain. They explained that the heat from the weather would put the panels together (like that is going to happen). They also had someone clean the interior and now I have a bigger stain. My issue is that the car had less that 5000 miles and was in perfect condition. Now I feel like that person that gets the first ding on your new car even if you park it far away. Needless to say I was very upset. They were not able to restore my car and acted like it was no big deal and we can not do anything about it. So I just have to live with the bad work that was done to my vehicle. I will not buy another Jeep. My confidence level with this service department is very low.
