Pleasant stay and great customer service! Nice area to walk around canals for some fresh air.

Worth the extra to book the larger rooms if you are on a business trip. Great layout. Bar service, including the outdoor "living room" style patio, has attentive service and the Italian restaurant offered a variety of choices.

The best hotel ever, I love the old school decor and the telephone in the bathroom. I stayed in room 409 and the view was awesome overlooking the lake. The fitness center and pool are great! Parking is free but valet is $20 a day. The valet service and door keepers are excellent. I walked the grounds several times and felt so safe and the atmosphere was so calming. The lake is great! The hotel was overall, Excellent and I will stay there again. I did book the hotel on Priceline Express, 4 star in Las Colinas/Irving Tx. Thank you for a great Labor Day Weekend

Our stay was very pleasant & comfortable. Whenever minor issues came up, they were able to take care of them right away.

From the start a mess! Room was dirty, towels, cups, carpet. Bed was itchy. Ordered room service and it was cold. First cork screw broke in wine, they returned with a new bottle and corkscrew and the server broke the cork, left and came back 20 min later with an open bottle of wine claiming they got the broken opener out of the first. Nothing about this place is upscale including the outdated room.

YES! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Great service, friendly people, amazing view, great food and drinks, quiet, spacious, etc! I couldn't have asked for a better birthday weekend.

I attended a meeting at Omni Mandalay Hotel. Meeting room was very comfortable and the hotel itself left an impression of wanting to return...for a stay.

3.9, clean, nice rooms, however rooms in the corner can be loud as people enter their room you can clearly hear the door slamming.

Love the Omni Mandalay! I stay there whenever I am in Irving. The rooms are fab and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast buffet and team is efficiently efficient and friendly.

The staff here are great! My husband had a headache and we didn't have any medicine. The gift shop was closed and were trying to avoid driving somewhere to get some. We decided to go down to the front desk and see if they had a first aid kit or something to help with our problem. The front desk clerk who assisted us walked us over to the gift shop and opened it so we could get ibuprofen. She had it charged to our room, so it was very convenient. We were very impressed with her willingness to help us!

We were there for a 60th Birthday party and some alone time . Hannah at the concierge desk was wonderful. She made our alone time very special for my wife and I . Thank you Omni for hiring someone that is very attentive to the guests needs.

Terrific time here as my company had a wonderful time for our conference.

The Suites are just lovely and spacious.. let s not forget how great the staff is. But I do want to say thank you to Rosa Alvarenga and Sarbia Garcia for their great hospitality. They were really friendly and helpful when I needed assistance, made me feel really welcomed.. will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel! The Omni was our host for our Weekend To Remember Marriage Conference. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were great and service was exceptional. We will make the Omni our little hidden gem for other staycation!

Typically good hotel. AC in room was not adequate. Beware in summer time.

I love this hotel, we stay every year but this time around we experienced quite a few problems, which some were not resolved. If this were any other time I would give it 5 stars without even thinking but from this last experience I'm not sure if i will be back. I would like to shout out valet, who were very kind to us, and very helpful at trying to make sure our stay was better.

Suite was dusty and was seemed long since last used. Otherwise decent stay. Nothing more luxurious than an early 2000s Marriott.

Very hospitable staff great looking location. The reason for the 3 star review is the female bartender on Monday October 15th that was working was very rude and just overlooked me. Rather than bringing me a menu and the drink a had order she proceeded to take other people who just walked in the door their drinks after taking the order promptly. I have since then paid extra money just to have food delivered or went to other places to eat. Recommend the hotel just not the M bar.

We were on the 15th floor..Nice place to go with friends. Would've had pictures but I wasn't going to pay for wifi.. And with the price per night it should be free.. Overall good room with a great view..

Loved it. Everything was nostalgic in decor. So, if you like the old world charm...its a match. It was untortunate to see a housing community under construction cutting into the view.

This is a great hotel! Not only do I love the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the location - but I love that I can take a walk around the lake every day when I return to hotel when traveling for business. This is my favorite hotel in Las Colinas!!

Great hotel that I love staying at when in Las Colinas.

Everything was wonderful until the night before checkout. The decor is outstanding. The rooms were spacious and clean. Marble flooring and countertops in the bathroom. Everything about how the hotel is constructed and furnished screams high-end vacay locale. Unfortunately, what really mars the entire experience is the staff. They've got the manners and the lingo required to interact with upper-crust polite society down to a tee. But the professionalism and common sense who are granted the most regular access to your room, your belongings, and ultimately even your safety, does not fit the bill! The duck quacks but it dont flap folks! Long story short, if not too late already, if you dont want front desk staff issuing copies of your hotel room key to unauthorized, UNIDENTIFIED persons merely CLAIMING they're supposed to be there, you might want to pick another lodging. You have no idea how scary it is to come back from uncertain adventure in uncharted territory, only to surprisngly find someone you met the day before, undressed and laying in your bed! Then, to top it all off, after "LOSS PREVENTION" does their "investigation", NO police reports NO apprehension of the of parties in question, NO change of rooms, hell THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO KEY A NEW KEY CARD FORMY DOOR!!! Even an apology woulda bee SOMETHING!!! No, all i got for the wrecklessness and scant disregard for the wellbeing of my person, was a bill for damage down to the room by an individual unauthorized to be anywhere NEAR my room unaccompanied by me! I mean c'mon people!! Thats like hospitality 101 isnt it?? I dare to say they wouldnt even make that magnitude of a blunder at Motel 6.

Great place to stay and celebrate our marriage and Valentine's day. Great church meeting room. Courteous staff and waiters.

Ballroom was extremely nice. Staff was helpful and prompt with food service. Would attend an event there again.

Great place for overnight work in Irving. Staff is very attentive, professional, and polite. Kitchen is fantastic. Only issues are not hotel related, but the location, which has endured extensive road construction for a few years now.

so I call this hotel and tell them that I want to book a room for October the lady quotes me a price of $148 a night with taxes. I told the lady that I will call back with my card information so that she doesn't have to sit on hold while I get my card and I immediately called back and got a different guy and was asked if I was quoted a price and when I said yes and told him the price that I was quoted by the lady and that I had just spoke with her maybe a minute ago he says hang on I need to speak with my supervisor. he gets back on the phone and tells me that there are absolutely no rooms available for them nights. so I hang up and call back and I get the lady that initially quoted me that price and she denies that it was her and then when I explained that I thought it was weird that I talk to somebody maybe two minutes ago that had given me that price she yells "well it's not my fault very rudely" and hangs up on me. so my husband calls back and gets the same guy that told me there were no rooms available and tells him that he would like to book a room for those same dates and is quoted a price of $320 per night. so then I call back and I get a supervisor and she tells me there is no rooms available at all for those dates. so here's the thing they quoted me the wrong price on there and then denied the quote and then told us there were no rooms available and then told us there were rooms available but for twice the price. my husband and I stay here every year and we paid the same price that we were initially quoted of $148 just last year. my husband's boss has booked the room through his company for several years previous to the last one and spent thousands of dollars at this place and never had this problem with these people. they have officially lost our business ruined a tradition that we have carried on every year for several years and we will no longer return to any of their partnering companies! GREAT JOB OMNI, YOU HAVE LOST GREAT BUSINESS FROM US AND ANYONE WE MIGHT KNOW!

The young lady that checked us in 8/31/18 around 8:00 p.m. was kinda rude when I requested a higher floor. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here! Staff went above and beyond for us and helped me with every special request I had and executed to perfection! Thanks so much Omni for making our anniversary so memorable!

Beautiful hotel on the canal. Though not many shops along the canal yet... maybe too new. High residential area. Pleasant views.

The hotel is at the higher price section and the rooms are very nice and spacious. The bathroom is okay having a bath and a good shower. The service is also very good. The restaurant is italian food but the quality is average .....not well cooked pasta plates. They also serve way to fast when jou are on your own....jou have not even finished the starter and your main dish is arriving....hence fine enjoyment is not possible when you eat alone. I also think that there are only 3 starters ....could be more .The wine list is also rather average certainly for the italian wines. Breakfast in this hotel is okay although there is no chaccuterie like you have in Europa...only eggs and omelets and mar marmelade.
So apart from the food this is a good hotel.

My family and I booked several rooms for a wedding this past weekend and we loved it! No matter what time it was there were at least 2 or 3 people available to help us with anything even a microwave at 2 a.m. LOL
The hotel was beautiful as the lobby. There were fresh flowers everywhere and the bath towels are huge and refreshed daily.
The rooms were very clean, spacious and the AC worked beautifully. The only thing I would have liked to have seen are 2 Queens instead of doubles and BTW they were SOOO COMFY!! I immediately fell asleep for a nap upon arrival.
Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I will stay there again as there is another family wedding next year!

Very nice hotel. Prices are redonkulously reasonable.

I've been coming here once or twice a year for the past few years. Always satisfied every stay. Very cozy feeling when you walk in. Sometimes there's a pianist in the foyer. Not necessarily old fashion, but more traditional style hotel. Beds are sooo comfortable! I looove the robes in the rooms. Staff is always professional. The restaurant Trevi's is expensive, but the breakfast and dinner are delicious. A couple of times they've upgraded us for free and one time they surprised me and my husband with rose petals and an Anniversary cake in the room, all complimentary! Omni loves their guests!

Style and furniture in the room i stayed is/are out of date the vents were covered in dust , Staff were generally nice (five star there) an hourly Airport shuttle wouldn't be out of place considering the rate here.

Came to Dallas for the weekend. First time being inside a hotel like this. Architecture was amazing, decor was appealing. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is on the pricier side but worth it. The room had a fantastic view of the trinity river.

Beautiful! This will be my #1 go to hotel in Dallas. Upgraded to a suite and it was so spacious. Great staff. Very friendly. I'll definitely go back. Omni has a gem with this location.

The bar tender was great but pool side service was null. We would have to wave a waitress down and half the time she would forget the order. We eventually just got the drinks ourselves. The hotel would have made more money off of us if there was adequate staffing. The food was good. Only other complaint is the pool/hot tub had way too much chemicals, it was burning our eyes, especially the hot tub.

Well priced considering the location. Room was clean and staff was extremely helpful. We purchased the Escape package which includes chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling wine, and a turndown with rose petals and a rose. The strawberries were huge and delicious. They definitely weren't your average chocolate covered strawberries. The turn down was really nice and they also included relaxing music in the room. And the single rose left on the bed was probably the most perfect, beautiful rose I have ever seen in my life. My only complaint was a lack of microwave or mini fridge in the room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing view. The valet staff were the best I ve come across. The room needs some updates. There was not one single USB port in our room. The bathroom needs a makeover to compete with newer hotels.

The check in process was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious with a great view (except for the construction across the river). We ordered the Steak and Eggs Benedict for breakfast, and they were delicious and a great way to start the day!

This property is showing its age. The staff was friendly but in my short stay I accumulated enough small bad experiences that friendliness doesn't really make up for it. I chose the property based on location, but there is nothing that would entice me to reserve a repeat visit. Next time I will try somewhere else.

The place was fantastic extremely nice and had plenty of parking!
