Lebanon Community Library Review

I was allowed by an employee to study there without a card.

A lovely time at the library with 4 grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful (as always!) and everyone found books to bring home.

All of the staff are kind & helpful as well as knowledgeable & I always find the book I'm looking for.

Great area library. Extensive movie collection and Children's Department. Opens at 8 am most days, a real plus to researchers. As it is in Lebanon there can be, well, people that make people uncomfortable - the library has dealt with this by hiring a very visible full time security person (who is none the less quite easy to talk to). Public places require public manners and the security guard is there to enforce appropriate behavior. so please address issues to the guard, if you are uncomfortable chances are others are also. This has worked for me.
The way I read it: the staff actively wants patrons feel comfortable and in general are friendly and helpful although they can get busy. However, when it was my turn they gave me their full attention

I love the fact that the ladies always are ready to help aid patrons, in searching for whatever they are looking for! Friendly, and a nice, safe place to indulge your Mind, in/on!

Great place to get most books. They do have computers and a printer for use (fee). Nice selection of books for kids. Easy in and out, or stay and read for awhile. Part of the Lebanon County library system, so books can be transferred from one library to another. Also has e-books through the Overdrive app (wife uses that). Would recommend. Also, help from staff is available as well as being extremely interested and pleasant.

We went to storytime with Santa. The kids had a great time and received a free book. Nice free activity for a Saturday afternoon.

Excellent video selection plus a helpful staff makes a visit to the Lebanon Community Library a pleasant experience. Charging station is available. Air conditioned and free limited parking.

Its nice... Sometimes crowded as they have computer classes in the mornings and evenings, but overall pretty nice. They have a few desks in the back where you can take your own laptop and be on free of charge with no time limit (awesome for students).

This library has a very well curated selection for its size.

They're taking the Covid19 measures way to the extreme, No places to sit, their hours are ridiculously too short. it's very uncomfortable to be there, or read, The Staff doesn't care. They're open on Saturdays for only 3 hours. I recommend going somewhere else!

I had a great experience here. the librarians were super sweet and weren t difficult. helped me with what i needed. and all the books i wanted were there. but the system they use to find books are kind of hard to understand. a lot of decimals and numbers are used. but the FIC section is nicely simple. rated a five star!

I find the atmosphere very quiet and peaceful to work and study.

Was a rather large fellow in a Durag and worn clothing with sideburns down to his knees at the computer the whole time I was working on homework. He kept laughing to himself whispering "I am God etc" it was just a very strange experience.....
