I would like to first say that I am not a complainer and am pretty easy going. We always choose to stay at the Omni anytime we are in Atlanta. The service is always good and the location is awesome. We come there for the SEC Championship game, a Falcons game now and then, and anything else recreational in Atlanta. We stayed this past weekend for the Hot Chocolate 15k race.

We did our final checkout on Sunday at about 10 minutes before 11:00. My wife, myself, children and bellman were in the lobby at 10:49 AM. My wife scanned for valet about 3 minutes prior at 10:46 there at the North Tower. Within just a couple of minutes, valet pulled our Escalade up. We loaded and left for Chattanooga. After riding about 10-12 miles up I-75, I felt a slight vibration in the vehicle. I mentioned it to my wife that something didnt feel right.about 17 miles after that, our low tire pressure light came on for our back right tire. It was at 28 lbs. Over the next several miles, it dropped to 27, 26, and so on. We got off the Interstate and noticed the wheel had been curbed and a chunk was out of the tire. We googled and found a Pepboys that was open on Sundays over in Acworth. I put as much air as I could in the tire to get us rolling. As I got that tire aired up as much as I could, The tire pressure light comes on for the back right tire. I walk around the vehicle and that wheel is a complete disaster with major curb rash and the sidewall of the tire bulging and tearing.

Long story short, we spent 2+ hours in Acworth and ended up having to replace the right rear tire with a non matching tire because we had no other choice. It was Sunday and they didn't have a 22" Michelin in stock. To save overall expense, we went with a Falken brand tire(non matching to the almost new Michelin tires on the vehicle). Wee patched the left rear tire, but there is still a chunk out of it. It is going to have to be replaced also.

As soon as we arrived at PepBoys, I immediately called the Omni and spoke with someone. They left a message with Daryl Johnston, who called me. I texted him pics of the wheels and tires. He said he would pull footage and call me back within a few days. I have yet to receive any type of call. What do I do from here? Ive attached photos of the damage. I manage at a large car dealership and can get the wheels repaired easily and not for alot of money. The tires are a good bit more expensive and I've already had to purchase one non matching tire.

Hotel room was not clean the first night--I found gross crumbs in the bed and hair all over the floor of the bathroom. And the front desk messed up the billing, and did not correct it. Will not be back.

The manager Dez and Carla, did a superb job at utilizing all available resources to ensure I had a great stay. Even the maintenance man on duty stepped up to help. The staff truly came together . Will be staying here anytime I'm in Atlanta.

Nice hotel but could use better signage and way finding. Especially for conferences that span between the two towers and spill over into the GWCC. Also really difficult to figure out where the entrance is...

Location, Location, Location!! The hotel is huge & in the center of everything. Room features are standard 4 star. Service was not bad at all, but not 5 star, grand or exceptional. Parking extreme $45.

The perfect place to stay for a concert or event at Mercedes-Benz stadium, Philips Arena and/or a visit to the Georgia Aquarium. Stunning city views , comfortable room, and wonderful service.

Hotel itself is very nice. However, we did bring the kids and part of our deciding was that they had a pool. Very disappointed in that - pool is so cloudy you can't even see your feet when in it. Also, keep in mind - valet parking is $45 per night. Ouch.

I went for a convention. There were plenty of business oriented facilities. The rooms that held the meetings were comfortable (temperature wise), had excellent technology, and great sound equipment. There were fairly convenient restrooms that were clean. Staff members were nice and knowledgeable. Overall, it was an enjoyable day.

I've had some of the best nights of my life here. The King Corner suite is the one to get, two almost whole walls of windows or one wall with a patio....can't be beat! One time our car once broke down as soon as the valet brought it to us, it was just horrible timing nothing that they did, but they went out of their way to help us and make sure that we were okay. They even told us to give them a call if we broke down in Atlanta and they would come get us if we didn't have anyone else. The valet was a guy with a Russian accent that was helping us directly, his attitude towards the situation saved the day....Another time I got way too drunk at a concert and came back and thought the elevator was broken and went to the front desk and the man helped me on my way, you need to use your room key for the elevator...I was a drunken fool and he was still extra friendly. Then to top it all off if you don't have too much fun and make it to breakfast the buffet is delicious. I couldn't suggest a better place to stay in Atlanta.

Could be pretty, but a lot of construction and everything else felt old and run down. Lots of loud people at night in the hotel. Had to wait forever for elevators. Front desk was nice and so was valet. Wouldn t stay again though. Dirty room and not comfortable.

Location is great, but the experience was very disappointing ... I frankly expected much more from a 4-* hotel. Concierge service was average, at best Valet parking was a disaster: dropping the car was chaos, as there was no apparent organization; to pick-up the car on Sunday morning at 06:00, it took the staff 45 minutes to locate the vehicle, and another to find the keys. Rooms were dated and need updating.

The room was very clean and the staff at the front desk were very curteous. I had scheduled wine and some snacks to be delivered to the room around 11:00 pm, at 11:30 I called and asked them why I hadnt received it only to be asked: "Nobody brought it up?" NO! that's why I'm calling....also a word of advice on check out day if yu are in a hurry get up early because it takes the valet forever when a ton of guests are leaving at once...good thing we werent leaving for the airport in the a.m.

Had issues checking in due to the staff charging me for for the entire price of the room despite the deposit I made. The bathroom door didn t have a door stop so I had to be careful not to slam the door into the wall or dresser. Bathroom drains weren t slanted so there was a lot of standing water. South Tower elevators are quite the hassle when it s busy, takes a long time to get an elevator that isn t completely full. Can t take stairs due to a fire escape gate. Check out was easy, room service was timely and polite.

We love the CNN Omni hotel and stay here quite frequently. At times the challenge has been noise in the middle of the night when a loud party of guests arrived. One time there was partying going on next door at 1am in the morning. Security eventually settled the situation and we were given an additional night stay for the disturbance we experienced.
Love the gym, love the comfort and the location.

Omni Atlanta Hotel, I visited this location on July 7th 2018. I was fortunate to visit during a festival at Centennial Park, the crowds where amazing and very festive. The rates at The Centennial we're a bit more then what I generally pay. However for a central location in Atlanta it was reasonably priced. The hotel could have been maintained better. There was several activities going on during my visit so the hotel was very busy. All and all my stay was very pleasant and the staff was extremely helpful. Parking while very convenient was quite costly. I was able to get my vehicle as often as I needed and the wait wasn't long, even though the parking facility was very busy.

Great venue. Convenient parking and a diverse assortment of restaurants to choose from for meals. The only caution I would advise is that if your event is in the underground area like the one I went to, you may struggle to get cell signal if you don't have Verizon. As they are my provider, I had no issues in this regard but individuals with other providers experienced some problems.

Probably the worst service I've ever received. (*Long Story Warning*)

Traveled to the Omni as a group for the IFS Conference. There were five of us. Initial check in was smooth but when I got to my room the toilet was running non-stop. I notified the desk and they said they'd have someone correct it and call me if they couldn't get it fixed to change my room. It wasn't fixed and I never heard from anyone. I just dealt with it and moved on, however that was precursor to what was to come.

All rooms were booked online with the use of our corporate credit card. I called the 800 number after booking in order to have all the individuals names added to their confirmation and asked while on the phone about the use of the corporate card. I was told it wasn't a problem that this sort of thing happens "all the time" and not to worry. The day before check out one person traveling with the group just happened to say something to the front desk about it. He was told they couldn't use the corporate card without us going online to an Omni Payment portal as the cardholder wasn't present and the physical card wasn't available. This was frustrating, but I called back to my AP and they went on and handled it.

Now the fun part, on check out day all individuals were charged on the card they used for incidentals. Two of which were debit cards hitting each persons bank account for over $600. One of my fellow travelers was so mad he asked for a manger and finally just had to walk away since he was getting nowhere.

At this point I've had it so I go to the South Tower and ask to speak to the manager. They call someone and then I'm instructed to go to the North Tower and they'd radio the manager to meet me there. I go to the North Tower and ask the front desk for the manager. They have no idea what I'm talking about. After 20 minutes of waiting I'm approached by Maddie who is the supervisor. I explain the situation and she says we need to go to the South Tower and I shouldn't have been sent over to North. I'm extremely frustrated at this point as we walk together back to the South Tower especially as she tells me how this shouldn't have happened and that we "deal with this all the time".. On top of that I'm missing my morning sessions at the conference for this. We make it to South and she phones the manager (Christopher, Christof) couldn't make out his name. They proceed to have a 3-4 minute conversation in front of me on the phone. She calls me down to the far end of the counter and tells me he's in a meeting and can't talk to me. I respond with you were literally just talking to him on the phone right in front of me and I want him out here. She says no and that's that. She already has my name and number and I reluctantly give her the name of each guest knowing full well this is a waste of time and there's nothing she is going to do with them. I tell her that I want to see the manager before I leave and she has my number. As I walk away I tell her to make sure he contacts me because I want his time since they just took mine. As of the writing of this review I haven't heard from anyone.

I always viewed Omni as the high standard in hotels. Boy was I wrong. The incompetence of these people blew my mind. I've never received worse service. This was handled so poorly and the fact that this coward manager didn't have the decency to come out and speak with me just shows how poorly ran this place is.

Omni is a great location for events at the Benz or State Farm and the room accommodations are great. It appears they may have room availability and check in problems when there are major events. Staff is very courteous and helpful when asked for assistance.

We made reservations online prior to our stay. We received a link to pre-check in to ensure a smooth check in and save time. We had tickets to the Atlanta United Soccer game at 7:00pm. Since we were arriving the same evening, and with a toddler; I did the pre-check in and received a confirmation that our room would be ready by 6:00pm. We arrived at the hotel at 5:45pm. My husband went to check us in, only to return, to share that our room was not ready and wouldn t be for another hour. We got the few things we needed for the game, parked the car, and headed to game. After the game, with our little family being extremely exhausted; we returned to hear that our room was still not ready and was being cleaned. The receptionist and the manager, would not give us a time frame of how long the wait would be for our room to be ready. However, they didn t want us to wait. The receptionist walked us to see another room they had available, that only had a sofa bed. On our walk there, she made the statement, I ve only had this incident happen 3 times so far out of the 4 months I ve been here. Being a family of three, the pull out sofa was not going to be an option. We had to be refunded and at 10:00pm; we were left to find ANOTHER hotel to stay. If there had been a computer glitch or the system over booked; it would have been nice to have known at our first arrival, so we could have made different arrangements. Instead, we were overly exhausted, with a toddler, at 10:00pm, downtown Atlanta, to scuffle and find a place to stay. It was extremely disappointing, as we ve heard nothing but great things of the Omni, and were looking forward to it being our first stay there. However, after making our reservations and us believing we were set and prepared for our stay, and they were not. It will be hard for us to recommend staying at the Omni to anyone else.

The facility and staff were very nice. Unfortunately we didn't have heat in our room more often than not and we overlooked CNN Center construction from our room 1215 South Tower. There was definitely no sleeping in on Friday or Monday due to construction noise. The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff will def have us coming back.
Thank you.
