My stay on the 4th of July was horrible I ended up having three different rooms, the first room had hair in the bathroom and stains on the bed. The second room was the same as well. Both beds had hair all over them and makeup stains on the pillows. The Third Room was fine however I did find a few hairs so the front desk manager had the housekeeping change the beds in front of me. I pay entirely too much money for my room to be dirty and nasty and have to go through three rooms for them to get it right. I do not think I will ever stay here again this was my first-time time staying at this property. Guest services was excellent however, housekeeping is a nightmare. (YUCK, DISCUSSING)And I have pictures to prove it. Yes guest services did make my stay better by giving and downgrading from a balcony to a standard room. Unfortunately getting it right the first time is more important me.

Omni was absolutely horrible, the elevators took 45 minutes just to get on one had to take stairs all weekend, couldn't use the pool due to how many people were crammed in it, valet slammed our stuff and didn't tell us where to go and barely knew english, minimal communication with all employees, tried checking in with 2 lines Full of people and only 1 person Checking them in took about 45 minutes, the view was of a giant ac unit, the pillows went flat within 15 seconds, and the worst of it all upon entering the room we noticed the toilet would not flush, when reported, no offer of changing rooms just that a guy will be up to fix it, after he left it was not fixed, reported again never came to fix it, was told Manager was unavailable, so we had to go downstairs all weekend to use the restroom which was up and down 10 flights of stairs everytime, the walls were paper thin so you heard absolutely everything which made it hard to sleep and honestly just the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life, I wish I was exaggerating but it was just THAT BAD

The hotel was not the greatest for it to be so expensive the tub had hair all over it the carpet looks disgusting the beds are hard as a rock they don't have fitted sheets I believe it's just flat sheets that they tuck the baseboards around the room has scuffs the walls are not the greatest custom art for the three or four star hotel I'm highly disappointed elevator was ridiculous you wait for at least 30 minutes in order to get to your room cuz it was so jam-packed I'm highly disappointed in this hotel I would not right this a four-star maybe one and a half two

I was only at CNN Center for a Hawks game, but it is a very convenient way to enter Phillips Arena. The hotel looks pretty cool with it's indoor balconies and the food court area is always super clean.

A nice hotel currently undergoing Renovations... We got a great price for this hotel that's conveniently located on Centennial Olympic Park. A phenomenal food court is in the lower level as well as some top-notch restaurants. Along the park you can find anything you want to eat as well as the ferris wheel, carriage rides, water and light show in the park...

So far, the conference has been a great experience. The only issue I've witnessed was some of the staff making unnecessary noise during a business meeting but once they were alerted, things quieted down. The hotel itself is beautiful. Food has been great.

Went to the American Counseling Association CONFERENCE there this past week. Great place for a large national meeting. Meeting rooms were spacious and plentiful. Staff were attentive. Located near several attractions and a variety of places to dine. Vey convenient on public transportation from the airport.

It was awful!!! We were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The call button on the elevator did not work . The only way we got out was the maintenance man found us by happenstance terrible experience!!!!

I was part of the conference team that coordinated the Air National Guard Leadership Conference this past week and as a former food and beverage manager at a few hotels, I want to sincerely thank you staff for going over and beyond their job description and what they were capable of doing to make us feel welcomed. These next 3 members, and one of which I would like to get this name and only know him as a banquet supervisor were outstanding in so many ways. As a conference team setting up these very important conferences for our leaders of our armed forces, things can go wrong unexpectedly and our leadership who we are catering too can sometimes have difficult demands, these 4 members understood that, felt the importance of getting things done urgently and right and continued to do so from Thursday April 18 till the 26th.

The Nice Thing About this Hotel is that it's Right in Front of a Beautiful Park Area.

The rooms were OK, the staff was OK, the amenities were OK, overall this hotel was just... OK. I was here for a work trip and really didn't venture out to anywhere within downtown, so my experience is really focused on my experiences within the hotel. The rooms were typical, spacious enough to stretch out, work during the day, and relax at night. But compared to other Omni properties, this one felt phoned in. I'm not sure if the tower is a new construction or remodel, but if it's the latter, that is disappointing. The only good thing about the hotel is that in front (on the west side), there is a really neat outdoor area/park with a ferris wheel, stage, and other things that beckon you to experience on a beautiful spring, summer, or fall day.

Overall, there's nothing bad, but nothing good about this hotel. Feel free to stay and expect a typical visit.

First -- there is no WAY this is a 4 star hotel.

First -- there is no WAY this is a 4 star hotel.
Rooms aren't super clean, and feature dated old furniture, ancient lumpy mattresses.
Zero soundproofing between rooms/hallways - so don't stay here if you actually need to get some sleep.
Awful, horrible, terrible customer service; the front desk staff has always been incredibly rude, but my most recent experience was bad enough to prompt this review.
I've been trying since 7/19 to address some seriously erroneous charges, and after 9 phone calls and 9 different people saying "A manager will call you RIGHT back," I'm now at a level of pissed where I'm writing reviews online. I NEVER do that.
I'm starting to think that they do this on purpose (screw people over on fraudulent CC charges, and then run them around trying to get things fixed, tell them what they want to hear on the phone and go on ignoring them and stealing their money) so that most people eventually give up trying to get their issues addressed, earning the Omni a tidy profit.
I travel frequently for work - and have stayed here 3 times prior to this most recent nonsense because of the Omni's convenient location (despite the uncomfortable rooms, outrageous parking fees, indifferent staff") but I'm done with the Omni permanently.
Never. Again.

Service is impeccable. Concierge, Ms. Cheryl, has gone above and beyond to make our stay and trip absolutely magical. Also, beautiful room, view and great location. We couldn't be happier.

I feel like this hotel should be rated higher, but I just can't do it. The staff was great. The amenities were solid in the main areas, average or slightly above in the rooms.

Oddly though, so many rooms face inside to the atrium type area. There are large screens playing CNN all the time and some shine into the rooms. Even when they don't, I found it best to keep my room windows shut, so others weren't just looking across the way in at me. Was a weird all around experience.

The location is good, so you can walk to lots of nearby shopping, eating, and entertainment.

From beginning to end our stay was excellent. The decor, the service, the proximity to Major Attractions and the staff made our experience terrific. Maria during the check-in and Paschell during our check out may be the reasons we plan to return. They both provided some of the best service we have experienced. Honestly, with the service received and our view..... It was tough to Leave. Thank you for a great overnight stay.

Received a discount through Groupon for a one night stay. I understood my "view" was what I paid for. (The room overlooked the air duct system of a lower building.)Very dirty room. Brown stains on the bed linen. Lamps were worn out, falling apart. Electrical plugs were loose. Furniture banged and chipped. The worst was in the bathroom. Pools of long hair directly in front of the tub and around the toilet. Will not, by any means stay at this hotel again. Even if it was a Groupon discounted room, it was filthy. Also, two 12 oz bottle beers from the hotel bar were $28. Overhyped and overpriced. Dissappointed completely.

I wish I was making this up but I m not. When I first got to the hotel and was waiting for the elevator a group of elderly women were boarding the elevator and as I approached to join them in the elevator the bellhop said hold on big guy you ain t going to be able to fit with that big head! I m juts joking get in . Prior to the elevator diss I was waiting by the car retrieval area and I sat down to to retrieve an item from my bag before heading up to my room and a guy at the desk looked at me wincing to cross my legs (I m a firefighter and 2 days prior to my arrival I worked a fully involved fire and was burned on my lower leg by falling debris) and said oh it must hurt to cross your legs because of those tight pants! I wanted to explain that I was injury from my job but I let it go. So I encountered two rude experiences before I even made it to my room.

Hotel was very convenient to the GWCC, great for momocon. Had everything we needed, and was a great hotel overall. Wish the elevators worked better for event checkouts, but otherwise it was great.

Horrible. Booked a 2 night stay at this place! Was in room 2272 the toilet overflowed after taking a piss the first night maintenance came with a tool to fix it it was a nasty wet residue left behind on the floor he stated house keeping would come clean it. Let just say they never did come clean. They did offer a 30 dollar credit for breakfast though but on my last day of stay I went to their restaurant to use credit noticed they charged my card on file instead of applying my credit. If I would of never noticed it on my check out receipt that would of been my lost because I stay in Texas. Lastly it was people everywhere could not even walk around comfortable with out bumping into someone. Elevator slow as hell, and people get so tired of waiting they all cram in one elevator. This location gives Omni a bad name!!!

Best place to stay when attending events at Phillips Arena,

It's great to just leave your room and go downstairs, walk through CNN Center, and go straight into Phillips Arena. Plus just a few outside step to the Georgia Dome, Georgia World Congress Center, and MARTA.

Plus the rooms are great, the service is great, and you are close to most all the attractions in downtown Atlanta. Many rooms overlook Centennial Olympic Park. Besides the hotel restaurants, you have the huge food court in CNN Center with a ton of choices.

Clean, upscale, and convenient as hell. Concerts are in the stadium which are attached to the hotel. Dine in Restaurant's and fast food places, are inside the hotel. Large Wonderful park for entire family, is across the street from the hotel. Everything is in hotel or within walking distance, no need for your car unless you're going to stone Mountain or Six Flags.

After reading some negative reviews i was a bit hesitant to book here but the $84 and $134 per night rate for the weekend package (2 nights) and location won me over. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very attentive valet staff and were welcomed by the front desk staff at the south tower. We were given adjoining rooms. Each area was impeccably clean. Our rooms were clean and brigh. They smelled clean. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and it was bumpy in two sections. Beds were comfy. Teeny tiny pool and spa. Parking $32 day. Hotel attached to CNN and food court. Cheap breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Overall, i would recommend this place. There was a conference going on. Was told it was a Jehovah's witness...

Construction loud and inconvenient. 1.5 hours on checkin line for some guests. Some rooms not cleaned. Elevators and escalators not working consistently. Meeting rooms and meeting staff were excellent. Food not great and limited choices. Not the usual Omni standard. Rooms with balconies overlooking CNN were very nice but very loud.

Location was the best perk! We stayed in the South Tower. Check in went smoothly. Valet was great and timely. The beds were hard (you could feel the springs in the mattress). The pillows were small feathered pillows that thinned/flattened quickly. When we called for extra towels and a blanket we were told there weren't any. The shower pressure was great (I was actually impressed). I have to give 3 stars because of the bed...
