The room was very clean and the staff at the front desk were very curteous. I had scheduled wine and some snacks to be delivered to the room around 11:00 pm, at 11:30 I called and asked them why I hadnt received it only to be asked: "Nobody brought it up?" NO! that's why I'm calling....also a word of advice on check out day if yu are in a hurry get up early because it takes the valet forever when a ton of guests are leaving at once...good thing we werent leaving for the airport in the a.m.
