Beautiful hotel. Got a great deal on Groupon as well as a couple's spa package. Room was nice however the a/c did not work which caused for a very unpleasant nights sleep. But the view was great and easily accessible to any and everything. Will definitely visit again.

My daughter was attending a professional event to which she invited me. I had an opportunity to tour much of the hote and its surroundings. The Omni is the epitome of all things great in a hotel. I honestly can't think of anything other than very very positive things about this location, the structure and its amenities. This is very easily 5 stars....

I had a hard time from the start of my reservations I had my reservation done by a manger who assured me mu car wouldn't be charged until I checked in. They took my payment out ahead of time. When I was able to check on they gave me the key to another room that had been checked in already.I had to get another room due to that later that night I had someone try to get in my room ( and their key worked) so they were able to come in a little they noticed someone was in the room.Long storie short they had two people checked in with the exact names first and last I received two calls at 2:00a.m from the front desk she was nice but I couldn't sleep after that so I didn't get any rest. The room was big with a noce view They paid for my parking as well

I didn't have much of a problem with the actual hotel that we stayed at for one night. It is situated in a very convenient location for all of the touristy things. We did get a room without a working toilet, but they fixed it within a reasonable time. The shower, however, drained so slowly it was like taking a bath in shower water. Gross. My one star comes from an issue that happened with security. My husband went to use their workout facilities. While there, he needed to use the bathroom. He was wearing his headphones with music at the time (he cannot hear anything else when he does this). He was in the stall when he realizes it is being violently shaken and he is being yelled at. A security guard is demanding that he show his hotel key card under the door to prove he is a guest. He complies, but he is scared and embarrassed. After getting out the guard gives an excuse about there being a problem with homeless people. We didn't complain when checking out because it took a while to sink in, but he did write a complaint to Omni's online customer service. So far they have said they will talk to the security guard and have called and left him on hold for half and hour and hung up on him. No apology or reparations have been made for this terrible treatment of a guest in their hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located if you have a meeting/ conference in downtown. The rooms are nice, howerver, they are a little dated and not contemporary. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to anyone needed to be in downtown Atlanta.

Older facility that is cared for and is in as good condition as can be expected for the age. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back as the location is very conveniently located to the World of Congress, however my room was a bit musty smelling which was a disappointment.

This is a perfect place to hang out at, however, parking is a nightmare, I recommend using MARTA as it will take u straight there no worries. Friendly Security staff is everywhere so we felt very safe here. Scheduled your events here u won't regret it.

Worst place in the world. Check in is at 4pm. When finally got there after waiting in traffic for 2 hours we had to wait another two hours to check in. Now we arrived at 4pm our venue started at 5. We finally checked in and our room has two double beds which I booked a king room. Being late for our venue I decided to handle the issue afterwards. When we get back from concert another hour wait to talk to hotel clerk and all they can offer us is free breakfast for screwing up our reservation. Which really screwed up our entire stay. I am really upset with this whole experience and nothing they can do can make me want to stay there again or recommend anyone staying there.

Was there for a conference and workshop. The space was nice, but the wifi coverage in the conference room was poor and very slow. They need to seriously consider increasing the bandwidth for events like that.

One night stay was great. Our room had a great view of Centennial Park and the Ferris Wheel. Room very spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay here and will come again. Customer service at checkin was great. Thanks!

The room was nice looking upon arrival, the next day the towels that were dirty and left on the floor were re-hung up instead of clean towels being placed. Main reason I know is the mascara smudges were very apparent on them from when I cleaned my makeup off the night before. Beds are sub par, the head was lower than the foot of the bed and the mattress was hard. The staff has all been exceptionally nice and friendly.

The room service is very good with free WiFi and complimentary water bottles. The location is convenient from the MARTA train service and accessible to the Atlanta Downtown attractions, such as College Football Home of Fames, Aquarium, CNN, etc.

Exceptional hotel! Very conveniently located close to multiple landmarks and attractions. I stayed in the south tower which gave me an amazing view of downtown area. Another perk is the food court has a large variety of choices.

The only downside to my experience was the elevators. Out of the 4 elevators, only 2 were operating which caused delays up to 10 mins.

Overall great experience!

Service horrible, room was not available until 5pm, then wrong room from our confirmation (2 double beds instead of king) , all elevators went out of service.. staff didnt seem to care or make any effort to inform guests. Had to take the stairs multiple times to my room on the 11th floor. Stay anywhere else but this property.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and gorgeous rooms. I ordered buffalo wings from room service and they were delicious. The location is in walking distance to arenas and centennial park. The only thing that I have a major complaint about is the elevators! They are horrible! They had 6 elevators to get to guest rooms but only 2 seemed like they were working. If the elevators weren't so awful I would of easily given this hotel 5 stars.

Hated it. Went for my bday and none of the amenities were available. No pool no Jacuzzi no spa and they tried to charge me an extra $100 that coincidentally had to be reimbursed by their guest services coordinator. It rained the entire weekend so I pretty much stayed in my room the entire time bored. Wasted money wasted trip. Never again. Oh did I forget to mention the lights went out on the right side of the room so no bathroom lights. Eh!

How does anyone give this place 4 stars? People need to get out more. 3pm check in is 5pm, restaurants is god awful, room very dated, room service hours are wrong, no late night menu despite printed hours. Go to Marriott. This place sucks!. $70 a night at best.

Poor Customer Service. The rooms were very nice. The website stated that it had an outdoor and indoor pool. We only seen one. It was small, it started getting crowed around the pool area. The kids enjoyed themselves

Loud room next to us wasn't handled by security and so I will never stay here again. Haven't faced an issue like this in almost 15 years and I stay at hotels often and during NYE. I wasn't the only one to complain and it still wasn't handled.

Nice

Momocon goers Beware!

Momocon goers Beware!

Check in did not go smoothly! I called at 10am to ask if I needed to be present for my roommate to get into the our room and I was told that everything would be fine and that I did not need to be there because they were on the reservation. When my roommate went there they were told I did need be there, so I called again and was told AGAIN that they could check in without because they were on the reservation. At this point I'm packing because they are clearly not knowledgeable about their own policies. I called again before I left and was told by another who worked there for years that I could just check in online and my roommate could go pick up the keys which was another lie! After checking in online they still needed me to be there. I have the names of each person who confirmed that I DID NOT need to be there for check in because my roommate was on the reservation: Carla, Keana, and Brian.

I was also told that if my roommate swiped their credit card then there would be no payment taken only a hold until I came in. Lies again as another friend used a credit card and the payment was immediately taken.

There is a long line of people who were told that an early check in was possible, like us, and yet this was a lie as people could not check in until 3pm!

Even better! On the last day I called for a bellhop who felt the need to hang on the luggage cart as if on monkey bars and have a full on conversation with me. I wasn't bothered until he proceeded to become more unprofessional and make me very uncomfortable with their direct sexual gaze of my person while still hanging onto the dang cart. I was properly covered. The valet were no better when I got there on the first day. The guy felt the urge to stop be from driving and have a full on convo about cars. I had to roll down my window because I thought it was job related. Let me also state that every time i passed his coworker very loudly felt the urge to tell the guy I was passing through.

Another issue is that when I went to get my checked in my bags this other bellhop just let people in unattended. If a thief decided to rummage and steal that would be it! Did I also mention the fact that they put the damn valet parking sign in a way that I could not drive in? A closed sign would be nice and a damn direction for those who are not checking in to the hotel and just needing to pick up luggage. There was a lack of direction that I ended up going in the wrong way unbeknownst to me.

I am checking out very unhappy with my stay. The room itself was nice. The view was amazing, outside of that it s a no and I will not stay here again. Only 1 elevator worked, they only had 2 valet guys to take an retrieve cars which made it difficult to leave an come back. It s a good location but for the money I wouldn t stay here. Marriot Marquis is better.

Did not set the world on fire for me. Rooms could have been cleaner. Noticed dirt / stuff built up near the bed base and nightstands. Sink plunger was broken and had to be pulled out with your fingers. Staff was friendly and polite.

TRAVELER BE AWARE!!!! 110% not worth your money 1st be prepared to not be able to check in, got here at 11AM they said check in wasnt untill 3 but they would let us know as soon as our room was ready 3PM comes around room still not ready. 4pm comes around room still not ready the manager to the hotel the only thing he could do was letting us know we could use the bathroom at the gym if we needed to use the shower, I AM NOT LYING OR EXAGGERATING when i say YOU WILL HAVE A WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE at a holiday inn or any other 2 star hotel this hotel is horrible people are extremely rude and have no care for your time or stay here, 5pm comes around finally get a notice that the room was ready go up to the room 1st forget about the pictures you see in google your room doesnt look like that, bathroom was dirty, there was sticky stuff all over the table and like bread crumbs or something in the sheets, worst experience out of all the hotels i have ever stayed at just thought everyone should know before making the same mistake i made in booking this place. Who ever said this is a 4 star hotel needs to loose his job.

Sticky table tops in the restaurant - apparently caused by aging finishes. Yuk. Also, restaurant furniture looked really beat up and needed replacement. Excellent food however.
Malfunctioning timer switch for the hot tub in the pool area. Attendant said a replacement switch had been ordered 4 months previously but no one cared enough to get it replaced.
I know $45.00 per night for parking is pretty standard for a downtown hotel - but I still think it's a rip-off.
Everything else was fine. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
One more thing. In a perfect world, the concession shop would carry Apple accessories, even if they had to offer them a bit above MSRP.

This hotel is huge and can be quite confusing. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful! They all seem to really enjoy their job. The location is fantastic, right across the street from Centennial Park. The rooms could use a little updating but they were still nice and very clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because parking is $45 a night, that's extremely ridiculous. It seems to be the going rate around the hotels there. I still think it's way over priced. Would stay there again without parking my car.

Also, we ordered room service and the lady I spoke with (wish I knew her name) was the kindest, most welcoming person I've ever spoken with when ordering room service. Our food arrived promptly and was great!

Stayed overnight and went to concert at The Tabernacle. Short walk to venue. Very nice place to stay and we got a got a great rate for the quality of the Hotel! Valet parking service was great. Even walked me to my car (twice) to get something out of it! Awesome experience. Will stay again when we need to stay overnight in Atlanta.

The Omni is centrally located and is within walking distance of the Mercedes Benz dome, State Farm Arena, the World Congress Center, College Football HOF and many more attractions. You could not ask for a better place to stay and be able to access all of the attractions downtown.

The location is ideal for visiting the CNN center, the Phillips Arena, the new Mercedes Benz stadium, the College Football Hall of Fame, & more. It s in walking distance of all of the attractions listed and more. The hotel is massive. The only negative I have to address you can hear the plumbing in the guest rooms. If the neighboring guests are using the bathroom you can hear it loudly. It s annoying. If you re looking for a hotel that s convenient to all the attractions Atlanta has to offer this will be perfect for your stay.
