Our room was only cleaned 1x in 4 days. Had to ask a housekeeper for more coffee, toilet paper, and clean towels. It was clean, but for $220 a night, ide expect a hell of a lot more and not to have to hear housekeeping complaining about their job down the hall. Bell hops and Valet were speedy with a great attitude.

The service was great, as were the rooms. It for a little confusing at first, what with trying to get to the bar which was actually in another building. Easy enough to get to once you find out how.
I give 0 stars. First, when we got there @11 AM, our rooms were not ready! It was not ready until 7:30 PM. Thennnn, when we got our rooms, there was only 1 towel and 1 washcloth for fourrrrrr people!!!! There was a bunch of construction on the first floor and the elevator jumped and we almost died. The housekeeper even looked at us like what were we supposed to do. She didn t want to take those elevators anymore and took the service elevator after that. At one point only 2 elevators was working out of 4 elevators. They didn t serve us breakfast! We were discriminated against. The TV channels was false advertisement. It said one thing and then was something completely different. Our keys also didn t work. Almost got stuck on a elevator. Now, when we inquired about the towels, we tried to call the lady 3 times and NO ONE ANSWERED! Then we called from our phones and she had an attitude telling us to press 0 and call again. So we called again and she answered. She belittled our intelligence. The towel lady had an attitude when she handed us out towels as well and i was nothing but nice to her. Also the shower flooded! When we got to get our room keys, the lady at the front desk said that she can t help us but said it rude as ever.
Not good. The check-in process was cumbersome (something was wrong with the credit card reader and I was unable to process my transaction on the card I wanted to use) and no apologies were made. Instead I was told that "yeah this happens sometimes - our card reader just doesn't like some cards." What?! The $45/day (!) valet was totally overwhelmed (though I can't imagine that this Sunday was any different than any other) and after 30 minutes we gave up on the bellman. No TV channel guide in the room. Charging port station was unplugged and we literally had to move furniture to plug it back in (after learning the next morning that our phones had not charged). Clock was wrong. Make-up mirror light didn't work. These may seem like little things, but for $250 a night I expect better. How easy is it for housekeeping to check and make sure everything is plugged in and all light bulbs work? The ONLY positive thing I have to say is that we had a killer breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Prime Meridian. Great service, great buffet (of course it was $25++ but it was better than I can recall ever having had at a hotel of this type). Unfortunately, it was not enough to salvage this experience.
In the heart of Atlanta, the HUUUUGEEEEST hotel there to my knowledge, a lot amenities, and nearby just about every popular venue in the area... But all these perks come at a pretty steep and expensive price.
Nice hotel. Awesome location! It's so easy to get to from the airport, you can take the MARTA for 3 dollars and walk for 5 minutes et voila! Staff is very friendly. Late check out is pretty pricey at 50 bucks though. Rooms are ok.
The Omni Atlanta Hotel is great they have great rooms the view in the hotel is excellent you can see the park all of downtown cnn center is downstairs they have a huge food court
While the rooms were adequate and what you would expect from an OMNI property, the valet parking experience was a disaster. My car was with the valet for 4 days and was returned completely filthy. There was a fine, oily mist covering the whole car. Three calls and messages were made to the parking manager and no one bothered to return them - sad customer service.
I don't see how the rooms are dated, very big bathroom nice bedroom area. The oversight of the city was the best experience, especially leaving the curtains open and let the sunrise wake you up. The staff was friendly and helpful. They really made you feel safe and comfortable. Recommend to all
I was not impressed with the service and staff. The price and location are hard to beat, but I found the service didn't love up to the quality that they try to sell.
Oudated for the price but they still cash in on location. Valet is 50/50 so you never know what you'll get. But really needs to be updated and redecorated to compete for pricing in the area. Also plan on long waits for the tiny elevators if you're in town for events. They take forever and are so small that you can't really pack in luggage and people.
Biondes's very nice hotel rooms are beautiful the layout of the hotel is quite nice conference rooms are very nice large there very accommodating Valley is good little expensive at $45 a night overall nice place
Traffic control getting into the hotel was horrendous. We waited 40 minutes to turn in and there was no traffic control stopping people from cutting the line and almost causing accidents. People just pushed their way in and it was awful and chaotic. The room itself was nice. There was a little hair on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet was difficult to flush, and the room smelled a little musty (likely from disuse), but overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and room service was quick and tasted great. If it wasn't for the fact that we waited so long trying to get into the hotel and I almost got hit twice I'd likely give more stars, but it was truly an awful way to start our trip. I will say that this was likely only the case for the event we were seeing. I don't believe it would normally be this bad. I doubt I will ever stay there again though if attending an event at the Philips Arena because of the traffic issue. I imagine staying just for a regular trip would be different, but for any major sporting/concert event I don't recommend this hotel until they streamline their checkin and parking issues.
It open, there needs to be more than one area for restrooms in the foodcourt the line was very long during the super bowl/major event weekend. The reason for 4 stars.
Valet parking is managed well. The volume they handle is expedited at a sore average pace. Wear and tear of rooms is noticeable. If I had to nitpick. I would point out the unstable hdmi inputs; maintenance checks needed. Above all my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The Omni was right across from the park holding the 2017 Shaky Knees Music Festival.
The only reason I give this place 3 stars is that it's really confusing place inside. The two different wings as well as parking is just a pain. The rooms were clean but nothing to special with decor. Almost old fashion but staff was friendly when checking in but I had nobody to help me figure out parking situation.
Great location. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not part of the group that was at the property but everyone I saw went out of their way to assist the guests.
I had a wonderful stay at the Omni over the weekend. I was there for business meetings and was amazed at how organized and efficient the hotel was. I was very impressed at the quality of the food. You cannot beat the location of the hotel, everything you could want is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed at the hotel back in September 2015. Front desk "accidentally" gave the room key to another guest. Other guest walked in on me while I was in the shower late in the evening. I called security - they never came. Called the Front Desk again - they figured out they made a mistake, but did not apologize until I called for the second time for security. Front desk was only willing to compensate valet at first($35), could not refund our night stay since I booked it through a third party. Finally, the Front desk manager could only compensate a free night stay(who would want to stay there again after that?) and not charge us the $35 valet fee(which took 2 phone calls and about over 2 months to return back to my credit card).
The worst stay I ve ever experienced. There were so many people trying to check in at the 4pm check in time. No rooms were ready. Some people still didn t have rooms at 11pm. I absolutely would not stay here again.
Spacious room and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and fresh. The only bad thing I could say is the parking cost $38 dollars a night, but I guess that's part of being located where they are.
The Omni is a very nice hotel connected to the CNN building. If you have time go take the CNN tour also there's a nice food court if you're looking for some inexpensive eats
We went to eat at the food court. Great restaurant selections. Nice place. It was pretty cool. They offered tours as well. $33 I believe. Great location.
A fantastic stay in Atlanta! The Omni CNN Center is centrally located with a friendly staff who seem to know what you require before you say a word. The quality of food and beverage is amazing and housekeeping keeps the property whistle clean. Thank you!
Everytime my family and I stay here it's always hospitable/clean/professional!! From the front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant and bar services is and always A1!! Thanks again for wonderful stay!!
Valet parking deck was full so my wife and I had to park at the red deck at the stadium where we still had to pay $30 for parking and lug all of our luggage several blocks to the hotel. Check in line was ridiculous. All in all it took us almost an hour just to get to the room which was not what we had reserved. Was given 2 small beds instead of king. We were late to our event due to all of these inconveniences. Not sure we will be staying again.
