Great experience the staff was friendly and excellent service. The restaurants and bar was a good choice for dining and drinks. I enjoyed the pool/workout facility as my wife did also. I would recommend this hotel for a great weekend getaway.

Beautiful intercity location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food choices. Very clear room and housekeeping service. Food court accessible. Within ten to fifthteen minutes from any touring site (i.e., Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola, CNN).

The service was incredible. Every employee there went out of their way to ensure my husband and I were attended to. The room was comfortable, and even with the incredibly busy weekend, our room was quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping.

The Omni at .CNN Center in Atlanta was clean, beautiful and staff was very friendly. We felt very safe. Every person we came in contact with was eager to help in any way. We will stay here again!

We stayed in a king balcony suite, it was nice.. kind of cold but the reason for 5 stars is because the bed was so comfy and the vallet was on point! It s $45 a night but it was worth it. This hotel was close to everything.. I would stay again!

My team is staying at the hotel for a conference. I was furious to learn that an electronica festival is taking place immediately outside our rooms. The noise level is unbearable and when I spoke to the front desk clerk his response was "Sorry. Pray for lightning so they will have to cancel". This is UNACCEPTABLE. I was previously told that this hotel was known for its customer service when in fact it is a joke. For the next 3 days we'll be suffering through window rattling thumping.

Hotel property was very nice. It is very close to CNN Center which has a great food court. Property is looking old, stayed at the "remodeled North Tower, at first glance things look nice but my room had faulty lamps switches(safety hazard), accumulated dust on lamp shades.

It was very nice and clean. I painted faces for the super bowl 2019. Staff was helpful and friendly however they could have provided better parking for us face painters since we were hired by the NFL

I was there for a meeting. We had a easily locatable room, but with poor access to Wi-Fi. We had complementary water, with accessible trash cans and a restroom. Overall, it was a great experience for a meeting.

Pretty outdated hotel lacking modern features like a microwave and understandable wifi system. Our room actually blew a fuse with only 2 lights on and 3 phone chargers plugged in. Staff was quick to fix it and attend to it once we brought it to their attention but the fact that it was tripped that easily was concerning to us. Regardless, staff was polite and understanding and I enjoyed my stay here. it's very close to public attractions and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The price wasnt bad, the room was decent and clean but my family and I were super cold in the room. The thermostat was set to 72 and blowing hard right on the beds and unless you have incredible hulk fingers the thermostat wouldnt respond to us trying to go up on the temp. Finally they sent a tech to work on the system while were we there... A guy climbing into our rooms ceiling adjusting the temperature.... He finally got it to work but the front desk basically just said good luck hope he gets it fixed. No discount, no complimentary nothing, no apology even just good luck. If you end up staying here make sure your thermostat actually works...

Nice room, marginal service though. Room service arrived almost an hour late in the morning and without coffee. Used the in room KEURIG as a backup and the supplied were not replaced or cleaned up during day. Must be understaffed-

It was beautiful and in a good location, but very expensive for what you got, which wasnt much. $15 a day wifi, no breakfast, and low light rooms were a damper, but the hotel overall was rather nice

We stayed 3 nights. We expected Omni to live up to its name. Not in this case. Valet parking was disorganized and too expensive. While they seemed to have the right idea on efficiency, somewhere, something in the program went wrong. We ended up waiting for our car for up to 20 minutes a couple of times. The staff was friendly but ill managed. The first night staying we recieved a noise complaint warning. I had music playing from my phone , not connected to speakers , just my phone to sleep to. Apparently the walls are extremely thin and any noise made was unacceptable. The security guard was extremely rude and acted as though we were scum of the earth for playing music in HIS hotel. Settle down, my friend. Also, throughout our stay we kept hearing someone tugging at the door handle despite having a do not disturb hanger in place. There were a couple of times I actually thought someone was going to come in and make themselves at home. Creepy to say the least. The swimming pool is more of a kiddy pool so dont let them sell you on that. The bed sunk in in the center as did the shower. The whole experience, which was unfortunately already paid for in advance was pretty terrible. Thank goodness for the view, that's what made the rating get one star.

The rooms were clean and the service was great. If you stay here, bring a lot of extra money. The prices in the hotel and the surrounding area are expensive. Other than that, it was an easy transition from the room to the World Congress Center where we spent most of our time.

I arrived just before 3am and got to the desk at 3. The man behind the desk, Eric, told us we had to wait 20 minutes to check in because their system was down. I asked if we could have a late checkout because of the wait, and he said their system goes down at 3am every night and it wasn't his fault we arrived at 3am. I asked again for a free late check out and he said no. I kept my cool and walked away. 25 minutes later we were checked in by Arianna who was very pleasant but i think new, and Eric was standing there so i dropped it because i didn't want to get into an argument. Eric is rude and unprofessional and has no business being in customer service. I will not return unless management contacts me to fix the situation. There are tons of hotels around here with similar rates to choose from.

Omni at CNN Center is a staple in the downtown Atlanta skyline. From the bellman to the front desk, the service is impeccable! The attendants greet each guest with courteous smiles and are so kind. They go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a pleasant experience. This property is located in the hub of Atlanta visitor's go-to places to see. With The World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, College Sports Hall of Fame and the new Mercedes Benz stadium to name a few. Restaurants inside the hotel and others in walking distance to Centennial Olympic Park should you choose to have lunch outside. I recommend this full-service hotel 100%.

Kind of a confusing mess of a hotel -- really feels like two hotels that got jammed together with no thought. Spent a lot of time wandering between floors where the elevators don't stop. Found some issues in my room (door left open, dirty glasses). However, location is ideal if you're at the convention center, so there's that.

The location was great for the stadium, College Football Hall of Fame, and Aquarium. For DragonCon, it was a little bit of a walk, but never more than 15-20 minutes. The service was fantastic; shout out to De'Andrea for great service and a fantastic suggestion for manicures. The room had an amazing view, but there were a couple of issues. There was mold on the shower curtain, and the AC (while effective when on) was a little funky with its auto fan function. It wasn't a bad room, though. Just not what I expected for a four year in a row Four Diamond Award winning hotel.

Do NOT stay here. They charge you $45 A day to park, then they took 45 minutes to retrieve my car upon checking out. They also REQUIRE a $200 security deposit on top of the room charge! Then you do not get your deposit back for 10 business days. The front desk workers were rude and standoffish anytime I had a question for them. I recommend staying at the Marriott or Hilton down the street. Where parking is included in your stay as complimentary.

A great price for a 4 star downtown hotel. Staff was really friendly and helped with parking, storing luggage, and recommending some restaurants. Will definitely return to this hotel if visiting Atlanta again.

The hotel was amazing. The only issue is valet. We all recognize its in the middle of downtown but they should strongly reconsider how to ease the congestion and wait times. They completely dropped the ball there

It's a great hotel. I stay here at least once a year for a convention. I definitely recommend asking for a North Tower room, as they're quieter and the beds are softer. Awesome staff and great location.
