Wonderful and helpful staff! The catering was excellent!

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and probably had the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. My only dislike was being forced into valet parking but they were super fast and friendly, we'd scan our card in the lobby and our car would be waiting by the time we got outside.

The food was good. The servers were very attentive.

While the room was clean and comfy, the stay as a whole was less than comfortable. From trying to air my complaints at checkout and being completely blown off about them to waiting nearly an hour to get our cars out of valet, what else could ve gone wrong? Gee, let s see, lugging all of our belongings down ELEVEN flights of stair because the elevators weren t working? Check. Waiting over 40 minutes to check in and being late to our event? Check. Not to mention nobody bothers to tell you about the $45 valet parking that you HAVE to use to park at the hotel which took our $140 room to over $275. I understand renovations but this was NOT a 4-star hotel stay and will probably go down as my worst hotel experience ever. Btw: if you book through Priceline, when you complain to them about your issues, they can t compensate for your misery either. Customer service isn t important anywhere anymore, apparently. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not the magnificent Omni I remembered from my childhood anymore.

The service is good, and the location is hard to beat if you're here for an event. Being in the middle of downtown is great for finding good restaurants, and not having to even go outside to reach the CNN center or the convention center. I definitely recommend staying here!

Could use a few updates. The pool is tiny and because of where the pool is situated, you get the yucky "City Smell" from below. But the staff is friendly and the location can't be beat.

I m very not moved or dare to visit here EVER AGAIN!!! You literally pay to park $45.00 per night keep in mind I already paid for my room the men who valet service your car will question back and forth even after reading the ticket to see your number after communicating with each other back and forth to fulfill services of valeting my vehicle. They are very rude and unfriendly men who are all just money hungry without any knowledge of servicing people my stay here sucked! All in the end they lose my keys I will never visit here again! Feels disgusting UPDATE YOUR APPLIANCES BEFORE YOU OVER CHARGE

While I was here, I really enjoyed my stay. It is the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Service was excellent. I will definitely come back.

The food and drinks at the Prime Meridian inside the Omni are always top notch.

Simply amazing hotel. I have never stayed in a more convenient hotel ever. You can see the entire CNN center as well as visit 10+ mall style restaurants without leaving the hotel. Super friendly service, even brought some free milk and cookies as a snack. Truly can't say enough good things about this place. A must stay hotel!

Was very disappointed in this hotel. While the unbelievable slow elevators, the slight disinterested staff and the ok rooms weren't what I was expecting, the valet service pushed me over the edge. It's $35/a day (which it is what it is). But they're misleading when they say $35/ a day, I was there literally 23 hours and to get my car I had to pay an additional $35. So? To park at their sub-par hotel it cost me $70 for 23 hours. When asked to speak to a manager, the passive agreessjve employee who didn't get off the phone told me he was the manager. I will NEVER go back.

Balcony room had been reserved in April for July 4th. On arrival all balcony rooms had been given away. Disappointed.

Very Nice hotel for Dragon Con. My balcony was inside the CNN center so you got to see the CNN offices.

Massive place with some good views of the city but the rooms are very dated and the cleanliness is questionable at best.

I have stayed at the Omni 4 times now. The last 2 I have called prior to checking in to try and secure a room with a view. Both times I got the hotel operator Ms. Brenette. Both times she was very gracious and went completely the extra mile to assist my request. The hotel is neat as a pin and as classy as a hotel can be. I have stayed all over Atlanta and Buckhead and this is my top choice. Again thank you to Ms. Brenette and Omni for having such a positively awesome staff!

Overall decent hotel. Friendly staff. Dirty headboard from bed. No maid service all day. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned serval times. We spoke with a supervisor or manager who had lack of urgency and very poor service recovery skills. I was left feeling as if I was inconvencing her. Not a good feeling. I lost three hours of my time which I cannot recover waiting for our room to be cleaned. The lady who we spoke with called for maid service. When we returned the room was cleaned and the bed was made however the main source of concern which prompted our initial complaint was not cleaned which was the headboard. So ridiculous. Finally the maid service manager came by himself and cleaned the headboard for us. When your on vacation you should not have to go through this. Im not pleased at all and will not be staying here again. Please see my photo so you can understand our frustration. My advise is for the hotel to work on service recovery training.

Power went off this morning. More time wasted waiting for someone to fix our power. Nothing in the hotel room works. Hotel customer service sucks. This hotel basically cut our vacation time in half due to their incompetence. I will never come here again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE AT ALL. AVOID! This hotel ruined my vacation.

Brought my nephew for a Falcons game at the new stadium and a visit to the College Football Hall of Fame. Everything was perfect, the game was a 5 minute walk and the Hall of Fame was a 2 minute walk. We loved all the food options in the CNN center especially for the somewhat picky eater I had with me.

This place is great! The people and the service is exceptional. As a matter of fact I arrived early and although the hotel was full they made special arrangements to get me into a room much earlier than my standard check in time. Not only am I staying the night at this hotel but I'm also here for 4 days of work meetings in their conference rooms. Everything has gone off without a hitch in the food has been spectacular. I Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, great staff, great location. Within walking distance to great dining and family activities. Fitness center & Jacuzzi was amazing. This place acknowledge kids, with free backpacks & breakfast. My family and I really felt welcome. All the staff went far & beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We will be back soon, thanks.

Very nice hotel, convenient location. Only complaint being that bathrooms aren't on every floor, but that's not a problem.

Beautiful view from my room stayed on 15th floor. Staff very courteous. Valet parking a little expensive. But there is a lot of things in walking distance so driving is really not an issue. Breakfast is awesome at the hotel restaurant too.

Moldy shower, dirty old carpet, outdated furniture, air acondicioned quirky, no free wifi. Mandatory parking fee $38. Close to Centennial park. Employees are nice.

I love this hotel. I stayed here twice and it s like being home m. Comfort level 10. Cleanliness 10 everything about the hotel met all of my expectations. I was able to go eat dinner at Gladys knights restaurant which wasn t far at all. Overall 10

Parking is expensive and not convenient. Valet or self park. Night #1 room service was out of half of their selections by 9:30pm. I had called and been waiting so long for someone to pick up, the operator told me to call back.

Saturday morning room service was wrong. Ordered 2 large coffees for 2 people. Got a pot of hot water and 1 cup. Called down twice. Waiting for the coffee. Also the bagel with cream cheese came up a bagel with butter. No cream cheese on the tray. Not bothering with call #4.

Nice hotel room with a good location. Service was pleasant but a struggle- perhaps hotel size vs staffing? Not sure. OMNI needs to improve their service or it is not worthwhile. Disappointing slightly. No room service again for us. Probably will not reserve here again

I had a meeting last night for an upcoming events at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The Omni Atlanta Hotel, provides excellent service, friendly host and hostesses. It also has a wonderful view of Atlanta.

Service was great. I disapprove of being charged for parking. There is to much revenue being made to be charging paying residents for parking

I was there couple of weeks ago for my girlfriend s birthday and one thing I know for fact is I m not stepping back there again!

No free WiFi,
No free parking,
No microwave,
No Ice
No service
Valet parking is the only way of parking and with only one person if it gets little busy good luck waiting for your car

Lost a bracelet in my room, they told me they didn t find it ( I doubt it they even looked or telling me the truth)

Great location CNN, Philips Arena, Aquarium everthing close by.
Downside, the beds are like a sinkhole, chairs not the best for your back. Walls are paper thin ( At 7 p.m. next door guest complaint about loud TV -level 20-

We stayed for my company holiday party. It just happened to be the same night of a huge soccer game. The wait time to check in was about 45 minutes and once we got into our room we did not have a blanket on the bed. The temperature was 32 degrees so I found it very odd that we had to request a blanket. There also happened to be a double shooting and coming off the elevator we saw the paramedics with the stretcher and it appeared the person was deceased the way he was covered up. I found out the next day both people shot were ok. Needless to say, this was traumatic. We tried to get our car to go get something to eat and the computer system was not working so we had to walk...in 32 degree weather. I will not be staying again.

It was for a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament. It was good experience.

Awesome place alot of space and really awesome for concerts

Conveniently located, full service hotel. While I'm not a fan of 'full service' hotels because I'd rather carry my own luggage and park my own car, the staff was friendly and helpful. The heated pool and 24 hour exercise facility was great.

The service was good. I didn't stay here, I was there for a meeting. Certainly some place I would go back to again

In the city center, a hotel that combines entertainment and sightseeing accommodation and meetings

Everything about this hotel was deservant of a four star rating. That being said, I wish they would put in the little extra money to chill their tap water and not leave it slightly below room tempature.

They were so professional, very attentive to my needs , my refrigerator went out and spoiled my food, this lovely hotel manager Briley gave me a certificate for food, also a young lady name Ashlyn was very helpful , I will go back again...... thankyou so much Omni Hotel CNN Atlanta

Our room was severely underwhelming for the price point, I've stayed in nicer holiday inn expresses. On top of that, parking was a nightmare and we ended up paying for their valet service. The icing on the cake for us was them charging me for an extra day, stating that I checked out sunday when I checked out saturday morning when we left for a better hotel. 20+ calls to try and get a refund and they stopped answering my calls and no return calls. Had to eat a full night because of their egregious customer service. Couldn't pay me to stay there again.

Great place to stay the employees are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location there is so much to do with in a 5 minute walk.

My room had some old black slippers under the bed, the sodas in the drink machine was out of date and the food/ beverages was very expensive.

This hotel location is great if coming to Atlanta to see a NBA or NFL game. The staff were very helpful and professional. Our waitress both nights very friendly and made us feel like family. The room was very clean and the maids were helpful. Now for the negatives; the room was hot, and the smell of marijuana went through the hotel ( elevator/ different floors)The refrigerator didn't keep fruit cold.

If you're going to a event at State Farm arena this hotel is super convenient because it's connected indoors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little out dated but the view from our balcony made up for it.

The hotel can be a little confusing in layout but after my second year here I feel like I have a little handle on it. The rooms are nice the staff is fantastic, some shades in my bathroom lights are dusty though, but that doesn't bother me. Things could be allot worse that's for sure.

A great place in downtown Atlanta to stay. It's close to other attractions such as the World of Coka Cola. Highly recommend.
