Excellent service by friendly employees. Delicious, fresh breakfast bar. Centrally located to GWCC, Centennial Park, CNN and many other places. I enjoyed the view from my room window.

The Hotel staff are always looking for ways to assist, and the rooms are comfy. The view is beautiful, with many attractions nearby to visit . Personally, I have not visited the spa or any other attractions within the hotel, besides the conference center, but many others seem to enjoy them. Overall this hotel has amazing service, and a stunning environment.

UPDATE---I changed my review to 5* because I got a phone call from Tamoya this morning and she was apologetic and more then helpful about getting the situation corrected. Thank you Tamoya for your assistance this morning! You have made my upcoming visit much less stressful.

2 stars initially because of the customer service. Super frustrating so far and I haven't even checked in. I have had to talk to them multiple times re: the deposit for my stay and every time I speak to someone, I get a different answer. They are all looking at the same info on the computer ( I assume) and yet no one knows what anyone else has told me or done and each person says something different is happening. Its a nice hotel but what a headache!

I called multiple times prior to coming to this hotel to inquire about elevator capacity and whether they were ready for large group of guests I knew would be at hotel I was assured that they had no issues with guests complaining about not enough elevator capacity for how many rooms ( a review said otherwise so I called to inquire) Upon arrival there were people lined up everywhere Lines to check in and for elevators and all escalators were not working To make matters worse, there are people with no masks standing in crowded lines and not one employee hotel in sight to enforce their published policy of mask requirement I called to speak to a manager 2xs and no one has returned my call in 7 hours Other guests were complaining as they stood in lines to wait 25 min to get elevator I would absolutely never recommend this hotel and am checking out first thing in the morning to move to another hotel

It's a nice hotel, though that is due more to the location than anything else. The insides is nice and clean and the views are excellent. Most of the staff was kind and considerate and actually went out of their way to help. My only problem and it was a large problem is the parking. Registered guests shouldn't have to pay $35 a night on top of room fees just to park. That's outrageous! The parking needs to be more organized when you're trying to leave. They only have valet parking available and when you're trying to leave they don't always call your number so when there's a huge mass of people waiting on their cars you expect your number to be called like they did for the last person. No, not always. They expect you to go outside and find your car in the cluster and if you don't they'll repark it, not tell you, and give you a disgusted look when you ask after an hour where your car is. It's unorganized, confusing, and stressful

Hotel was nice I have been chasing my incidental charges for several days. I live in Florence, SC and have family on the police force and was unable to assist family members of the Florence police Department with food during this crisis because over $100 is being held for over 10 days..

I see you replied I'm now sitting here 14 business days after my stay and nothing.

I loved the room but had an early check out. Couldn't check out in the north tower, was told I would have to got to the south tower, didn't have enough time to do that as I had a very early event.

The hotel was very well kept and within walking distance ofvthe convention center where I was attending an event. The restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast offering plenty of locally inspired dishes.

Great night out . Enjoying the game between the Hawk's & Knicks . At first it appeared to be a blowout but the Hawk's responded in the 4th quarter to make it competitive . But they fell short in the end . The Hawks did a amazing job remodeling the now State Farm arena . Such a beautiful arena with ALL the bells & whistles . Looking forward to the next game we'll be attending .

A bit expensive, but i wanted something walking distance from the aquarium, phillips arena and World of Coke. I have stayed here before and have always had a great stay. It is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. The Morsel Cafe is great for breakfast or the food court at CNN Center is another option.

The service was terrible. We even got evacuated due to a fire. We were outside the building from 3 Hours. We asked the front office to see you they can help us of anything. At the end they couldn't help us of anything. Security with unhelpful in very rude. I will never be staying in this hotel ever again.

I really enjoyed this place! It is located in a very great aera! Right in the middle of the action. Easy access to many stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean, good water pressure and comfortable beds. The only problem is I had to change my room because I couldn't control the AC. It was Central, and my room was extremely cold, frigid. In addition to that my TV didn't have any network. I just have to change my room then everything was fine!

Ok to start the hotel staff are great. They are courteous and knowledgeable of local attractions and other off the beat things to see.

My wife and I stayed in the south tower which is out dated on decor and either you have a view of the city or a very open plain CNN center. The beds are the same as sleeping on the floor. Very hard and the sheets if the AC is on have no warmth. The pillows or very soft and offer no support so bring your own.

Parking is valet only and is $38 a night. No complimentary breakfast which if you want are paying about $20 a person.

In all similar hotels have better amenities included and cheaper self park or valet.

MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST THE NORTH TOWER BEDS AND PILLOWS ARE TO DIE FOR, BUT MAIN TOWER IS BADLY OUT-DATED BUT THEY HAVE BEEN REMODELING. FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE SHOULD BE LUXURIOUS AS ONE WOULD EXPECT

Staying at Omni hotel to attend the TESOL Convention was a great experience. The staff was really friendly, the service at the restaurant in my room the best and above all the view from the window of my bedroom .
Thank you Omni Hotel for having made me feel so special.

It was a 3 pm check in time. The room wasn't available at 4 pm and we were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. At 430 pm we were told it would be an hour wait at least. Didn't get room until 540pm. Otherwise it's a nice hotel

The connection to the conference center as well as the CNN Center is extremely convenient, and it also provides good and cheap food which is sometimes hard to come across in hotel/conference centers. The setup is also very nice, especially if you have an inside room with a balcony. The rooms are also good, bathrooms fine, and beds fine despite some having too few pillows for 2 people sharing a bed. The hotel and conference center is very very close to a lot of Atlanta's attractions, such as the World of Coke and the Atlanta aquarium (largest in the world!) My one gripe is that the air conditioning is extremely inconsistent room to hallway to room, but I suppose that is a given in such a large and diverse building. Overall, an very fun place to stay.

A sa a venue for professional events, the Omni is showing its age and is in need of an update / repairs. However, the staff are super polite and helpful, the hotel is obviously conveniently located downtown, and it has the capability to host multiple events simultaneously.

We stayed in the South Tower. Only 2 elevators were working and 1 escalator. There were 2 family reunions, basketball tournaments in State Farm Arena, Comic Con, and bodybuilding show in which hotel was provided accommodations for. There were 1000s of people in the hotel. It took us an hour to check out due to the fact that there were only 2 elevators functioning in the South Tower. The parking fee was $45 per day was overrated and the concierge workers behaved more like beggars off the street in that if they were not being tipped, you were disregarded. My husband and I were extremely disappointed in our stay!

We stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic. Staff was friendly and professional, rooms were beautiful and spacious. Clean, comfortable, and there were nice amenities. Only two negatives were the $45/day valet and the in-room movies at $20 each, which were broken and didn t work. Pick the North Tower if you can.

Front desk and valet staff is amazing. But the "double beds" are ridiculously small and there is no wifi. We were there for 2 nights and one of them the cable was out so we had to use our data to keep my child happy streaming Netflix all night. Also they only have valet parking. So if you don't want to pay $45 park find other options.

Just stayed here on Sept 9th, the day my husband got back from deployment. We were able to leave the kids with grandma and have a night together. We had an amazing room (corner king) as an upgrade and the view did not dissapoint!

We had some apps in the bar atrium and drinks as well. Very tasty! The crab spinach dip is amazing!!!! Ask to have the crustini bread instead if the flatbread.

We have stayed here before and it really is a good location, right in the middle of everything!

As someone who travels often for work this is by far the absolute worst customer service I have dealt with from a hotel. Our event has been canceled due to COVID-19 and the entire group has called to cancel their appointments unsuccessfully. Unfortunately the lack of authority by the staff at the hotel as well as the management at the hotel and once again the staff and management at corporate are unable to cancel the rooms without a $700 plus cancellation fee. Apparently all of the PPP money this corporation has taken from the the government has run out and now they are going after the citizens. Do yourselves a favor and stay anywhere else but an Omni hotel. I for one will never book another stay with them. Mark my words they will be the first in line for bailout money after their attempts to extort the public fail.
