The rooms need an update, and so does the rest of the hotel decor. However, front desk is always great, and it's hard to not love a live view of CNN right from your hotel window!

I am giving this hotel a 2 star rating due to its service. However, the hotel its self and location was amazing and I would give it a 4.5. My experience with Omni was bitter sweet. I arrived to the hotel and went straight to the front desk to check-in, the clerk was rude and made me feel like he was rushing us to leave. I asked about the breakfast buffet because I purchased it with my reservation and I wanted to verify that I heard him correctly and he gave me a long blank stare as if I was dumb and I had to turn around to look at my husband to make sure I wasn't crazy, I looked back at him and he abruptly shook his head and said "she is correct."
The second incident that happened that ruined my stay was breakfast. My husband and I arrived at the front door lady took us to our table. I asked her about how the breakfast worked since I had already purchased the meal in advanced. She asked for a voucher which I did not have because during check-in I was not told or given one. The lady asked for my room number and said she would get them for me. My husband are in line getting food as we wait for our eggs to cook when the server comes up to me and asks me to stop what I was doing and walk to the front desk to get my vouchers after they already said they would get them for me since they had my information. After I arrived back the lady cooking our eggs just tossed the dish to the side without saying our egg was complete and my husband asked for no cheese and still put cheese in his omelet mind you we are the only two people in the restaurant so there was no excuse of it being busy. We were advised that there was a fire drill and the employees would be leaving the building for a bit however the cook could not take a second to provide customer service and was in a rush to leave for a DRILL.
Even though the service was bad on two accounts the rooms were very nice, clean and the view was amazing. Location was great. I wish service was better so I could of enjoyed my stay and could of wrote a nicer review.

Clean rooms and reasonable pricing. Parking is completely the opposite. 45 dollars for valet and the only other alternative cost 30 to park yourself across the street.

Everything was fine and it's a nice hotel. I'm rating so low because their valet doesn't know how to drive stick. I'm pretty sure my clutch lost a good bit of mileage. I watched the valet pull it up and ride the clutch. It's the 21st century, if you can't drive stick don't work for a valet.

The service staff and front lobby staff were very friendly and informative. I could always find someone to help me, when help was needed. The culture of Customer Service was excellence in its finest. Everyone truly acted as if our experience was there top concern. The environment was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

I gave this one star because zero was not an option. My wife and I brought 14 students for a conference. These were high school students and they put 3 of them IN A DIFFERENT BUILDING. They told us our rooms would be ready by 3 and they weren't ready until 6. We are part of a business and marketing organization and their customer service was useless. I would never recommend this hotel in my life. Dont waste your time and money. They dont care about their guests or doing things in a timely matter.

I stumbled across this place by accodent,I was on my way to see a basketball game when my vehicle would break down sending off all kind of lights on the dash board.I needed to use the bathroom and that's where someone told me to go. Its phenomenal once you walk inside the glass door, wish I took a picture.A very safe environment with all kind of places to eat

Reserved a double room with 2 queen beds and reiterated the fact that we needed 2 queens. We were assured there were 2 queen beds. Arrived and were told to park in the unloading area by valet so we did. Upon entering the building we were rushed by a very rude valet cussing and screaming in very broken English that we needed to move our mother f**king truck or pay him $45. When I explained to him that we were told to park there by the valet supervisor he began to threaten us and scream I will have you towed I will have you towed we ignored his blatant belligerence and headed to the front desk. After receiving our keys and taking a ride on the haunted theme park like elevator we arrived to our room number 1222 to find 2 twin beds along with very outdated furniture along with streaked up windows with smudges all over and a dingy smell reminiscent of a public restroom. When we politely notified the manager on duty of the indiscretions we were told to head to the north tower and look at the rooms over there . I don t know what that meant, but I asked if the rooms had the queen beds we reserved, and were told that they have no double rooms with anything other than twin beds. We were duped into thinking that this was a classy establishment with high end suites. That simply was not the case. Avoid this place like the plague, or else you may end up with it after spending the night here.

This was a gorgeous hotel with friendly staff (unless you don't tip to their standards or they assume you're not well off, then they can be a bit cold). As someone thats not on my way to a 6 figure job or to sing at a concert I was astonished at the prices. Wi-fi is free in certain areas, over priced for in room. $6 bottle of water that I could get for $2 at the gas station. Food was over priced but good. $45 for valet parking $55 for a large vehicle daily. It was a beautiful room with gorgeous views and within walking distance of quite a bit. Just hard to swallow the pricing on amenities after what the room alone costs. Definitely not a place for me, I'm more of a free wifi and not having to pay for parking kind of person. (Not a city girl by ANY means) but I can see the appeal to others. 3 stars solely for concierge staff and for Sinatra. 2 taken off for the Wi-Fi issue. That alone. The pimento cheese grits were epic though... I'll give y'all that

I can say so many things about this great hotel, love the suites and its like staying overnight in a elegant media museum. I love the bathrooms with its huge tubs and so much room and the beds are so very comfortable and so soft and its so hard to get up the next morning, its like you want to stay in bed all day!The breakfast is so much more than other hotels in what they call a free breakfast! Love the quite and peaceful hotel, where you can really get some good rest and be productive the next day.
The staff are always so great!!

Check in was great and want to recognize Eduardo V as he was wonderful and very welcoming. As GREAT as he was... I have to address what I believe was a true safety issue; there are four elevators in the South Tower, only two ever seemed to work at any given time. Sunday morning as people were trying to leave a subtle panic was ensuing as people were waiting (myself included) long periods of time for an elevator to arrive- only to have the door open to a very full cab. We walked down from the 9th floor- others were doing the same... bumping large suitcases down the steps. We made it to level four and hit what looked like a gate like door in the stairwell; it was unclear that it was okay to proceed. Please note, I am talking about twenty or so folks all trying to figure how to get down to the lobby with no clear exit- it was very clear that if we were in an emergency, we would be in trouble. Tensions were beginning to run high- I eventually found a staff person who stated that we could go through the gated door in the stairwell.
This is not okay- for a hotel with 1000+ rooms, you are responsible to make sure that EVERYONE knows where to go in the event of trouble.
No okay.

The Omni has the fantastic luxury of an indoor walk between it and the State Farm arena. That alone makes it excellent. Better still, it has a nice bar and placement along the MARTA line for us public transit choice riders or visitors.

Great, clean park. There's something for everyone. Amazing dog park, baseball fields, soccer fields, lacrosse, basketball courts, tennis, pickleball, walking/ running trail, playgrounds, and on and on. Really well maintained. You can tell Johns Creek takes pride in providing a great park as do the people that enjoy using it.

This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the company's website. The rooms are very small and has a odor. The rooms have a big UGLY entertainment center which block the view of the tv. I walked in the last room (per the front desk) available but I booked my room weeks in advance. I immediately asked for a refund and left the hotel.

If you are planning a meeting here, ask to work with Kim L. She is amazing and puts her clients first! I plan multiple meetings a year and she was a breath of fresh air! Debra, Jay, and our bartender (her name escapes me but she was a life saver and amazing) were some of the best banquet servers I have met! Even our attendees commented how hospitable they were! I want to take them to all the hotels I travel to. :)

1 elevator for 28 floors. Valet has 2 lots but closes 1 lot at a certain time and don't tell you that it closes. $45 for nothing but sitting on the street in traffic bc the valet is so backed up. This is the absolute worse. Stay somewhere else if you can help it the customer service experience makes the entire stay terrible

Convenient, but overpriced for an aging hotel. Rooms are fairly nice. But... $45 a night for parking. That's just offensive. We stayed because it was the host hotel and its connected to the GWCC, but wouldn't stay there if I wasn't attending a convention.

Omni Hotel is a business oriented hotel with many attractions and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were professional and courteous. Overnight parking is ridiculously high, charging $45 per night, with the benefit being "freely able to leave and return as many times".
The reason for my rating was upon check-out, everything hit the fan and bottlenecked at valet. I'm currently writing this review during my 45 minute wait, which it has now been a little over 25. Very, very frustrated with a 6 hour drive ahead of me, but I'm stuck waiting for my car rather than allowing me to retrieve it and leave.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Omni. The front desk is efficient and the young lady who helped us book an extra room was accommodating and professional. The valet parking seemed quick and the valets were attentive. The hotel itself is stately and large but you can tell it has dated decor and could use some updates. Convenient to attractions and our room had both an amazing view of the Mercedes-Benz stadium and Centennial Park. Sunrise was amazing! Large windows. Room was very clean. Room service was ordered at 10 minutes before the cut off time and they were happy to deliver our order. Food was great. Prices of rooms is typical for this area and the services offered. WiFi can be free if you join their program. The desk clerks have my daughter the most adorable backpack full of goodies that you can color when we checked out. They were awesome. She wore it all day even to the Aquarium Thank you Omni we will stay again. They had issues separating our bill at checkout as they do not have cash drawers we were told. So just be aware that if you use one card to book the room that s the card they have to bill. A bit of an inconvenience but now that we are aware of it we won t make the same mistake again .
