All staffs at Northwest Vision are very friendly and helpful. I had bad experiences with staffs at previous place I used, so I am very happy I choose this place! :-)

Excellent service. Dr. Min is very thorough and spends all the time you need discussing your care. I highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Min for 10+ years. Visits are always professionally conducted, thorough, informative and helpful. The staff is pleasant and competent and I notice over the years that staff turn over is rather low which indicates a good working environment. On my appointment yesterday, a new optician handled the processing of my order. She quickly informed me she was experienced but new at this location. When she had questions about processing the order, one of her co-workers very quickly and kindly helped her learn how to complete the task correctly. It was nice to see people actually working well together. I like Dr. Min and I trust his observations.

As a new client I did not know what to expect but I certainly didn't anticipate how kind and informative the entire team was! Didn't have to wait and didn't have any trouble checking in or out .Great team here that will work to find the best care for you specifically .

I've been going to Doctor Min for over a decade. I've looked into switching to online stores but Dr. Min's prices are competitive and their customer service and professional expertise is worth your consideration.

I have been a patient of Dr. Min since the time he came to Chillicothe to open a second practice. He is knowledgeable and very thorough in doing an exam. He also takes time to get to know his patients on a personal level. The staff are very professional. If you are looking for a great optometrist Dr. Min is the best.

I have known Dr. MIN as a friend and Optometrist since he started his practice (can't seem to remember just how long that is ). He and his staff have taken very good care of me and my eyes. There has been some turnover in personnel. All the new front office people are great. I just went to my appointment and it was fantastic I have been going to NW Vision for many years. They are always professional, helpful and very pleasant. I recommend them highly. I see Dr. Sims for my annual exams. She thoroughly examines my eyes, talks me through the process and always takes the time to answer my questions.

The doctors and staff at NW Vision are courteous and professional. They carry the latest technology in eye care and provide consultations that are thorough yet always done on schedule....And don't tell anybody but they even cheerfully fix my sun glasses for free when I drop in without an appointment. Staff was very accommodating when we mistakenly arrived on a Tuesday rather than Thursday for my daughter's appointment; they got us in right away. This is the first time a vision doctor has ever taken an interest in my overall, general health, outside of my eyesight. Dr. Min is detailed in his explanations of my vision issues, and goes above and beyond by walking me through the various tests they offer, and encourages me to be more proactive in my well checks with my D.O. I was relieved to see that this practice has state of the art technology, removing the stress that goes with dilation and exams. With a family history of glaucoma and macular degeneration, he takes the time to review the things I can do to protect my eye health. I believe that he and his staff care about their patients and have referred several friends to NW Vision Center!

I love going to Northwest vision! Everyone is very friendly. Dr Sims is so nice and always explains things in a way that s easy to understand. Karla spent so much time helping find glasses and going over insurance with me. I never felt rushed. Buying contacts is a daunting task since it is so much out of pocket at one time. Karla made some suggestions and I left there feeling such a sigh of relief as I was able to use my HSA. I highly recommend Northwest Vision Center.
