I ve been seeing Dr. Min for years and have always had a really great experience during my appointments. He is honest and personable and I always feel he has my best interest in mind. I recently took my 6 year old daughter in for her first eye exam with Dr. Sims and she was wonderful as well. I recommend Northwest Vision to everyone!

My family has been patients of NorthWest Vision Center for years. Their attention to detail about the actual "health" of your eyes and vision is of the utmost importance to them. They do not rush through things and thoroughly explain what is going on and what has changed from your last visit. They have a plethora of correction options for you to choose from. Whatever is right for you and your lifestyle, they have you covered. If you work behind a computer all day, work outside or are an active individual, they explain the pros and cons of different types of lenses, contacts etc... You typically dread going to the "Dr". This is one appointment you do not mind going to because you know your quality of life will be better when you leave. Good vision is imperative for your daily activities. I have been a very happy client with NW Vision for years. Recently, I had my appt. during this pandemic. They are handling it wonderfully! Very careful and thorough with their processes, never once did I feel unsafe. I have seen both Dr. there & both are great. The glasses selection is good and not too overwhelming & the opticians are incredibly helpful and efficient. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good optometrist.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Min explained to me what my vision problems were and how the affected my everyday life. He also explained how my prescription was going to help correct these issues. The opticians were very helpful in assisting me in picking out new frames and what my lens options were. They even ordered a display pair of glasses in the color/style that I wanted so that I could try them on before I purchased them.

I love NW Vision! Dr. Min is very kind and the staff are fantastic. Love their frame choices as well. I recommend NW Vision all the time when I receive compliments on my frames.

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Min since I first started to wear glasses in the 80 s. I have always felt my exams were very thorough and he discusses everything as he completes the exam and repeatedly asks if you have questions.
Dr. Min has the ability to make you feel at ease and is always friendly and interested in his patients. I have seen his office updated regularly with new and better technology that the technicians use to assess and provide the necessary data for his patients. He discusses all results during the exam and has detailed info and pictures that he shares to explain results.
Dr. Min s office staff is always very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and understands my insurance. When you call, there is always someone who answers the phone.
The technicians work hard and are very personable as they prep you and do the various tests to collect your data. They are very patient and positive as they guide you to each eye test.
I highly recommend the Northwest Vision Center. I have always had the highest level of care and the best service here.

This is by far the best experience I've had with an optometry facility. The staff is incredibly friendly. As a new patient, they were very prompt and very helpful with getting an account set up for me so there was no hassle at my first appointment. I saw Dr. Sims and she was great! Super friendly and personable! She explained everything she was doing, offered suggestions to improve my eyes, and was very thorough and only performed what I needed so I could get in and out and on my way. I would definitely suggest them to anybody looking for a great optometry experience!

Recently had a great experience at Northwest Vision at my appointment with Dr. Minh! He and the medical assistants who assist you throughout the exam are all very thorough and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. He also explained my vision problems in a way nobody has done before using a model of the eye.

Staff is also taking extra precautions to ensure everything is clean and safe for patients concerning COVID-checking temps at the door, limiting the amount of patients in the office, and sanitizing equipment after each patient. I will be a returning patient here for all ophthalmology appointments in the future!

Dr. Min was my doctor in Chillicothe for years, after he moved to Columbus I was going to other doctors in Chillicothe but was never satisfied with the service. My husband and I decided to find Dr. Min s practice in Columbus and have no regrets. He and his staff are friendly and caring, they provide exceptional service and are accurate with their diagnosis. My son and I just had our second visit at Northwest Vision Center with Dr. Sims and Hannah. My son has lots of questions and they patiently answer them all. They are accommodating to get us in at the same time so I don't have to come back for 2 different appointments. Great staff and doctors at Northwest! Always treated in a friendly, respectful manner. They will itemize your visit for you and go over each cost. They go above and beyond, example: I bought a full year of contacts so staff checked for rebates for me and I can get $75 back. I have moved out of the area and drive an hour and a half to still go to this office!

What i like, they listen and care about the health of my eyes, are concerned and offer suggestions and counsel for better eye health. yep i'll be back next year. i don't like to go to doctors, who does, but going here, well, ...they make you feel good .. you are taking care of yourself.

Northwest Vision Center is great! I ve been going to Dr Min for about 30 years. I live an hour away and still think he s worth going to. He s the best! Their office is beautiful with all the latest, popular brands and styles of glasses. I stopped in to get my examination, contacts, and a new pair of glasses. The staff was super friendly and had precautions in place for Covid-19. My temperature was taken at the door and I was given hand sanitizer. Jan was a big help with picking out my new glasses.. she was knowledgeable and pleasant. I definitely recommend Dr Min and his staff for all your eye care needs! :)

Dr. Min is very professional with good communication about eye examination process and I like the use of various machines to test my eye health. Staff is friendly, wide range of selection of frames. Pleasant atmosphere, good location. I feel confident and comfortable at Northwest Vision.

I am sure there are places that are less expensive and places that may have thousands of frames to choose from, but how many vision centers call you by your preferred name (instead of the name on your insurance card) as soon as you walk in the door, always greet you with a smile and cheery and sincere "hello," and let you know THEY HAVE DECAF COFFEE especially for you? I have never left the office feeling less than confident that my eye care is in the right hands! They were my first vision specialist when moving to Columbus and they have stayed my center of choice ever since!

I found the Northwest Vision through my insurance' provider search. It's just a few blocks from my home. Their staff is friendly and helpful when I scheduled the eye exam for my son. More importantly, I strongly recommend Dr. Sims for the children's vision exam since she is professional and knows how to communicate with kids very well. So, I also scheduled my next vision exam.

A very professional team. Up to date equipment. I drive almost 2 hours to see Dr. Min. Being diabetic, it is important to have a super team to take care of me. Thank you, Dr. Min. You're the best!!

If your visit goes as planned, this is likely a good practice. My experience was that things did not go as planned. It took Dr. Min less than 2 minutes to tell me that I was not a candidate for the service for which I visited. That wasn t anyone s fault. However, to my dismay, I was billed for a complete eye exam, in excess of $100. I never even took out my old contacts to be examined, and I did not receive a new prescription. In fact, I went back to my regular eye doctor 2 days later for a new prescription. I gladly paid them around $150 for that.

Despite feeling as though I had received zero service, I offered to pay 50% of the bill, which I felt was generous. Dr. Min refused. I have a hard time respecting his inflexibility. During our initial meeting, he also gave me the distinct impression that he was more financially motivated than service oriented. Personally, I would never treat a prospective customer of mine in this way.

I have been going to Northwest Vision for nearly 30 years and have always valued and appreciated the service rendered by Dr. Min and the staff. They are professional and courteous in every way, and I feel that I have received quality eye care--even when I just stop by for an occasional adjustment to new glasses. Dr. Min carefully explains diagnostic findings in a way that I understand, and the staff is always friendly and timely.
