There has been some turnover in personnel. All the new front office people are great. I just went to my appointment and it was fantastic
I have been going to NW Vision for many years. They are always professional, helpful and very pleasant. I recommend them highly. I see Dr. Sims for my annual exams. She thoroughly examines my eyes, talks me through the process and always takes the time to answer my questions.
